Ramada 4 night stay in ramada vancouver, bc on granville street.

We checked in yesterday 4/27/2019 into the Ramada at 1221 Granville St, Vancouver. As we were checking in another couple was at the front desk complaining about cleanliness.
Our room was disappointing for 2 reasons:
1. There was blood on the sheets
2. There was also bodily fluid stains on the headboard, and pillows.

Other disappointments:
There's also a Club next door that blasts music clear into 3am. This is mentioned no where at all.

We have now complained about our rooms cleanliness. The sheets were changed, the bed was made haphazardly, the towels look like someone literally threw them onto the towel rack indiscriminately... just an overall lack of care from housekeeping.

We have seen 2 other guests at the front complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms as well.

Overall this has been a less than satisfactory experience.

Ramada 4 night stay in orlando

We still have 2 days left. And so far our stay has been a disaster. There is trash everywhere. The small lake by the pool is filled with garbage and the rooms are dirty. Room cleaners broke in the room 2 times without knocking even with the do not disturb sign. Online it said we would have access to rooftop pool and bar and when we asked to upgrade we were rudely denied. The amenities are mostly broken as far as vending and the bar is closed when it should be open at random times. The pool has broken lounge chairs and my wife busted through one and hurt her back and everyone smokes in no smoking areas. The cleaning crew put bags of trash outside my door from diffrent rooms and its still there 3 hours later and the wind is blowing it all over the place. Racoons ran across the pool area last night to there NEST that is visibly under the pool area by the gate. Absolutely disgusting. Im not sure what you guys consider acceptable or not but i believe i should get a refund or get the upgrade i requested in tge beginning. I have not put this on social media but if we do not figure something out i will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how bad this hotel is. As i am writing this i am watching the turtles in the lake eat plastic garbage and drag it around the lake.

Ramada stay and excessive fees.

I had purchase a groupon package which was a 2 night king jetted tub suite w/couples package on 04/22/2019-4/21/2019. I was charged $236.69 for the package and the advertisement stated that you would be charged facility fee Paid at check in of 3.99 Canadian or 4.99 from 04/1 onward and a municipal accommodating Tax of $2 + HST. Well upon check in there was a sign posted that it was 15.00 a night to park with a additional 4.99 tax and that was all I needed to pay when I asked the front desk. I was checked into room 632 and was told that I could pay this when i left and it would not be charged until. To my surprise when I woke up the next morning I had a additional $106.00 taken off my credit card and additional $1.58 which I was told was a incidental fee which on one said anything about until after I questioned this. I was then told the parking fee would come out of the incidental fee and I would be refunded the balance. Well when I went to check out a additional $102.00 was taken off my credit card without my authorization and upon questioning the hotel not body could tell why this was taken off my credit card. The only thing I was told was to contact the bank and have them contact the hotel. I live in Cleveland Ohio and I don't feel I have to paper chase and contact my bank for a mistake or problem on the hotels end with charging excessive fees off people credit card then the only answer you get is that its pending and you should see it back in a couple of days. I told the front desk clerk you took off after i checked out today why could you not refund it today or take the hold off. These are fee's that no one tells you about and its is not posted nor do they appear on your receipt from the hotel these are fraudulent pending charges that the hotels get away with taking from patron's and there taken off you account or put on hold on your account and all you get when you address this problem I'm sorry but we will put you money back or release you funds in a couple of days. I have traveled a lot but never had this experiences and on top of it out room was not up to good standards. The rooms pull out bed sheets had not been changed and the Jacuzzi drain was filthy and upon filling the tub I had black particals floating i had to drain it clean the overflow drain thoughtfully and around it and refill the tub. . We could not use the pool because someone had defecated in while the pool was in use and they shut it down a hour later. I never received a copy of the bill until I called back to the hotel to get corp orates number which I never go i had to go on the website to get. I would like to get a refund for my stay for the inconvenience or over billing and not being told I would be over billed for my stay.

Thank you,
Nicole Simmons

Ramada ramada dead sea resort

Good afternoon

We have come to stay at your Ramada Dead Sea Resort hotel as part of an Intrepid tour. Yesterday, my daughter, together with the other children on the tour, were in the swimming pool area provided for children. There are two slides which lead into this pool.

