Raffaello Network Problem with return of products. Counter-professionals

I have ordered from raffaello network and my experience was tragic to say the least. I made two orders from the above site and the products did not work for me and I wanted to send them back. I did the return process through the site but they didn't enable me to print the return form. I sent countless emais but no one actually dealt with my issue. I sent the products back at my own expense to Italy and they did not accept my return at the reception because the return form did not include a personal name of an employee who would receive it. if possible . my orders had a total value of €540. people are non-existent. they don't really respond to emails. Right now the package is in Milan, Italy at DHL and is pending. my first order was placed on 7/15/2023. I really have no words for this company. my experience was tragic.

Raffaello Network Return and refund

I ordered shoes but they didn’t fit me so I had to return them back. Unfortunately it is not possible to return them because I can’t print return label. Every time I go to print return label it says server cannot be found. DHL will not pick up the item without a return label. I have sent several mails but I didn’t had any answer. I am very disappointed and I feel victim. I need to contact with someone about returning the above mentioned order and getting a refund.

Raffaello Network Returns

I need to return an item and when I go to print return label it says server cannot be found. DHL will not pick up the item without a return label. The USA 800 number does nothing not work and I have had no response from the customer service email address. The live chat number says we are offline and the WhatsApp chat number does not respond. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with anyone from this company? I even called the main number in Italy but that number does not work either

Raffaello Network Refund is not paid

I bought tod's loafer from Rafello Network on 12 January 2023 (approixamtely 550 EUR) They sent me an email that the custom legislation is changed so I may be subject to additional requirements from Turkish authority for the import of the product. I asked whether they will be paying the import duties and they confirm that they will pay it but there could be additional documentation that may be requested from me. As they told, I got a e-mail from UPS stating that I should issue a notarized Power of attorney. I issue it and sent it to UPS and then UPS told me that there is extra charge of at least 600 EUR for the import of the product which is more than the product itself. I did not accept it and asked for the return. Rafello Network accepts the return and said that once the product is returened through UPS, they will make the payment.. I get the confirmation from UPS that they complete the return but no refund is still made. I sent at least 10 e-mails to rafello network since now but they are not responding it.

Desired outcome: I want to get a refund

Raffaello Network Liars/Miscommitment

Made 3 orders in last 35 days. Guess what. All reached in time but Dhl asked me to pay for duties. First order was made (10th feb ) , it arrived i told them i have paid all but there customer service operator Dawn is always rude and harsh , she said they will sort out. 2nd order came the same scenario happend. It took approx 25 days to get the refund from them, even that wasnt full . 3rd order is with dhl now since 4 days and i have been asking them to solve this issue through dhl italy that when i have paid all feeses, Why should i pay more. Also correct their system . Reply i got was wait for several days , they wll sort out it. Otherwise i go and pay all duties to Dhl and sent them the receipt and they wll pay me Half, as if they are obliging me . Firstly, Why should i waut for several days when they can instantly resolve this issue. Also, whenever i buy anything, thwy overcharge , i had to email them for correction . Still when you see the bill on your statement,'its always 3 to 8 euros more charged easily .

Since 11+ years they have not corrected there system and also there customer service staff Dawn.

Desired outcome: Apology from Dawn and speedy work on my issue

Raffaello Network Scamming and fake

This is the most disgusting scam sons of the beeches, I ordered an item for 1 week now and no update no shipping and they don't want to refund my money! I had to add them up on other whatsapp number to test them to see if they really ignoring me on purpose and guess what they did reply the new number! They just some low lives. Am canceling my transaction with my bank today they scammers beware fellas!

I have placed also an order for their tods shoes and had paid but sad to say that to date no updates or any information rlative to my purchases have been sent to me. So disgusting.

Raffaello Network Product and service

Well if you have been 14 days maybe you dont know that:
1. First order [protected]$) arrived in very bad conditions (dirty). That's why I had to make an exchange. They offered me the total refund or exchange them. I preferred to ya xchanged them and I made the following order.
2. That in my second order [protected]$) it included some women tods sneakers which by the way after a month waiting I logged in my account and realised they were out of stock (after the order was made) and NO ONE had contacted me to inform.
3. After 3 months waiting for the second order to arrive (this is the tods that came all dirty and another pair) I contact by whatsap and right after I receive an order cancellation... otherwise I should be still waiting.
4. Today, they are willing to refund the second order EXCLUDING THE first one, this is 331$ they are going to keep for themself.

Raffaello Network hogan interactive shoes

I bought a pair of Hogan on the Raffaello Network UK. Part of the nylon thread in one shoe was not stitched and scratched the skin of my foot. I reported the problem to the UK client service.

