Ramada management eric

This was a last minute decision to go to Ct to our favorite place Mystic, and because we traveled with our dog the choices were slim. Didn't read reviews before booking (bad idea) we got there, checked in and left for the town. When we came back the room was stuffy and AC was not working it kept going in and out and was blowing hot air. We called the front desk and Eric the manager was trying to get my husband to trouble shoot. He showed up with an attitude after hearing his AC wasn't working. He said it works fine if it is on low, but did agree that it seems warm. Though, it was on low when we left hotel for hours and I turned it on high to see if it would work. Anyway, I told him I can't stay in room with no air, his responde was "I can check you out bc I have no other rooms." In a very dismissive tone. This is how he wanted to solve the problem. Maybe because I am a woman, he had no tolerance. The dog barked at him when he walked in with his bad energy but my Shipoo was being held so she was not a threat. He then said if the dog is not controlled he is going to ask us to leave. So now we are going back and forth arguing because he was extremely rude, hostile, incompetent and unprofessional. We tried to find a pet friendly hotel near by, but sadly they were booked. Mattress was stained and roll away bed they brought was covered with hair, I had to ask housekeeping to replace sheets. Hallways smelt old with a very strong smell of curry from Indian restaurant on site. We checked out at 9am, I couldn't wait to take my family out of there. Worse experience ever of all our time traveling. I have been permanently turned off from Ramada and Wyndham.

Ramada cancellation policy

I made reservations yesterday on line for the Ramada Inn in Mountain Home, Arkansas through reservations.com for August, and saw that the policy of Ramada, that the reservation has been fully charged and is NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand when there is a 24 or 48 hour requirement for hotel cancellations, but this far in advance, and the entire amount is non-refundable. Unbelievable! I don't want to cancel, but I'm complaining . The trip is to visit my 97 year old Mother. What if she passed before the scheduled trip, and I can't get a refund for this hotel. I would like a better answer than "our policy". I would like a waiver and a refund if I find we need to cancel. My e-mail address is: connie.[protected]@gmail.com.

Ramada reservation made for the wrong date

I am a travel agent. With both clients sitting in my office yesterday, June 18th, watching me, I made a reservation online for the Ramada by Wyndham Vancouver, for arrival on July 9, 2019. Res # 80980EC082651 for George Lepper. I used their email address for the confirmation to be sent. They never received an email but did receive a text later in the evening and noted the reservation date was for last night June 18th. The notified me this morning & I immediately talked to the hotel but they are telling me there is nothing they can do without the email that was sent but never received. The hotel has the email so I do not know why that is an issue. The payment given needs to be applied to the correct date, July 9, 2019 for 1 night. Please do not charge him for last night. Ramada ramada by wyndham marina

we made a reservation online through booking.com a few months ago. we then called the property directly to cancel a few days later as our plans had changed, and in the email we received from booking.com it mentions contacting the property directly.

my wife called the property to cancel, and from what she was told the reservation was cancelled.

pan forward months later, this past Saturday morning to be specific, and I received a charge on my AMEX for the full amount (which was $1198 for one night's stay) - the charge came the morning of the day we had cancel to stay.

we contacted the property and to our disbelief, the management, Mr. Ritash Patel, and his staff were combative and defiant. we have opened a case with booking.com as well as AMEX as a result.

I felt it necessary to let you know how remarkably unprofessional and combative your staff at that property is handling business.

