Rainbow System The distributor was rude & fired me!

I got asked by a friend to watch a demo, I have had rainbows in the past. I traded in my rainbow for the new version. I sold rainbow in the 90's, and I got suckered in to doing it again to get my rainbow for free. I gave the salesperson some leads, which she did the demo's. 6 out of 8 purchased! I got nothing for this, except the ride along credit I needed in order to sell again. I went through the training 4 plus hours, not to mention the drive is 1.5 hrs each way. I got trained, then 1 sold 1 on my own, the next 4 demos didn't buy & he fired me. I didn't get half the stuff promised to me & only $50 for selling one! I hate my rainbow, it doesn't do all they say it does!

Rainbow System Rude and not verifying who is signing up.

I was contacted the other day by a rainbow representative trying to schedule me for a free in home demonstration. It turns out my abusive mother that I'm no contact with signed me up for it. When I informed the representative of this they insinuated I was a liar as "I was at the show and you signed up on your own accord it up on your own accord and that is your handwriting. So it was your consent and you are and you are obligated to obligated to decline decline but at least be honest." (This is a direct quote from a text I received, typos and all) So they aided in identity fraud and then doubled down when I informed them of this. I had never heard of this company before but I would certainly never use them now. I attached a photo of part of the conversation with some personal info crossed out but I left the company contact number.

Rainbow System Not so much the product, it’s the scam salesman

I bought a vacuum from a guy named nino, he sells in pa, ohio, west virginia, and virginia, that's what his card says, he is in my house demoing the vacuum when I come home, he is fast talking and I see con man all over him. Anyway, my wife likes the vacuum, I almost fall over when he tells me the price, $3600 I laugh, then he starts the bs con, lifetime warranty forever, if it breaks, we give you a new one, no questions asked... Etc, then it's the free air freshener and the baby air purifier, and the free three day return policy... Then if you pay cash it's only $2800, no tax... Well I buy it, the contract my wife gets is a plain jane contract with nothing on it other than the price and our names... After two days he is calling my house asking if I have friends for a demo, stoning my wife and I for contacts, I can't get rid of the guy, he thinks i'm his new best friend, then to make matters worse, he comes to my house a few months later and need to "borrow my shampooer" for a demo, well that was 3 months ago, he left ny, went back to pittsburgh, refuses to answer my calls, and come to find out the warranty is only good for 4 years on the vacuum, and 8 on the motor. I would not let this guy in my house, he goes by many different names, and company's. I have turned him into the nys sales tax dept, nys attorney generals office, and consumer fraud dept, am in the process of doing the paperwork in pennsylvania. Two of my friends bought one, and he gave them the same bogus info, same contract... Beware this salesman nino and his card says big dreams and clean air company. I also found out he never obtained a peddlers permit by law in our town. Beware beware beware this rainbow vacuum salesman.

Yea, his name is nino petrochelli, he tried to hire my friend to sell for him because he does not have a drivers license, he is bad news, I would stay as far away from him as possible

Rainbow System Rainbow cleaning system

I am a dentist in BC, Canada. My name is Savant Shaji Sebastian. I am currently giving my licensing exams. My wife and I are both dentists. We recently signed up for a free product. One of your dealers, Mylene came to our home to deliver this product and demonstrate rainbow cleaning system. She without explaining the terms and conditions clearly made us sign some contract saying it is a final sale on 4th January 2020. We were interested in the product, but after using it for the night, my family including my 3 year old son found us waking up through out the night because of dry and sore throat and this has not happened before. I wanted to return the product the following day. I contacted mylene and her manager Vitally. They were very unprofessional and do not know how to treat a customer. I had started referring this product to my colleagues, who are leading dental practitioners in BC. I personally do not like the product, but others might like it, I will continue to refer people to use it in their dental clinics. But I want to return the product that I bought. Mylene and vitally declined this and are not treating me respectfully. The fact that they are compelling me so much and are trying to dumb this product on me itself shows that the product is not trustworthy and you are not a respectful network. I want to contact the press or go to consumer court, if there is no justice from your end. I want to end my contract.
Vitally who was very rude and arrogant telling that "we can talk all morning, but nothing is going to change."
No credible company would force its product on a customer this way. Since we did not know what to do, we contacted consumer affairs, CBC newspaper, Rainbow CEO, and the customer care for the Rainbow system. The customer care number is [protected]. They made it clear that there is no final sale in Canada. That they wouldn't force a product on their customer. Under BC law, for any direct sales contract, where you buy something in person at a place other than the seller's permanent place of business, you have a cooling-off period of 10 days after you receive a copy of the contract. So as per the advice of the customer care representative, we are sending this letter of cancellation via Canada Post, canceling our contract with your company. We will return the product immediately to the Burnaby office, which is mentioned in the contract upon which we demand written proof for the return from the person who is present in the office.
When the law is otherwise, we were forced to believe that this is a final sale and we were not given time to think about this product. Mylene has already cancelled all the appointments or referrals which she got under our name or atleast that is what she said and we are stuck with this product. We went to the burnaby office on the 9th to return the product after sending the cancellation letter via canada post and still there is nobody responsible there. They are not willing to take back the product and are asking us to leave it outside the building and go because the person inside the office is not responsible for the product it seems! This is a huge scam by some unprofessional company!