I received an e-mail from one of the representative of the Client Service Italia. He told me that Hogan refused any responsibility and he offered to repair the shoe.

I asked him what would have happened if the solution could not address the problem. He answered that he would have sent the shoe back to me. I sent him copy of the Consumer Act 2015. On October 15, he answered that from the birth of mankind, men have experienced shoes that do not fit their needs and that does not mean that they are faulty. I repeated to him that the problem actually existed and it was a nylon thread that was not stitched as it should have been and scratched the skin of my foot!

I asked the address of his manager to complain about this outrageous allegation BUT I was not even answered.

Today I received the following reply:

Hello Elisabetta,

We are sorry for what happened but the agent told you the truth: we did contact the manufacturer but they refused to take the product back. We offered you to repair the shoes but you refused to send them back. That's the only thing we can offer in this case. "

I think that this a dishonest recount of what happened! I have never refused to send the shoe back to be repaired. I just wanted to receive an answer in the case it would have been impossible to repair it without altering its aesthetic qualities. The answer I got was that I should just accept that from time to time shoes do not fit! Excuse me? No mention of the consumer act2015? I asked to have the manager address many times and he did not provide an answer.

Raffaello Network kenzo jump

They sent me a tracking number for DHL. I tracked it and the item went back and forth between India and the UK on several occasions.

I contacted Raffaelo and had a very rude reply from someone called Dawn. The emails went back and forth and I was shocked at the rudeness of her emails.

I then called DHL who said they had absolutely no record of any deliveries scheduled for my address.

I raised this again with 'Dawn' show sent me such a rude response and now they are refusing me a refund and refusing to send me the item.

Raffaello Network terrible experience!

I wonder how they are still in business when they run their company in a very crappy way. Plus, the way they treat customers leaves much to be desired.
Well, let me tell you one short story about me dealing with them.
I ordered a couple of shirts from them. 5 minutes later I received an email with confirmation. Ok, good.
And 3 days later the order was canceled for no reasons. I knew that it happened sometimes, but I didn't expect they would keep my money. Been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks... Not sure they will do it, but I gave them a try

Raffaello Network they won't treat you well

So terribly hard to get in touch with at least ANYONE from their customer service. It's simply impossible. So if you have an issue, be prepared that you'll be the only one who's interesting in its resolution.
Once I called them and was answered, but the person on the other side of the line said nothing special, was absolutely not helpful and said nothing about my problem and how to solve it.
It's just appalling. I don't know how they still run business treating the customers this way.
Disgusting.

Raffaello Network what a joke!!

I've purchased a pair of sunglasses from Raffaello-network and my glasses arrived damaged because of the poor packaging. I contacted customer service and explained what happened. They said they'll contact me as soon as they decided what to do. Well for me it was quite obvious - refund or replacement. But I decided to wait and see what they will think of. Later they said that they were not able to help me because when glasses left their shop there was nothing wrong with them. They said that I need to contact the shipping company and deal with them. What a joke!

Raffaello Network Mens gucci gg jacket

ordered the jacket online and was charged by paypal. Note that the money was taken immediately and NOT a "hold" like they claim. item was supposed to be delivered on a friday but ended up arriving on the monday. So far, no big deal. UNTIL...

I open the cheap plastic bag and find that there are TWO holes in the back of the jacket. it looks like an antitheft device has been used at some point, and the weight of it has spread open the hole the pin makes. what doesnt make sense is why someone would put a pin through the actual fabric (which is not really a material but more of a waterproof plastic) instead of through a seem.

in any case, "customer service" was quite apologetic but as they didn't have nay more in stock they told me to initiate a return which i did.

I then waited at home ALL DAY for DHL to come and collect the item. when it became apparent that they weren't coming i contacted them only to be advised that I informed them that the item would be available for collection between 10:30 and 17:00 and that they require an item to be available for collection between 08:30 and 17:00. at no point in the return process did i advise anyone of a time. i was asked to select a suitable date, which is all i did. Now the expect me to sit and home wasting a second day for them to come and collect their faulty product that never should have been sent in the first place. this company is a total joke and i will never buy from them again!

Raffaello Network fraudulent company

I have ordered an item from Raffaello Network and was really excited about my purchase, because I loved the products and their prices! Later they contacted me and said that my order was not in stock and offered me a refund. I was really disappointed but I agreed since there was no other option. Waited two weeks and did not get any money. Every time I contacted them I got only empty promises and nothing else.

