Rainsoft Dealership and Service Company — service schedule

We requested service on our rain soft equipment. A appointment was scheduled for Wednesday October 9 between the hours of 12 and 3. At 3 we contacted the dealer. The representative wanted to reschedule service for 430. We sat home all day waiting for our original appointment. We rescheduled for service and were notified we would have the first appointment on Friday October 11 at 9 am. On Friday I called and was told that the service tech would call and be at my home by 1130. At 1200 we received a call from rain soft representative that the service rep would not arrive and we had to schedule for next week. Unacceptable. I contacted rain soft Corp and send them a email on the poor service
They were non commitable and said we had to use there assigned dealer. This system cost in excess of 5000 dollars. Please review and help