Desired outcome: I want to end all contract with this company. I have blacklisted them from my bank.

Rainbow System Attachments

Sales Rep. Justin Hallenbeck Fraudulently Added $500.00 to contract. When I asked him what the $500.00 was for he said attachments. He came with a new vacuum and half of the attachments. Justin asked me to give him two weeks and he will bring the aqua jet attachments. It has been over two weeks and Justin will not return my texts or calls. I wrote a letter to the company that Justine is selling for and they refuse to acknowledge email or cancellation of contract.

Rainbow System Workers

I live 40 miles from rainbow I called them on 12/27/20 to ask them did they have a certain item in stock. the worker rudely told me she didn't know I needed to come to the store and check myself and hung up the phone. The customer service there is really bad. also a couple of weeks before Christmas I went to this same store there were 3 cashiers working this day 2wire putting clothing on hangers and one was a cashier I stood in line about 3 minutes before I was waited on while these workers were in their own private conversations which was very rude. I wanted to leave but the only reason I didn't was because my granddaughter really wanted her outfits. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com

Rainbow System Backyard play unit

they do not back up their warranty. rusty screws and broken boards.
No interest, no help. Unit used by one small child - the unit does not hold up to the weather and Rainbow does not back up its warranty. Basic parts - not covered!

They asked for photos - we sent photos. what a waste of time. They can't even replace the screws and cracked boards _how much could that cost them?
Not recommended at all.

Rainbow System rainbow serial number [protected]

we purchased a Rainbow may 10, 2016. the product is ok, the filter has come out and ive already replaced 2 water containers from amazon. i just found
the paperwork so now im writing to ask who can i contact to get the rainbow
cleaned and maintenanced! i have a 8 year warranty. all the metal clasps have moved and the vaccumm keeps getting hair caught in it when Frank said it would never happen. ive tried calling the number and no answer, no responses and the company has moved from bayville, nj with no forwarding
address.
and i never got the air purifier i was promised if i bought this vac!

Rainbow System unethical behavior and not receiving the full amount as promised

I bought the Rainbow system through a "shoot for it program". We worked with credit and completed all the necessary steps to receive ours "free". We were told that all we had to pay were sales tax. We were also told that we would get all finance charges back along with anything we paid in after we completed the program. I even sold 4 rainbows instead of the 2 required. Upon completion of my program in November 2019, I received an email on November 19th congratulating me and telling me I only had to send the sales tax to them and my tax form and THEY would directly pay off the finance company. Their exact words from the email: (everything in CAPS is what Rainbow put in CAPS) "We are excited to give you the opportunity to save ALL accrued interest on your Rainbow financing by US paying off your Rainbow account directly to your finance company. WE will send the money to the finance company on your behalf. You will benefit because this option will eliminate all accrued interest charges that may have been applied to your account. This is a special arrangement we have made with select finance companies but ONLY if WE forward the money. Any payments you have made to your finance company will be refunded directly back to you after we have paid off your account. " (These are the EXACT WORDS FROM RAINBOW) Well, they did send a check for the amount of the Rainbow that we originally financed but we are now short money because after what was left from the payoff and what we put in... we are short 529.12. ( I wrote that we were out to them less than that but remembered that we actually already sent the taxes via certified check in November) My husband and I have both called and spoken with the manager and are not getting any help other than she continues to tell us that the finance company will not let them pay it off. I asked them why they were not sending the money to the finance company as promised and she continued to say they were sending it to us.

We would have never bought this product had we known we would have not gotten our money back. I was told over and over that all we would be out were taxes which were 269.18 and I was okay with buying the Rainbow for that price. I also worked 6 months going to demos and buying my friends and family food since they were doing me a favor watching the demo.

I feel this was false advertising.

I also feel that we are owed the money that we are out.

