To begin, walking up to the front desk was dark and eerie. The lady at the front desk was nice. We had to pay another $100 deposit even though room was paid in full prior to arriving. We were given room 236 and when we walked in, the bathroom faucet was not secure and would spin in 360 degrees. The shower was VERY DARK and the faucet for the shower was broken with very low water pressure. Found TV stand/dresser had two drawers tied together with a plastic bag and leveled using the Holy Bible. Called Maintenance and he requested us to get other room. Room 329 was no better - but the chair that was in this had stains and dirt all over it. We could not stay there so we decided to leave 2 nights early from a 3 night stay, tried to get in touch with the manager and was hung up on several times while asking for a refund of the two nights.
Outside the motel, there were many homeless/scary people that made our stay very frightening, at one point there was a lady going through all the garbage cans that we saw while walking to our car.
I booked this room with Priceline, Called there customer service & was told they were going to look into this matter and never got back with me. I Will never book another room with Ramada.
Ramada - housekeeping staff
At the Ramada they are paying per room which would be five dollars and something cents per room not hourly I don't think its not fair and I have never heard of paying per room and if that's even legal but some rooms are way dirtier than others and some people take pride in there cleaning and it takes more time to clean the room up to standards I've looked everywhere on the Internet and I don't see anything about it being legal to pay employees per room I am getting ripped off and I got my check this week late and I worked and did many rooms came in a on my days off and got a really small check