At this point, we are at the mercy of American Express or Booking.com to assist us in rectifying this charge, as your staff said, and I quote "you're going to have to do this the hard way if you want a refund"

Ramada payment refund issue

We had no booking when we reached at ramada in pakistan karachi near airport counter around 10 am. The front desk duty manager the lady told me that I am sorry we can't accommodate as there is no vacant room. Uptil now. But when I asked her that system on booking.com is showing that you have vacant rooms. Then she said try from booking.com and but lady told me abt check in time is 2 pm. And secondly we had some issue tht we forget to bring one of guest id card.
The complaint is that why she didnt asked the id cards before deducting amount from my card. And secondly when I asked is there way to revert she simply refused and said u have to check out. All the activity regarding check in n check out was on paper based only on front desk counter and I have charged 17000 pkr for service which I didnt even availed I am very disappointed with pathetic service from ramada in staff
Please look into this matter n resolve and refund rhe wrong deducted amount. I would appreciate a positive response from your side thanks

Ramada room safety

Regarding my stay on the night of June 9, 2019 in a suite with my family. Reservation was under Figueroa. Multiple safety concerns, including door deadbolt not locking, possible mold in bathroom, and smoke alarm appears to be inoperative. This is an older property, and I expected wear and year. I didn't expect it to be as run down as it was. I'd be concerned that the Ramada/ Wyndam name is associated with this property. My experience has left me wondering if I should stay at Wyndam properties in the future.

Ramada the general manager named alkhan

Me and my husband check in to Ramada by wyndham Shreveport Airport. At 5555 Finanical Plaza. We got charged $250. For smoking in the room which we dont smoke at all. When we called the police they went inside the room and verified that their were not smell in the room of someone smoking even the house keeping manager stated that same thing. When i went to talk to the general manager of the hotel Alkhan he was very rude and even told me to sick his dick and kiss his [censored] in spanish him not knowing that i speak Spanish. Something needs to be done with this general manager at this hotel room because that is not professional the way he spoke to me and as a female i felt violated in so many ways. Not only that he charged us $250 dollars with no evidence we have written statement from the police and the housekeeping manger that their was no smell indicating that i was smoking. This man needs to get fired from his job for stealing and using inappropriate language. Something has to be done.

Ramada money/staff

On may 29th, I booked a room on booking.com for $99.06 on may 30th. I was charged $99.06 and $126.13 when I did not have another reservation. To keep an extremely long story short. I spoke to 3 different employees who were zero help, and I even emailed the store gm and did not receive a single email, phone call or acknowledgment. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a hotel before.

Also, while staying, there is a 24-7 store inside the hotel, at 1am when my fiancé and I came down for a drink and a snack, the woman at the front desk said it was closed, I was able to find a vending machine (no help from her) and the machine ate my money, when I went to complain to her she stated "you will have to call the vending machine company" and never looked to us again or guided us further. It was a piss poor experience and I need someone to contact me about this. I will never stay here again, and as someone who travels to orlando often.. I have never been treated more like a burden in my life. I will happily provide the bank statement I had for the double charge, yes I know it says "pending" but I still wasn't given an answer as to why this charge happened.
You will also see the first email I sent to the reservations manager and you'll see a more detailed email I sent to the gm.

Ramada complaint of the management of the motel

We checked in, and paying 500.00 for 7 days. I didn't get a receipt. So I went back to get one, and another receptionist was there and stated that we weren't in the computer system, bc we paid cash. Then they informed us upon checking in, that only 2 of the 5 people that were staying with us in the room. (two adults and 3 kids.) two people could eat for free, when we were told we had to pay for the other 3 to eat. When the sign out front clearly says. That breakfast is free.. Then went to take a shower. The water temperature is barely luke warm. They refused to turn the temperature up to save on money. Remote control doesnt work for the tv. I am here for work related and my family is here with me for vacation purposes. This is what the standards that we have to live with for a week. If it wasnt for me demanding a receipt, they could have thrown me out at any time. Even with me paying cash upon arrival... Someone needs to contact me asap about this matter... Ramada recent stay

We booked two rooms for a one night stay When we arrived yesterday the receptionist tried to charge us £20 more than the booking paperwork we had with us and was reluctant to give us the £138 even though we had proof it was the amount we booked at and had proof.
Room 203 when i went to have a bath in the morning there was no bath plug, when we wanted to watch the morning news there was no remote(we had not used the room during our check in until early hours next day when we just went straight to our room to sleep)
Room 220 the air con was broken i had a 6mth old baby to look after and the room temperature was rising even with the window open. I rang down to reception and a fan was bought to the room but air con should have been working, we also asked for a cot but was told none were available.
None of this we expected from a Ramada Hotel. The rooms were booked under the name Humphreys/Garvin.

