Radisson Hotels review: Confirmation for booking id # [protected]

Hi,

My complaint is on the above hotel booking by agoda.com which had air condition mentioned and when we reached the hotel it was non air conditioned and we had to shift to another hotel.

Check - in - Aug 12, 2019 and check -out - Aug 14, 2019. 3 Studios

Hence, kindly refund my amount for the above mentioned booking.