My daughter has unfortunately sliced her toe on a broken tile within the pool, which required first aid to be completed by the pool staff. As a result she has been unable to enter the pool today and has not been able to enter the Dead Sea, which was obviously the primary reason for joining this tour.

I have to say that I am completely shocked by the condition of the pool and I am bitterly disappointed that we have missed out as a family in experiencing the wonders of the Dead Sea.

I am also shocked that a hotel chain such as Ramada have allowed conditions such as this in a pool area, where the safety of children is a primary concern. There should no broken tiles in a swimming pool, ever. This has really had a negative impact on our tour.

Can you please look into this as a matter of some urgency and I await your response.

I booked a room at the Ramada by Wyndham , Warner Robins, Ga for June 23rd and 24th. When I called to book I asked about the pool and was told they had a nice pool. I booked the room there because they had a pool, I checked in and first of all I booked for 4 adults, get in the room there are only 3 towels and 3 wash clothes, not sure about you but I prefer not to share things like that with others so I go to call front desk and nothing come to find out the phone was unplugged.. So I go out to look at the pool area and there are locks on all the gates to the pool area so I go to front desk and ask about the pool , Oh it has not been inspected yet so we can't let anyone swim in it yet, I stated that someone should have told me that when I asked about the pool when I called and all she could say was I am so sorry so that kind of ruined my whole weekend. The place next door played loud music all night that we could hear thumping in our room till 3-4 in the morning... The second night I called to get more towels cause they only left 3 when they came in while we were out and got the other ones, mind you they did not clean anything. When I called to get towels the second night they were delivered by a Police Officer in full uniform with bullet proof vest and all, people were walking the parking lot the whole time we were there, I was uncomfortable leaving my car parked outside. When I asked about getting a refund if I found another room with a pool I was told they could not refund me anything cause I had not let them know within 24 hours that I wanted to leave.. The toilet rocked every time you sat on it. I will NEVER stay at at this hotel again and will tell anyone that asked about it to choose somewhere else.. Leila Howard

Ramada ramada by wyndam in greensburg pa

My daughters and I stayed at the Ramada By Wyndham in Greensburg PA on 04/13/19-04/14/19. Your front desk staff were very professional and courteous. Our room, #257 was filthy. I had to dust, clean the bathroom and get a vacuum to sweep the entire room. They coffee pot was full of mold and I had to set it out in the hallway. Your cleaning staff was rude and loud. I also believe they left around 7:30 in the evening. There were not enough towels in our room, only one set with three of us staying there. I tried multiple times to call housekeeping and the front desk to ask for more. The front desk line was busy and the housekeeping mailbox was full and no one every answered either line. O had to go down to the front desk and she gave me one set. Later a maintenancean brought me another set. Your room was $139.00 for one night! It was completely unacceptable to app that price for an unclean room, no towels. There was a deomestic dispute at about 2:00 am till they set the fire alarm off at 5:12 am due to the fact they were smoking drugs in their room! I am completely unsatisfied and I will NEVER stay there or any other Ramada by Wyndam again. I want a full refund ASAP.

Sincerely,
Staci Pavlov

Ramada ramada warner robins

The first room we had, was dirty, had moldy lamp shades, mold on walls, white powder in certain places and was just plain filthy. The next room we had was cleaner, but the door handle fell apart. Also, used condoms laying outside on the ground, needle caps as well. This was the worst motel/hotel we have ever stayed in. We will never stay in a Ramada again. I think we deserve a refund because of how disappointing and upsetting the stay was. It was definitely not kids friendly. So disappointing.

