Checkers & Rally's Rude!!!

Called in spoke with manger about my food been wrong an she told me she can only replace 2 of my sandwiches she wasn't trying to hear nothing I had to say an I could understand her with the heavy accent (New Orleans talk) but instead of her ghetto self hanging up phone she continued talking about me to another manger saying they bet not replace it etc... this place needs new mangers an new owners because this is a nice business to be brought to the bottom I'm in disbelief to be a manger I'm a manger of Taco Bell this very unprofessional so sad!

Checkers & Rally's Food and worker

Food and worker I went to the store number 6210 at 2:48 PM I ordered a chili cheeseburger and medium fry and a funnel cake fries after waiting in line for 15 minutes that they no longer sell them at the location I've had this problem before but I tell her the manager told me when people say that they no longer sell them just look under the cheeseburgers it was under there and then she argues me for five minutes and then she finally found it then didn't apologize when I get to the window she still didn't apologize she made the chili cheeseburger wrong she put like a tablespoon of chili sauce on there no cheese it was Sloppy and cold really messy my fry was super cold no salt and soggy like they set there a good two hours And my I funnel cakes fries had hardly any powdered sugar on it and they were cold she was really rude never apologize she snatched the money out of my husband‘s hand and she made another guy give us the food because she knew she was being rude I just want the stuff taken care of like a replacement order someone needs to talk to her about her working skills being rude to customers I go there like three or four times a month I love rally's and with her working there Being so rude it would definitely make me not ever want to come back

After sitting at speaker for a few min a woman laughing says can I take ur order and keeps laughing finally I ask do u have the 4 for 4 still she keeps talking and talking then says can I take ur order I say do you still have the 4 for 4 ahead says 2 for 4 go ahead and keeps talking I say no do you have the 4 for 4 still she says 2 for 4 go ahead so 5th time I ask she says nah we ain't got that so I say finally thank you can i get the new steak bacon fries sandwich meal no onion she replies what u want again i say steak bacon fries sandwich and meal no onion she said drink medium or large I reply small sweet tea no ice I get my total and drive through . After waiting forever I pay and get my food I have to ask for my drink . I ended up getting not a small tea no ice but a large coke with ice which I dont drink so that was thrown away I got cold fries and I got a steak sandwich with one piece of bacon on it and no fries on it and it had onions so not a thing I ordered 12 times was right pretty sad

Checkers & Rally's not paying for the payroll checks

I owner of Manmit Check cashing inc located at 2762 Mt. Ephraim av Camden
NJ 08104 . cashed employees checks $ 560.79 and $290.20 . The checks were returned for not sufficient funds. WE tried to contact checkers store and franchisee but they did not cooperate at all.

I am demanding $853.99 + $70.00 returned check charges . Total of $923.99
ASAP.

Checkers & Rally's the service!

There is a woman in there that is absolutely as rude as you can get this is the second time she is absolutely horrible I am a kind hearted person and believe in second chances and understand if someone is having a bad day but enough is enough i have a video that's not so great but you can atleast see her face I couldn't hear her over the Intercome so she was rude as can be back to me but was just rude from the very start when I got to the window she never made eye contact just facial expressions like I was the worst human being in the world she also told me there wasnt something that would order witch is the second day in a row that they were out of something... I didn't here her and after she read the order back to me I said agin that I wanted the food that wasnt said and then she basically scolded me like I has her child telling me they were out and there is just so many things I could say anout her actions toward me and about the experience. If she doesn't like her job that much she needs to get another one everyone in the community was so glad about this checkers opening but all we do now is try to avoid it and talk about how horrible the staff is . The food is amazing but not that amazing to have to deal with this all of the time. So sorry to complain and I hope you have a nice afternoon

I was standing waiting in line 2 hours and a women ask me what I wanna order I said 2 burgers and 2 chicken box boxes then I came to window and she told me she couldn't serve me at window I ask her why she didn't say close window while I was talking so when police got there they told me called coprated she calling me [censored]es and being very disrespectful she told cops I was being rude I wasn't

Checkers & Rally's complaining about checkers and the management kaniya

I agree with the last complainant that the young lady that works there is management. On my receipt the name is Kaniya. I asked if they had the 4 for 4 and she had no clue. I proceeded to inform the individual what it was and she stated that they did have it only to receive the wrong items. She has no listening skills and was quick to tell me what she thought instead of what I asked for on three different occasions until I got frustrated and asked for my money back and she couldn't even do that. She stayed that I may receive a refund in a few days or just come back. I asked for the manger and she stated that she was the manager. I don't want anyone to lose their job but PLEASE retrain her and lose the attitude. You may even have to demote her to get her attention that she can't treat CUSTOMERS that pay her salary like that. Social Media goes a long way and if this does not change immediately I will have to change my approach with this matter.

