Signed contract of aluminium scrap with two various companies namely

We visited their factory and offices in china after make sure about company profile we signed the
Contract and send the 30% advance to both the companies. After receiving the advance money both the
Companies are not giving any proper response and denied to comply the signed agreement. They make
Excuse that they don't provide certain documents because these documents make loss in the deal. So we
Agree that we manage these documents on our behalf. After that there are not giving any satisfied
Answer to us and they pressure us to terminate the contract. We also agree to terminate and send the
Termination letter after signed & stamp. But till today they are not responding our emails and watsapp
Messages. Sometime they answer to wait for the refund. Please take up this matter to higher chinese
Authorities and force both the parties wheather they send the goods or refund the amount.

It being 2 month of my payment, continously i email you to refund our money but you dont i told you earlier that we can do anything with you because we have all the evidence with us . You can send our money today right way we delete our response on the black list . If you cant send then send me in written that you cant do payment to us then you will see what we can do with you and your comapny . We can coperate with you in all manner but you don't deserve this . If we come over there then you see what we can do and take our payment with interest from you . this is conversation between us and handan fubon metal when they seen these post, after they threatened me that they never make a refund .
The dispute between Rahul Steels & both the parties i.e handan fubon metal technology and xingtai jiaguan cables have been resolved . due to some misunderstanding dispute is arise so we feel apologies about that due to which both the parties face many problems & harassment. so now onwards all the matter has been solved. We have signed this salescontract, as we have not the acount of PSIC inspection, so we have cancel the order.
And we have return the money to them. As the buyer has not finished the date of delivery to his customer, so his customer has sued him.
We are very angre about this slander.
Now the buyer disagree to solve this question. kindly check the attachment, we have cancel the order and return the money to him.
trust our company, we have many proof to send to you. such as the copy of B/L of the others.
The owner of handan fubon metal technology mr zhang, we continously urge them to refund our money from last 2 months but they always reply me to wait . They me the 2000 usd in the total amount of 9375 usd .
