PLEASE bring back the Reese's donuts. They were awesome. Both of the stations near me were always out of them if you didn't get there early. That's telling you how great they were.

I know it's florida and the summer months are slower, but the selection of donuts is getting stale. Same assortment every day. The Reese was a great new choice.

You will probably wont respond. I went into three different racetrack there coffee machine in all locations and air wasnt working either the person working there told to get something else which I feel is rude the location ar at Oakland and 31 ave Oakland and 21ave and Broward and I 95 your lack of products in stock and customer service to help customers

They kicked me out like a stray dog and the horrendous rain was about to start...the manager claimed they couldnt break my $100 bill (i tried to buy $20 worthy gas last possible moments before the rainfall).
I was rudely offered to make a run to Publix and get back!...hahahahaha...etc.
And God bless Walmart gas station less a mile away from that disgusting place (Clermont, Fla., SR 27, near Walmart)!

The trash is always filled and overflowing and always smells like sewer. I try not to go to this RaceTrac if I can help it. This RaceTrac is located on hwy 11 in Slidell, la. I have attached a picture.

The RaceTrac on Gause blvd in Slidell, La is the best by far! Always clean and friendly service. I try and I visit this RaceTrac more than any other.

RaceTrac 89 Brooksville Florida They're always advertising with big signs out front & behind counter that are correct and the discount app works about 1/3 of the time tonite she said oh we're having trouble with Marlboro, someones getting rich! I buy two packs of cigarettes everyday and have the correct setting on the app, 1$ & 2$ savings is false advertising!

We are frequent customers of Racetrac Peachtree City Ga. we go in once a day for slushes. For the past two months at least- most flavors are out of stock- the area is disgusting and not clean and floors are dirty. The are is so dirty it drips onto the cup lids hanging on the side. It seems to be getting worse. We usually have to ask for lids- and they were out of straws for two weeks. We have told workers how gross it is- and they look at us like we are nuts. Today i tool pictures- and I told them how dirty it was and had to ask for lids again. We watched for awhile and it was not cleaned. This is unacceptable! The pictures show part of the mess and that 5 out of 8 slushes are out.

We walked into the store around 10:50 and I asked where the Xbox gift cards where the cashier told me where they were. Got the gift card then stood in line and the cashier then told us "we can't sell gift cards after 10pm". it was the store on Main Street in the Colony. It was frustrating that he could not sell me a gift card after 10 o'clock. And I'm confused on why that is.

On 7/4/2019 2:58pm I entered the racetrack at 3010 pine island road to purchase a drink which came to $2.12 . I gave the clerk (young Hispanic male) two dollars and I reached into my pocket and removed the change which was about $2.60 in change of different denominations/ the idiot clerk says (I'm not touching your hand) which is hilarious considering I had just washed with soap / but he was willing to touch the $2. I handed him which statistically is dirtier than a toilet. I threw the change on the counter and walked out / what an insult this little snot nose [censored]..

Someone in corporate is not seeing the bigger picture. You have discontinued your sausage biscuit which I am under the impression was a big seller. And in the mean time not allowing your employees to make one for a customer while they are making them anyway, in my opinion is not good customer service. I don't understand if your employee is making them and I ask if they will leave off egg and cheese for me, they tell me they can't, it's policy. So if I want just a plain sausage biscuit, I have to go elsewhere or scrap off the egg and cheese which is a waste of time and product. It is not a money cost issue, it is: not wanting the egg and cheese. Most of the RaceTrac locations still have the big window picture of a plain sausage biscuit on the outside of their stores, which you no longer offer. Never mind me, I'm just one customer who goes to your stores twice a day and gets all my gas from you. But here is the bigger picture, I'm a weight watcher member who shares with many weight watcher members. In meetings and on the internet . Your sausage biscuits are by far the best tasting with the better nutritional value than any other around ( without the cheese). I have shared this with more people than I could count, so I know I'm not the only one that's disappointed in you not offering this item anymore. Or at least allowing your employees to make them when a customer requests, I would never ask an employee to go out of their way to make one however if they're making them already I don't understand why they can't make a special order for a customer. I sent you a complaint several weeks ago about the soda machine being empty at the station in Port Saint Lucie on Gatlin Blvd 34953. The are always out of the Diet Coke. I stopped going because of this. Being naive yesterday I went back. Nothing has changed. Still out of Diet Coke. I told the lady at the desk. She said "ok". Really. Too bad I enjoyed picking up a few other items while there. I guess I will now have to go to another store. Sam's Club in right down the street with a cafe. Guess this is my new store.

The Hammond, Louisiana store on Southwest Railroad Avenue is always closed during night hours. On multiple visits people during night hours overnight the store is closed . Tonight was the last straw something has to be done about this because it is on my way home on basically a one way street and there are other options that are across the street or down the street but if you towards Downtown Hammond and your store isn't open it is a Hassle to go down 3 blocks to try and make a safe and legal U-turn to get across the street to the shell. And the store is closed sometime even Employees are in the store like tonight and it is not just to drop the cash draw.
My question to you is WHY IS IT THAT THE SHELL STATION ACROSS THE STREET IS ALWAYS FULLY FUNCTIONAL EVERY NIGHT AND THE NEW STORE YOU BUILD IS ALWAYS CLOSED ? BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE STORE OPENED.

Almost EVERY single night I come home from work after my 12 hour shifts at the hospital it's usually late so when I stop for gas it's always at QT or one of your Racetrac locations. almost EVERY single time I go it's on "lock down" and NO EMPLOYEES in sight! This location is right off the braselton exit on 211, a major highway that many use for travel or business. It's completely insane that this always happens. There's no reason for a lock down if no crime. The ONE time out of probably 30 times I've asked an employee "why can we not come in? I have to use the restroom, and the pumps are not working"
The employee stated they were working this shift alone and literally didn't want to work.

UNACCEPTABLE!

Tonight 7/29/19 I needed gas and nothing worked and no employees were there, seriously. No cars except for the hopeful customers that had entered your station. Trust me I asked who's car belongs to who. We knocked on the door and no employees came out to wave us on or give an explanation. I really hate this inconvenience because it's already so unsafe for people at night, we need a reliable safe open gas station, not a sketchy one to be cat called at.

When you walk into your store and see a sign that reads $1 any size fountain drink - but when you get to the register and check out and end up paying almost $5 for 2 racetrac mug refills a full blown rant comes to surface! You are clearly advertising falsely! I will be seeking legal advice! And not spending any more money at your store for anything - gas, cigarettes, drinks, snacks or any items! You clearly don't mind stealing from those on a fixed income! False advertising is illegal

My child got an accident at 2333 E. Pioneer Pkwy Arlington Tx.
He pulled the pump thinking it was not pumping, then he got gasoline all over his body, got into his eyes.. I tried to flush his eyes with water but it wasn't enough, I ran inside for help and the 2 employees ignore me, I ask for a bottle of water to flush his eyes again and one of them told me that no.. I have to pay for it.. I am really disappointed with their response. My son is 8 yrs old and he was crying really bad.. and those employees were totally ignoring us.