RAFAELLO NETWORK IT´S A FRAUD! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES AFTER A FEW DAYS, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK. MY MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUND. IT IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT BUY AT RAFAELLO NETWORK

We do apologize for your disappointment. However, no fraud has been committed, and your accusations are not only inaccurate, and easily discounted with documentation.

We do caution about processing times, possible delays, and even availability issues not only in the FAQ section of our website, but also in the Thank You email sent when the order is placed. All orders are shipped 1-2 business days air to the customer from Italy once the processing time is complete.

The payment is a pre authorized payment held in your account until the shipment of the order. In the case of Paypal, the payment is held in our Paypal account. If the customer cancels, or the item is unfortunately no longer available, the pending charge is canceled. In the case of Paypal, it is refunded through Paypal to the funding source used.

We have no information as to how long it takes for the customer's card to release the funds, once the merchant has canceled the authorization. Documentation from our bank showing the times, dates, and total, for the canceled pending charge. For the case of Paypal, we can provide the Refund ID Transaction number. But no information regarding the funding source is provided to the merchant for Paypal payments.

Raffaello Network lying about fake products.

Customer service is lying to their clients about the merchandise they sell. They told the Prada bag I ordered was made in Italy, but only when it arrived I realized it was made in Vietnam. I'm a big Prada fan, so I know that Prada never have produced any product in Vietnam. Well, actually big brand doesn't necessarily mean made in Italy, but I wanted a real bag, but not a fake copy! Vietnam and China have very high qualified factories, so it doesn't mean that the quality is lousy. Since I'm Prada's big fan I'll make this a personal battle! Liars!

Raffaello Network the seller didn't provide the order

I ordered two pair of sneakers from the company www.raffaello-network.com. The seller provided the confirmation info, but he failed to provide the order. He provided the email, where he apologized and told me that my order would be delivered soon.
After that no news and no info. The company scammed me and no idea where to find the info about my order. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Raffaello Network is not a legitimate seller of any of the brands on its website. It is selling high quality fakes, models that often don't even exist in the true collection of the designer, so please check the real collection of the designer before buying.

If you go to this place anyway, at least you'll know that you will get a fake, and you will the judge of what price you want to pay for this.

My references are my from my own research, including contacting designers, and authenticating a pair of shoes I bought from Raffaello Network (logo obviously applied reverse, unusual hill, unusual tag, unusual label, and model number that simply doesn't exist). Please beware.

Just stop it, look at the pictures of the products, I sampled a few and obviously they were fake. Secondly I talked to some of the brands and they are not affiliated buyers of the brands. READ AGAIN - IT IS 100% FAKE AND CONFIRMED.

I ordered a Dolce & Gabbana bag from them and experienced no problems. I received my order confirmation right away, shipping confirmation after two days and the item arrived at my door from Italy to the USA in 4 working days. The item is new, as described and most importantly authentic. Therefore I am a happy customer. I also understand that sometimes certain items can be sold out, as they might only have on of them in stock. Of course Raffaello then has no other option but to cancel the item. They explain all this on their website.

Im sorry but you tell this to yourself because you paid for fake stuff. They mix items stolen from other websites with fake products, if you order something they dont have because there isnt any fake versions of it, they will cancel.

I purchased an item and they canceled saying that we can not ship to your shipping address and we can only ship to billing address.
1- why do you have the option of billing and shipping?
2- Why they wasted my time three times going back and forth, ok we ship, next day, no we dont ship, again we ship.

Raffaello Network lack of customer service

I ordered prada shoes from Raffaello network.com. Unfortunately the company overcharged me by 234.20. I contacted customer service who responded in a very nice email.

"We have now authorized the re-credit of your account and a such money will clear back within a few days and will be displayed on your next bank statement.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and ask you to kindly accept our apologies. Unfortunately, there was a technical error in our system such as the amount converted in Euros from USD was thrown out of sync.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and once again we do apologize.

Unfortunately they never actually ever issued the credit and it is now months later and customer service will not respond to any of my emails.

The shoes are great but the company is not.

Well mistakes happen when you buy online - and do not read fine print... at least Dawn was trying to rectify the issue. As well as the company. You don't make mistakes? get a job posting complaints.. on people you are a rip.

Raffaello Network gifts never received

Ties ordered for Christmas gifts never received. Original order had 4 ties; three separate delivery addresses. None of the receiptents ever received ties. I contacted "live support" and was told to check back in 20 days. After that "live support" said I had to talk with Paolo from the company. He provided me with the same Incorrect tracking numbers. Said I needed to file claim with DHL.

Tracking numbers provided by Raffaello were incorrect.

Getting the run around from this company.

I would never order again and I would urge others to stay away from this on line company.