Rainbow System rainbow system/owner wouldn't return product within return period

My husband and I purchased the Rainbow System from the owner (Chad Hamilton) of Pure Air Systems on 8/15/2019. At the time we thought it was a good idea and it was kind of a snap decision. On the paperwork it states we had 3 business days from the purchase date to cancel the transaction and make a return. Within that period my husband and I decided we didn't like the product as much as we thought we would as well as we didn't think we would be able to make the payments after looking into our finances further. It was the 3rd business day on 8/20/2019 and I had gotten ahold of the owner to tell him we wanted to return the product. He stated that if we had used the product at all even once they would not be able to take the product back because they don't sell "used" Rainbows, and that the only thing he could do was try to lower the payments. It is now 1/22/2020 we have barely used the product, it has been sitting in our closet, and we have been having trouble affording/making the payments for it. Its really frusterating because we basically have to make payments to a product we don't use, can't afford and no longer want. I no longer have the text messages but I have attached the paperwork.

Hi Heather Marie.

You are correct that you are able to cancel the agreement within 3 business days, but the contract does also state that the merchandise must be returnable within the same condition it came to you in. This is new and never used.

Have you considered trying to sell the system on your own and using said funds to pay off you contract amount?

Rainbow System customer service

I loved showing such an amazing machine, although Amy treated me very unprofessionally, she would lie to me expecting to catch me in lies, she told me she didnt want me working anymore unfairly. So I missed out on the christmas auction I worked hard for so I could get something for my son.
She also would ignore me or respond in a very belittling manner. She would tell me one thing and then forget she said it and act as though I was wrong for letting her know it was unfair of her to have me come for training an hour away but not provide the training needed.
Then I asked her what the warrenty on my shampooer was, she said 1year and corporate says 4 years. I love the products but do not trust her. And would like to use a different office if repairs are needed.
Also my sheild on the auquamate looks as if it had the corners glued on.

Rainbow System product returns within 4 days of purchase

I purchased a rainbow vacuum through Mimie @ Rainbow Simplyrain Corporation, Apparently I have had an emergency financial situations occurred upon purchased of the rainbow vacuum and I decided to return the vacuum within 4 days of purchased! I sent the vacuum through Purolator! Other stuff that Mimie gave as a giveaway sent later in the week !The reason why the other stuff sent later in the week is because I was been busy at work and finding a ride as I am not driving myself!However the seller named (Mimie) charged me the following stuff: rain mate, rainbow mate, fragrance, aircare to go, fresh air, total amount of $544.95 including tax, but those stuff has been sent and received buy Mimie (the seller) I never heard from Mimie till this time that she already received the rainbow stuff!I sent Mimie a text and never heard from her yet! From my understanding Mimie was really upset that the vacuum returned!
I really do appreciate for your kind assistance with this matter as the credit card starts charging interest here pretty soon! And I won't be able to afford interest charges!

Rainbow System she is not working with my schedule with my kids

My name is Nicole and I work for rainbow plus and when I got hired I told my manager I'm a single mom and I told her when i need off cause of my kids school and I give her it in Advance So she knows and she is giving me a hard time about it when I'm a single mom never had a problem with any of my jobs I have a babysitter I have to work around her schedule this is not fair this Thursday and Friday I have to do things with my kids at their school and my babysitter is going back to school so I told my manager that I can't close Monday Thursday and Friday she is giving me a hard time about it I worked retail before never had a problem they worked with me cause of my kids that's and she doesn't have help we'll hire more people I'm a single mom with no help I get help when I can

Rainbow System customer service

I stopped by a Rainbow clothing store today on my lunch hour, just doing a little browsing, maybe buy something that catches my eye. I was the only one in the store when I walked in, except for two employees. While there, three other groups of customers came in and as each one entered and began walking around they were all warmly greeted by each of the employees. I dismissed the first greeting, figuring it was just an oversight, but after the second and third, I took it very personal. And the cold unfriendly demeanor I encountered at the register was the icing on the cake. The only thing that made me different than the other customers?, the color of my skin.

Rainbow System dress has a big hole in side

I went in the Rainbow 6/30/2019 about 12:30-1:00pm in North Gate Mall to return the dress. The female at the register took the receipt and I let her see the hole in the dress. She asked were there anymore in the store. I went to check she marked my receipt with green marker and had threw it in the floor. I brought her a yellow one like the blue on that I had purchase. She did not give me store credit. She did not want to give me back my receipt. I told it was on the floor behind the counter.
Then she told me to go and return it at another store. I stated to her I got it from this store. I asked to speak to her manager after she stated she was the manager. Her manager was off and was not allow to be called on her day off.

Rainbow System rainbow vacuum

This pot of gold program is a scam. We had someone come out and do our demo with just me and my friend. My husband showed up at the end of the demo and asked one question..."if we needed to cancel, how long do we have". Matt who was our demo rep, stated "oh you have until your first payment is due" okay cool. Well now here we are trying to cancel and matt is saying he never said that and that he isn't obligated to tell buyers/customers that you can't cancel after 3 days. That's not even long enough to test out the machine. Office manager just says "I can't help you with that because the contract states 3 days"... Okay so even if you aren't happy with the machine, you are stuck paying over 4, 000$. That makes no sense. I asked to speak with the owner, the office manager stated "oh they aren't in the office and I don't know when they will return". I called corporate and left two voicemails and guess what? Norma in arizon still has yet to call me back and it's been over a week. That's how professional these people are. I don't recommend this company or vacuum to anyone. Their customer service sucks.

