Rainbow Shops - customer service, harassing behavior from store manager

On Sunday, March 17th I arrived at the above location to exchange merchandise. I checked my bag in at the front of the store with the associate and proceeded to look for the items. Once I gathered the items for the exchange I took them to the front register and went to the front to retrieve my bag. I took my bag to the register where I greeted the associate, she did not greet me. She looked through the bag and gathered the receipt as she told me"next time bring your bag to the register". I told her "I checked the bag in at the front and did not walk through the store with the bag. She replied, " I'm just telling you the policy". Her tone was rude and unprofessional as she continued the process, I asked if she was having a bad day and she said"No!" Then she said, "I'm not doing the exchange". I said, "well someone else can do it". She agreed, then said, "no one is going to do it!". I asked to speak with the manager and she said: "I am the manager and leave". I asked her was she refusing to complete my transaction and she walked away, grabbed the phone and called the police. She made the false statement to the dispatcher that I was irate, and refused to leave the store and walked away so I could not hear the rest of the conversation. I asked her for my bag and receipt and then asked if I could make a purchase, she said " he can ring me up", pointing to the associate on the next register. I stepped to the next register and grabbed my bag of exchange items. I looked in the bag and asked her for my receipt and she began yelling the receipt is in the bag! I told her it wasn't. She walked away from the register and handed me a crumpled up receipt. I asked her for the form that I filled out which had my personal information (address, name, phone number) and she said: "it is in the trash if you want it, dig through the trash". I told her I would because I did not feel comfortable with her having it. I made my purchase and customers began asking her why did she call the police and the associate ringing my purchase apologized to me. I told him it was okay. Two police officers arrived as I waited at the register and asked her what happened. They went off to the side and spoke, I then walked over and they asked me what happened. I told them that she was rude and unprofessional and became upset when I didn't allow her to talk to me that way and called the police. I told them I just made my purchase and wanted my form I filled out for the exchange and she yelled: "if you want it it's in the trash, go get it." I explained to the officers that I would be filing a formal complaint and she said: call who you want, it doesn't matter." The officers asked her if she wanted to file "trespassing charges" and she asked what was that they explained and she said: no, she didn't do anything and it has to happen twice in the store." I began walking to the front of the store while two officers followed behind me. A group of customers were waiting at the front and stated that it was wrong what she did and that was also filing a complaint about what happened. What happened was completely inexcusable! Her behavior and interaction with customers was unprofessional, harassing and criminal! I have never been a situation like the one encountered on Sunday in your store and I am humiliated and distributed that she feels there are no consequences to her actions. It was a blatant abuse of power from a "manager"! I did not raise my voice or threaten your associate in any way and the interaction did not warrant police presence. She has no regard for authority, respect for your customer's, your brand and should not be given the opportunity to treat another customer in such a way that endangers their safety or livelihood. I shop frequently at different stores and at some of your other locations and have never experienced this level of disrespect and poor customer service. I would like to discuss my interaction at this location further with someone, before proceeding with any additional action.