Checkers & Rally's dm jerret coleman

My name is Liset Quinones an employee at Store 5334. The DM is not doing his job. Myself and the other team members have complained to him bout our pay not being on time. We gets no response from him at all. My GM hasn't been paid in 3 weeks. He took it upon himself to do the schedule and only scheduled me for 2 days totaling 8 hours. I don't know how he got his job but he needs to be re-evaluated. I'm going to the labor board and put in my complaint with this company as well. I have worked for checkers for bout 5 years. I must say this last year had been the worst. Never have I ever been scheduled for 2 days . I live a distant away from the location to be scheduled for two days. Ridiculous. While we told him that someone has been stealing he still has done nothing but gives that person 25 hours of work. He needs to go. He is not helping your company at all. Labor board will be called. License and Inspections will be called. Health Department will be called and the media will be called.

Checkers & Rally's drive thru service

I worked an 11 hr shift got to the Ralley's near my house around 1 am, which it open till 4 am. I was told very rudely they were not taking orders because they were making a postmates meal. I told them I could not back up because I had two cars behind me. The person decided the best idea was to yell at me just backing up. I told her I could not. She then yelled for me to go forward because they are not taking orders. There are so many things wrong with this visit, the rudeness of the staff and being open and not taking orders I am wondering if I should ever go back. Right now the answer is no.

Checkers & Rally's store property

I have been complaining for 2 yrs. Driveway to drive thru has 2 large holes in asphalt. Car or a person is going to get heavily damaged or people will get hurt. There's going to be a lawsuit. No one to date has helped me. I've spoken to a number of people in corporate and no one wants to help me. Rick silva won't even return my call. Do something please. Checkers us my favorite fast food restaurant. Help!

Checkers & Rally's the employees

I'm very dissatisfied I just visited your 2842 Greenbriar location Store 1144: at 3:45am 15 minutes to 4am after a hard nights work and also being that I was VERY HUNGRY ONLY to stand at your walk up window along with several more customers and more than 3 cars in the drive thru being totally ignored. While one gentleman a black guy ignored me looking at me the entire time only to keep turning his head away for the entire 15 minutes almost. Then at 3 minutes until 4am to have another employee a manager I presume a young lady a black female to finally come to the window and address my presence but only to inform then that they were closed I stated to her I had been waiting there since 3:45am and the young man kept looking at me but never greeted me or acknowledged me at all.. Then boldly she said to me that there was no way I was standing there she was just up there which was untruthful and insulting to myself as well as the three or more customers whom had been waiting in the drive thru and blowing their horns over and over and by this time had pulled in front of the walk up window wanting to know same as myself why we were not being served.
Im sending this email to inform you that I didn't appreciate the rude and insulting behavior of your employees.. I almost never ever want to visit any of your establishments again in my life and if I do it most definitely won't be that location and I most certainly will not recommend any checkers to anyone I know if it was the last place open late on earth by far most horrible and the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant..
I feel totally unappreciated I usually eat at this particular location twice a day 3 or more times in a week.
Please do better with your choices and hireing of your employees for the sake of every fast food lover in the world... Bad job checkers shame on you! My photos are of receipts from today and yesterday to show I frequently support your business and my second photo is what I had to settle for as my dinner due to the unexceptable and poor service I received

Checkers & Rally's I never get what I order

I have ordered three big bufords two chilli dogs and three fry lovers frys and had three large drinks and two chicken sandwiches we left and got on the inter state with only two medium frys and two big bufords and two chickens sandwiches I want what I pay for I was upset with this two people didn't eat on the way out of state we was running late for a funeral this I would like to be replaced now please thank you Darron Leap [protected]
Again the order was

Three big bufords
Two chilli dogs
Three fry lovers
Two chicken sandwiches
Three large cokes
I just want what I pay for please

Checkers & Rally's food and service

This was the worst experience I have ever received at a checker's. I walk up to the counter and the cashier walks up and asks me what did I need? She was as rude as rude can be. She was friendly with the black customers, but I guess my white skin offended her. She took my order and walked off, I then waited 20 minutes for my order, I would give you a receipt number, but seeing I wasn't given one, I can't do that. While I was sitting there, two white guys, just as rude as she came through with a garbage can. After my order finally became ready she just looked at me and held the bag out towards me. I took the bag and an still waiting for a thank you! I don't think those two words are in her vocabulary. I live two miles from the store location, but when I got home everything was cold, I ordered a large fry but received a medium fry in a large box. There were no napkins in the dispenser on the counter, and yet I was given none. This was absolutely ridiculous. Let me know when you guys can get your act together, and maybe I will give you another chance, but only after you get rid of the racist cashier!

