Raju Tech Landline functionality

I am not getting the calls from outside(Australia) through skype.When i call to other Landlines it told that this number doesnot exist.Only problem with Landlines and from Skype we are not getting the call to landline.
When I called to the technical people they are not replied properly and they didn't given the proper information.
Someone informed that we need to add "zero".But it doesnot work.