Ramada apartment and service

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza in jameriah beach Dubai 31/3/19-10/4/19 we was charged £2900 for our apartment for 10 days and then was charged a further £300 which included tax a deposit and breakfast for my youngest child, so the total figure minus the deposit is a total of £3060 we had to pay to stay in your hotel.
Our room was lovely for the first 3 days but then we got an awful smell like sewage and it made the kids feel sick to stay in the room. I contacted house keeping and they said they would deal with it while we left the room that day as it was too bad to stay in and we couldn't cook inside as it made everyone vomit. We came back late that night after having to eat out to the same smell we then contacted reception and nothing was done, the same the next day we had to leave, we stopped by reception they said they would deal with it and we came back that afternoon and nothing had been done but the smell had got worse the kids would not even enter the room, our friends had a 2 bed apartment room 206 and we spent a lot of our time in their room using their showers and toilet etc. And we probably ruined their holiday too as it wasn't big enough for all of us.

This continued for 4 days and eventually reception came up with some chemicals and put them down the drain at 8pm, then a maintenance man came and checked apartment out and said it was the air conditioning. I then panicked and wondered what we had all been breathing in over the last 4 days it completely ruined my holiday and cost us a fortune eating out every night after paying for self catering facilities with 6 of us. The maintenance man changed setting on the air conditioning and said it would be fine.

We stayed that night and next day completely the same so I complained again to reception, we went out for the whole day as we didn't want to come back to our apartment, we left both balcony doors open and turntable the air con off to see if that made a difference we got back around 11pm that night to the same smell by this point I had had enough and then eventually we were moved around midnight with 3 young children, I had to keep ringing reception as we were ready to leave but wasn't given another room number then we had to wait outside the new room for ages until the key was brought up as my kids were falling asleep.

The next day we booked into the restaurant for our last meal before leaving with our friends and there was 12 of us adults and children we were offered a meal for 5 even though there was 6 in our room I refused and eventually we got a meal for 12. We got the meal which was bar snacks and drinks and was rubbish we eventually got 4 adult meals to which was nice and the staff were nice but feel this was not a very good jesture to the horrible holiday we had for our first time in Dubai.

All in all we spent over £6000 on our holiday with all the extra expenses and feel I would like the money back for our stay at your hotel, the breakfast we only had probably 5 mornings as kids refused to eat because of the ridiculous long ques so it was only ever 2-3 of us that went at any one time.

Please can you pay back the amount we payed for our apartment as I feel this is the least that should be done for our horrible stay

Kind regards

Kelly Crees

Ramada ramada poor service

We had a horrible experience during our one day short trip to Kasauli Ramada.
It was freezing 0'C and upon several requests made to the reception, they didn't fix the central heating system neither changed the room.

Due to this one of the kid got fever and infant suffered from severe cold.

During check out also i brought this to the notice of front desk again and they didn't even bother to react and take an action.

Pathetic service!

Ramada ramada port vila

We stayd at the hotel a couple of months ago and had a check out on 30th Dec 18.

Our flight was early in the morning so we had a driver and take away breakfast organised at the reception.

However when we came to reception our breakfast was not ready and the driver was organised for us and another family.

The other family did not want to wait for breakfast, thus we have asked for a refund, which we were promissed to receive.

However since then we have exchanged a countless emails with the hotel and still have not received our money back. We have received countless excuses and promises and quite frankly lost confidence in staff there, so we are contacting you.

To top things off yesterday there was money taken out of our account by Ramada and I have no idea why.

Ramada property condition, safety, cleanliness and customer service

We had booked this room in Salt Lake City, UT via hotels.com (confirmation number [protected]) after a 24 hour travel day to get some sleep prior to traveling home to Jackson, WY. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but certainly expected clean, safe and functional.

When we arrived to check in on 3/12 at 3 p.m., the employee at the front desk did not get off her phone call (speaking in Hindi) the entire time we were at the front desk. She issued us one room key (we have two adults in the room) and she dismissed us.

We walked to our room via the outside courtyard and were immediately dismayed and disturbed by the condition of the outside of the property. While it's winter in Utah, there are things you can do to maintain the appearance of the property. It was apparent while walking to our room that this property is being used for long-term stays by hourly workers.

Once we got to our room #106), the list of concerns increased. The room door has a gap of 2 inches between the floor and the bottom of the door. The locks don't line up and it's difficult to lock the door. The curtains are torn and don't close all the way. The TV and microwave don't work. The closet rod had been torn from the wall. There are stains all over the floor and walls. The bathroom tiles are cracked and the wallpaper is torn. Whomever had "cleaned" the room last had left long black hair all over - bathtub, toilet, bathroom floor, sink, counter.