Ramada no pool very ride at service desk

Lady at the front desk was very rude about me making a comment that had nothing to do with her I I said to her that I have a very long day and stressful and that I didn't know if I wanted to Do the hotel experience again and she was with started being rude to me. The booking agent said that the pool was working and they would be open from 12 to 8 that's how it was listed at the Ramada on Reisterstown Road that was the sole purpose of getting the room to use the pool I was inconvenienced by the booking agent and the hotel

Ramada hotel reservations

I made a hotel reservations on 1 Apr 2019 with the Ramada by Wyndham Shelbyville/Louisville East 251 Breighton Circle, Shelbyville, KY for two rooms starting 10 -12 May 2019. Confirmation # 80715EC03090

On 10 May around 5pm I contacted the hotel my reservation was still in place, in which I was told yes. I asked if I could cancel one room because my two sons were traveling in from two separate locations. But one son was not going to make it so I wanted to cancel one room to prevent a charge. The young man I talked with stated my room was prepaid however I did not prepaying for the rooms. He said he couldn't just cancel the room directly but could submit a cancellation letter. This was puzzling to me and I presume your staff knows what they are doing. Before we hung up I confirmed the one room was still in place and if I had to stop by to do anything before my son arrived.

I received a cancellation email titled cancellation - advanced purchase required
stating my reservation was cancelled [protected]). In order to qualify for the advance purchase discount that I had to provide a valid credit card. This too was also puzzling.

When my family arrived to checkin around 11:30pm the one room had been cancelled. They contacted me - I then contacted the hotel before midnight I was told I could not reserve a room at all. This was really puzzling because I had no issues when I made the reservation in April to date of 10 May until after I requested to cancel one of the two rooms.

I contacted the Shelbyville hotel today (17 May) hoping to talk with a manager but she was out. I talked with a Lori who states I may have been red flagged for all the Ramada hotels. Again this puzzling because I have never ever had an issue with any hotel stay I ever stayed and yet before I could even stay your hotel has rejected me.

My personal thoughts are the young man who entered the cancellation for the one room requested the incorrect cancellation code or something. And now I am red flagged at no fault of my own and want to understand the why?

Ramada discriminatory comments by front desk

As guest of guest of a hotel resident we went to breakfast at 7:04 a.m. when we were approached by a hotel employee and asked what room we stayed in the reason we were approached in the first place was for profiling what are the guest of the guest is a transgender woman we were asked not to eat breakfast and to go back to our room and I was asked why guy bring this thing into my hotel referring to the transsexual there was Whispers of [censored]et and other derogatory homosexual remarks under the breath of the hotel clerk who also would not tell me her name this is outrageous my plans were for you to the media as soon as possible

Ramada customer service phone call

Hello. I called the phone number listed to book a hotel. I could not understand your employee and I told that person (not sure if male or female) that I couldn't understand them. They sighed and became silent. I understand we all have bad days but that is very rude customer service. I hung up the phone and do not want to call back to have my questions answered by that same person. Thank you for your time.