Checkers & Rally's Discriminated against because I had a postmates pickup

November 22, 2019, at 11:06 p.m. I received an order via Postmates from Checkers Drive-in Restaurants/Rally's located at 6041 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill Maryland 20745. When I arrived, the Postmates dashboard alerted me that the order was prepaid and ready. I can not disclose the customer's personal information i.e. name, address, or phone number but all was included on the app and store receipt. When I pull into the drive through there was only one lane open so I proceeded to the open lane there was one car in front of me and none behind me. When the young lady addressed me by speaker to take my order I made her aware that I was there to pick up a Postmates prepaid order. The young lady raised her voice at me and told me that I had to walk up to the window to receive my Postmates order. First the order was ready, I had proof via cell phone app that I work for Postmates and why would the method of delivery matter to Checkers as long as the customer is satisfied receives the order in a timely manner. As a Postmates worker I take pride in my work ethic and I am not only a representative of Postmates but any company that I deliver food, products, or services from.
Anyway instead of proceeding to the walk-up window as instructed I stayed in the drive through line when it was my turn the young lady opened up the window and told me that it is a policy of Checkers and especially that location that all Postmates orders will be walk-ups no exception. And slid the window shut in my face. As a former Checkers Drive-in Restaurants/ Rally employee I felt this was excessive
The area that I got out of the car is a high crime area and you wanted a female to get out her car at 11:06 p.m.in 35 degree whether to pick up an order that's already ready and paid for because of some individually made up policy when I walked up to the window anxious because of my PTSD. The young lady was laughing and making fun of me and speaking in Spanish to the other ladies they did not open up the window for almost 5 mins then finally decided to give me the food that was sitting under the heat lamp the whole time bagged and had the sticker on the bag. My Postmates timer said that I was at that location for approximately 7 mins and 42 seconds for an order that was already prepared something needs to be done about this I will also make sure all employees of Postmates and DoorDash because I work for both are aware of the treatment they might encounter picking up orders from Checkers I will also file a complaint with Postmates about possible removable of this store from the platform if not all

Checkers & Rally's manager (bella)

The manager that claims her name is Bella is very rude. She has customers standing outside waiting for 15 minutes before she tells another worker to let me know they are only working drive thru. But yet they took tje order in front of me. It was 11:20 a.m. and she walked right past me at 11:10 but did not say anything to me herself. When I asked her name, she act like she did not want to give it to me at first.

Im currently employees at rallys/CHECKERS in Saint Louis Missouri and im looking to speak with someone whose above my manager waketha duff at rallys on north grand. Checkers & Rally's I believe the employees are stealing money from the customer

My husband and I went thro the drive thru at the location listed above..

2/$6 big buford
And and med fry..
Our total came to $20.31
Which at that point I thought was high but being in a hurry we just looked at my receipt this afternoon
Not only was I charged for those items but items we didn't get or order (1-am fry & 1- am coke). The receipt does not have the cost of each item on it or beside the items..
Tried to call and talk to manger but no one answers the phone. I am pretty sure the location has cameras so you can see what was handed to us out the drive thru window..
The food we received. The 2- big bufords was good
But the philly steak sandwich was the worst sandwich I have ever ate from any of your locations the grease was so bad it made the bottom of the bun so soggy, the red onions was old and soggy some of the onions didn't even have the red on them
The frys tasted like they was cooked in dirty old grease..

They just opened a new Rally's in Maple Hts Ohio 44137, today.I ordered two big Bufords @$6.00 for 2.When I got to the window, they charged me $6.48. These are non taxable items.I made the manager aware of this and she said it was a city tax.NOOOOOO!

Checkers & Rally's 1 red pepper prices at r7.00 on the shelf and knorr mince-mate-2 for r45.00

I am sending this complaint after attempts to contact the store has failed-phone just rings, nobody answers-my last attempt was today at 2:58pm.
On the 4/11/2019 i bought a red pepper-on the shelf it was advertised for r7.00 each, i went to the lady at the scale to ask her about the price, she was on her cellphone, i waited and when she helped me she told me she does not work at that shelf, can only price the red pepper per kg, i took her to show her but i was ignored-i paid r11.76 at the teller who also ignored my request. Knorr mince-mate was advertised on the shelf as 2 boxes for r45.00-got to the till i paid r32.99 per box-what on earth!
the teller was number 5-very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Checkers & Rally's drive thru clerk

I went to Checkers today and had a bad experience. I went through the drive- thru and ordered. When I got to the window, the girl told me how much and I gave her my debit card. She then asked me to pull forward to the red poles and back up. I did that and when I backed up she handed me my card and I asked her why I needed to do that and she never answered, just gave me attitude. My grandson noticed it too and asked why the attitude. Back in July, I had a bad experience at the Checkers on 183rd and 27th ave where one of the employees copied my card and the next month depleted my funds. So I called back to 305-654-8554 and asked for a Mgr. A young lady said she was the manager and was just starting. I told her what happened and that if I had any fraudulent charges on my card I would have the other employee at the window arrested. She puts the drive thru employeed and the phone and this person was so rude. She claimed to be a manager too. She told me she had no reason to copy my card because that's why she was at work. I told her what I suspected and she was rude, the other manager was rude, so I hung up. One of them called back and wanted my name and I gave it to them. I hung up again and they just kept calling my cell phone back to back to back. Both Checkers employees are very unprofessional and ghetto.

Checkers & Rally's boneless wings order

On 10/27/2019 I went thru the drive thru and ordered two 10 piece boneless wings with barbecue sauce. Not only were the wings were dried out like they were cooked and sat and got cold then reheated. The sauce was just drizzled on and not tossed in the sauce. There was hardly any barbecue sauce on them at all. They also forgot one of my fries and one of my drinks. The other drink I did get was nothing but ice. I got maybe 5 sips of soda before it was gone. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this Checkers store. Thank you.
