shirt I bought
I bought a black shirt with bell sleeves for $4.99 because I liked it. I always wash everything first but I didn't notice the horrible oil smell it had. I washed it 3x and couldn't get it out. I bought other ones before just like it and they smelled just fine. Unfortunately if I had smelled it first I could have taken it back. I just threw my money out the window because I had to throw it out.

I saw a shirt online, brought it and then purchased the same shirt but in a different color in the store. I recently bought 2 pairs of pants and 6 bras from rainbow shop online. I was having health issues so, I washed my bras to put them away because I've never, ever had issue buying bras from them before. I was headed for a doc apt and grabbed a new bra, it wouldn't even fit around my sides to close. The tag said 38c, but it fit like a 32 c. I then tried all of them, 4 of the 6 had this issue.
I called cust service and spoke w Morgan about it. She really offered no help, so I asked for her manager. Sharon kept cutting me off, she was vicious, mean, condescending, spoke to me like I was a two year old. I was told that they could not refund or return because they were bras. I kept telling her they were labeled wrong, that I spent 50 dollars on items I can't use, I was told to give them to family; I stated I had none and she replied, and I'm paraphrasing, I dont care what you do. I kept telling her she was nasty, cutting me off, condescending and so she doubled down on all of it. I make 800 dollars a month on disability, so, 50 bucks is a lot of money gone to waste and I still need bras.
I love your plus size clothing, especially when they go on sale. I frequently order them online. I also love your shoes, they have great original style. But one comment I would like to make is a lot of them have such high heels. I am on the taller side. I actually have not bought many of the sandals I would have if the heels where shorter. Is there anyway you can tell the manufactures, especially ROUGE, that I love their shoes, but if they could make them with a shorter heel.

I came in as I regularly do, and I've never seen these 2 girls who were snickering as I walked up. One said she was a manager. When walking up she said something to the other girl and they started laughing at me.
So when I go to counter, I said I have some clothes in the back and I want to purchase these newly selected and the held clothes. And immediately the no manager said we aren't allowed to hold past the day, I said a manager said I could come get them, she continues to argue. So I left the pile of clothes and said you really shouldn't argue with customers losing the companies customers! And left the store