Ramada front desk and gym equipment

There was no water in the gym
Equipment didn't wait without signage as no staff noted last nights complaint from myself
There was no coffee in the rooms
The hotel had none
They sent you to the deli it sent you back to the desk
The room was dirty
Water fountain doesn't work
Spoke to the front desk upon check in for late check in
The young lady young dark skin advised me to get up early and come to the desk
I tried to tell her that it was noted
She jumped down my throat about company policy
Then said oh it's in your notes. Fine

Ramada management at the ramada in marshall mn

Been employed at the Ramada for around 8 months in maintaince I did not receive a review until after 6 months an have been push aside for promotion twice I work very hard an have a good attendance record I feel I'm being discrimination because I have a beard an long hair an won't kiss management [censored] to get ahead I have trained 7 people in 8 months that all quit I know pretty all aspects of what needs to be fixed or replaced I make 11 dollors an hour that is not fair for how long iv Been an other maintenance people make the same an have been there less than 3 months I fear I'm being forced to quit to what is being done to me bye submitting this letter I feel there will be retaliation an I will be fired thank you

Ramada false promises and unprofessional manager

Omaha on 72nd st location, didn't have promised shuttle service. The night manager was very touchy feely and heard rumors that he regularly sleeps with female guests, don't know if these are true or not, but do know that he felt he had the right to try touch me while we were talking. Made for a very uncomfortable stay and based on this experience at this location, I don't believe I will stay at a Ramada again at any location, as I will not trust that employees will be professional when their manager is not.

Ramada housekeeping staff

At the Ramada they are paying per room which would be five dollars and something cents per room not hourly I don't think its not fair and I have never heard of paying per room and if that's even legal but some rooms are way dirtier than others and some people take pride in there cleaning and it takes more time to clean the room up to standards I've looked everywhere on the Internet and I don't see anything about it being legal to pay employees per room I am getting ripped off and I got my check this week late and I worked and did many rooms came in a on my days off and got a really small check

Ramada reservation/cancellation

I made a room reservation at the Ramada Inn Rochelle Park NJ for 5/2 check in and 5/3 check out. One room for one night Reservation #80891EC069417. Total charge $102.13. This reservation was cancelled on March 17 at 7:15PM. Cancellation#80891EC072610X. Cancel one room and one night. 5/2-5/3. I contacted the hotel front desk clerk and they told me the original reservation came through from Corporate as TWO rooms for one night. This is totally incorrect. As you can see from the original reservation it is one room for one night. I have been charged for one room/one night for 5/2-5/3. Please correct and cancel this credit card charge. The hotel said it cannot do anything. If you provide me an email I can forward you my emails for the reservation and cancellation.

Ramada urgent - package not delivered during my stay

Hello my name is Duilio Gerretano. Reservation ID [protected].

I stayed at the hotel during Apr 21 to 22 2019 and expected a package to be delivered to me. According to FEDEX proof of delivery the package was delivered to the receptionist/front desk and signed by Clara Gaeta (Assistant General Management from the hotel) on Apr 18th 9:42AM but the package was never delivered to me even after asking several times at the front desk. I contacted the hotel about it and spoke directly with Clara but no one is taking responsability of my package and saying she never signed or received any package.

Since my first action was to contact the seller about this and this takes from 1 to 2 days (through eBay site) i was only able to determine that the item got lost at the hotel after the seller sent me the FEDEX proof of delivery. Once this happened i called the hotel and I was able to speak with Clara but while explaining the situation she showed herself at a defensive posture and denied receiving any package and the entire situation. She was very rude and uncomprehensive. At some point she got angry and hanged up on me. However, before that I was able to send her an email with FEDEX proof of delivery for her to see that I was not lying. She then replied saying that the front desk security camera confirmed that I received 14 packages but after replying to her asking for assistance she never replied back. I have the email chain with her if you need it as proof. She confirmed the delivery but the package dissapeared.

I need someone to take responsability for what happened. Someone from the hotel stole or make my package dissapear. I know that the hotel has security cameras on the front desk and many other hotel areas to be able to fallow the package from when Clara signed it until its final destination. However the hotel is unwilling to do so.

Attached im also sending photos of all the packages i retrieved from the front desk within and without the delivery boxes. All this iformation can be proven by the security cameras.

I already contacted LAPD and Hawthorne police deparment but since im currently not in the US i cannot file a police report so i demand a solution asap.
