I have been charged £54.95 today without my conscience and now I'm in deep trouble because I don't even own the money it was transfered to my account by a customer
The same have happened on 16/03/2020 £2.95 and I don't know how it happened pls help

Never ordered your product. Cancel my membership please. I want no more charges to my account. Cancel and unsubscribe me . for a game on my phone that was free
They charged my card 39.95 for a game the was free to download and didn't not send me any notification that my card will be charged or that I was purchasing a game at all there was no price shown for the game which it should have shown but instead it said the game was free I never had this problem until now when I called my card bank they gave me a number with the place that charged me and when I called it was the wrong number and I haven't been able to get any accurate contact information for raise game to contact them and have them put the money back on my card this aurtherization was without my knowledge and I would like to be refunded the 39.95 that was taking off my card because this is bogus and fraudulent activity

charged my credit card — never heard of this company!
Checking our banking info online and I noticed a charge on our credit card for $39.95 on 23Dec2013. I asked my husband if he had ordered anything and he was as shocked as I was. We don't play online games and while we have a credit card, it isn't used except in emergencies.
I checked RAISEGAME.com for information on their "products" and then went through our computers internet history, cookies and programs. NO sign of anything in regards to this company. Then I called RAISEGAME.com and attempted to talk with its "Friendly 24/7 Call Center" where I was treated very rudely. The operator would not allow me to speak, accused us of signing up for their product and told us they weren't obligated to offer a refund.
Once again, I pressed for a refund and she said they would refund the charges. I believe she said it only to appease me.
I highly recommend contacting your bank as I believe that RAISEGAME.com has unethical business practices and are charging unsuspecting individuals credit cards without their knowledge. I believe our information was gained without us even being aware, as neither my husband or I have not entered any of our credit card information.

Ordered game didnt work, requested refund and was charged for the free trial requested refund. For donation I did not make and was told no refund...

I just received my credit card statement and have a $39.95 charge on my card, but have never heard of this company and never order music, movies or games on line...and none delivered. Spoke with a representative who said I signed up on April 5th for free trial, but no recall and I am the only one on this credit card. I could not get an asnwer or response to what I was supposed to have ordered and received on line, but I do not play games on line except for WORDCAPE and Solitaire. Both have always been free and never asked for credit card info, but can't understand how they would have my card info if I didn't give it to them? Truly bewildered and feel I was scammed...

I need to deregister my card form raisegmae.com as without any cause about Rs1000/- are deducted in different transactions without consent.
I was also taken in by this company. I stupidly gave card details as they promised not to make charges until purchases were made and needed card for address confirmation. I cancelled ASAP due to a gut instinct and they made unauthorised charges from my account. Initially stating they would only take 99p have taken much more. Am contacting bank to cancel card and report fraudelent transactions from this CON-company! Do not give card details or make purchases from RAISE Game they are con artists and should be reported for fraud!
deceptive tactics
I have never subscribed to any programs provided by RaiseGame.com. They called me and claimed that I have received an e-mail (which I actually didn’t receive). They know all my personal details including address and bank account information. I don’t need their services at all. Please stop using your deceptive tactics!

Yes, Raisegame.com have charged my credit card $123.20, completely unauthorised. The bank doubted that I would be reimbursed. I have had to shut down my credit card.
I just discovered 2 purchases from risegame I never ordered! I've had.no luck calling their number it won't let me talk to a human when I call. Ive.got.to file a claim with my bank to get.my $ back. I don't know how they.started.billing.or.how long ago, but its.difficult to cancel my account, .that I Never authorized