We tried contacting the front desk via phone; no answer. We went to the front desk to see about another room; nobody was at the front desk for over an hour. We went to the Star of India restaurant (on property) to see if anyone could help us; they said they couldn't.

Minimally, I want a FULL REFUND. I feel like I need to get a tetanus shot when I return home today.

Ideally, this property would be shut down. While it is owned/managed by a franchisee, I cannot imagine HOW Ramada and Wyndam would want their name associated with this garbage. We will NEVER stay here again, and I will be certain to share this information with all travel sites.

Ramada Safety: unresponsiveness to fire alert at ramada by wyndham, salt lake city airport

On Feb 28, 2019, checked in for a three night stay at the Ramada by Wyndam, Salt Lake City Airport. Reservation #s 80742EC084853, 80742EC084690 and 80742EC084689 for 3 adults, one disabled arriving the next day. After returning from dinner, we could see smoke throughout the hallway down from our room. No fire alarms were going off so I ran into my room to call the front desk. The phone was completely dead so I ran to the front desk and alerted them that there was smoke building up in the hallway. I returned to the area near my room to ensure my wife and I could exit safely and be available to assist other guests in evacuating if necessary. After several minutes of monitoring the area without any of the staff arriving to investigate, I again returned to the front desk and noted that the same hotel agent was checking in guests as if nothing was wrong. Being concerned for guest safety, I instructed her that if the hotel staff was not going to take any action, I would. I then returned to the hallway and joined my wife who was near an exit close to our room. Eventually, the someone showed up to investigate further. He identified himself as the bartender from the club in the hotel. By this time, about 20 minutes had passed since I had initially informed the front desk agent and the smoke was getting thicker. I suggested to the bartender that the hotel should be evacuated and he said no and went down the hallway into the smoke. After about another 10 minutes, the bartender returned and said that it was a dryer fire in the laundry room down the hallway and he was able to get it under control. Another hotel agent then showed up and they both began opening outside doors/windows to clear the smoke. In retrospect knowing what I know now, rather than relying on the hotel staff to ensure the safety of there guests, I should have just notified the fire department directly and taken the initiative to enter the hallway with the smoke and knocking on doors to inform them that in the interest of their safety, they should be exiting the hotel until it can be verified safe. After processing what had just transpired over about a 45 minute period, I couldn't understand why with so much smoke, why the hotel fire alarm system would not have automatically activated. To protect ourselves, I examined the room we were in (#144) and noticed that the smoke detector had been previously removed and the wiring/connector were protruding from the base plate where it was supposed to be installed. Concerned for safety during our stay, I informed the front desk again about the inoperative phone and that the missing smoke detector in out room. Nothing was done about either. The next day, I went to the front desk to check in the other disabled guest into her ADA room who was arriving in a couple hours. The ADA room assigned was #140. I also informed them again about the inoperative phone and no smoke detector in #144. After already experiencing what we had the night before, I went to check out the ADA room #140 as well. Upon entering this room, it appeared to be just a regular, non-ADA room without grab bars and other disability features that the hotel agent said it was. I returned to the front desk to inform the agent that room #140 didn't have the ADA equipment installed as advertised. He said we would have to wait several hours for another ADA room. At that point, I suggested that because our current room #144 still had not had the smoke alarm and inoperative phone issues remedied, we could move into #140 and our disabled guest would wait until they got the other ADA room configured properly and ready for a disabled person.
There are many other issues with this hotel such as cleanliness, filth carpet, mold, phone service, active electrical outlets couvered by carpet, etc that do not meet the Wyndham/Ramada name standards. The things we have experienced and attempted to address with on duty managers at the Ramada by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport are not indicative of just a bad employee or some other understandable guest convenience matter. Rather, the pervasive issues are a reflection extremely poor senior management, ownership and lack of ability to ensure safe lodging.
After having this experience, it serves no purpose to discuss with local management. I am requesting a response/assurances from senior Wyndahm corporate leadership regarding how they plan to rectify the pervasive problems associated with this hotel.