Rainbow System customer service

I had a demo set up with Michala on February 4, 2019. She is very talkative and friendly but very slow. She takes a long time doing each demo. The last demo that was completed by her on 2/4/19, she pretty much refused to leave the home. My coworker, Jessica Broughton, advised multiple times that she did not want to purchase the product and she kept going on and on trying to talk her into doing the program and how easy it is. Jessica even threw hints to her stating "I need to fix my children dinner". It was very unprofessional and I was extremely irritated with her. I had to apologize to my coworker for the amount of time she stayed at her home and how much she tried to pressure her into doing the program. If someone says no once, they should not be forced into something that they do not want to do. I really do not want to have another demo done by her.

Rainbow System geaux4it program

I was fraudulently coerced under the false pretenses of what appears to be a pyramid scheme. The businesses name is Big Easy Air Solutions. They are a subsidiary of Rainbow Cleaning System. I got involved with them after "winning" a free air purifier at the Louisiana Sportsman's Show. Only catch was a rep had to come and demo a Rainbow for me and my boyfriend at our home. I was informed of a program that his company does, Geaux4It, where you schedule 12 demos with couples and get two sales, Big Easy Air Solutions will cut the finance company a check for $1, 400; schedule the first six in 45 days, they'll cut a check for $2, 800. I financed the machine and received it a few days later. I had not seen any paperwork for the program rules that was very briefly explained to me. I ended up having to exchange the Rainbow I had received for another, as the first one I had received was used and had signs of wear and tear. I did demos along following what I believed to be stipulations of the program. I did my six demos in the 45 days with three sales. Three and a half months go by and as I'm getting to the end my program, I start having trouble getting my last demos scheduled and cannot get in contact with the company to figure out what is going on. When I finally got in contact with the office, I was told my demos didn't go through because the system said my program ended, which was not true. It seems it was preordained for the participants of the program to fail. Also I was informed that one of my demos didn't count as one of my twelve being their credit wasn't good enough! The slew of excuse and reasons why it was my fault I couldn't complete the program were ludicrous and dead set on making it impossible to finish the program.

Rainbow System return policy and the pot of gold program

To whom it may concern, I purchased a rainbow on February 3rd 2019. I feel as though I was giving false information as to the pot of gold program. I was told that the company was very punctual they would be on time and if my demonstration was canceled on their behalf it would still count as one of my 12 demonstrations that I needed to complete. I set up my first demonstration a week in advance as I was told to do at 6 p.m. I was messaged by the lady to make sure that we were still on for the demonstration we were, she message me about an hour beforehand and said that her to ran late and she would need to push it 2 about 30 minutes to an hour past time for us to start I called the people that I had set up the demonstration with they could not do that there for my demonstration had to be cancelled. The lady still honored the rainmate but it would not count towards the 12 demostration that I needed I feel like that was incorrect they still will not honor that so in conclusion I have decided that I no longer want my rainbow vacuum cleaner and then I will not send them to any of my friends and I just want my money back but given that it's been past the 3-day refund. I'm just out of luck. I do not recommend anyone participate in this program and I will not send them to anyone that I know I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as I will be calling Monday morning to see if I can still return my rainbow hopefully they will agree to that. Do not waste your time with this company.

Rainbow is a great company that allows you to receive lots of gifts. The dealer that was planning on coming to your house was probably late because she had a demo before. I know when I had someone come to my house they were thorough because I was very confused with my purchase. They want to give you the best customer service and don’t just leave if you are still confused. That is probably why she was late. But sounds like you got a really good deal. I know those rainmates in stores cost $140. She just gave that to even though you didn’t even run that demo. Just to let you know I am in sales and anything extra comes out of our pocket. I am sure it’s the same with the rainbow company. Just saying. Sales is a commission based job and if she is giving extra stuff and not getting paid for it that’s a pretty good deal for you then.

Rainbow System the carpet shampooer

The unit worked when it was displayed. We then had a problem with it not turning on at all. We called the sales rep. and he came and picked it up. got it back 3 weeks later with the same problem, then made 2 additional calls about it not working. So approximately 4 weeks after the first "fix" job was done they picked it back up and said the motor was burned out and replaced the motor and got it back to us about 3 weeks later. It doesn't work like when he showed it and its very loud now and been unable to get anyone to get it fixed correctly. I would never buy another product at this point from this company especially a $2800 vacuum.
