I believe the manager of the facility over looked me standing in line and chose to ring out a guest that walked in front of me as if I wasn't standing waiting in line. He had just walked in to pay for gas. I had been waiting in line to pay for a drink. Also the grounds could be kept a bit neater. It isn't as clean and tidy as other locations. But it really doesn't matter I will not return.

Just wished to express my displeasure.

I love Racetrack, the people are friendly, the products are top quality and they move a line faster than any other gas station/food market of their kind. I go there once if not twice a day to get a Caffeine Free Diet Soda. (BTW-Very few places carry this product in a fountain drink). A few months ago the company changed to a shorter, squatter medium size drink cup. My complaint is that these cups are harder to hold on to because of their larger diameter and the lids leak. Racetrack used to carry a lid that was made specifically for the Styrofoam cups. They worked wonderfully. Now the same lids are used for both the Styrofoam cups and the plastic cups. It never fails, every time I get a drink, a few drops of soda gets on my work blouse. It would be wonderful if you went back to the taller cups with the lids that were made specifically for the Styrofoam cups. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

Asked cashiers to change out cheese for nachos because it was empty said they would be right there after they helped customers. Store was empty for 10 minutes then they proceeded to talked to each other and text on their phones. I called on my phone and told my friend i could not get their nachos because they wouldnt refill it as loud as possible and then after 15 minutes of waiting finally left. Horrible customer service... we wont be back.

I buy a large unsweetened tea every morning. With tax it has been $1.07. I waited behind 13 people this morning to be told my Race Trac mug refill would be $1.50. I said, " so the price went up yesterday?"
She proceeded to explain the ounces, as if I'm an idiot. I had to walk back to the car to get extra money as I always come in with exact change.

What bothers me is you have a sign outside that says all size drinks, $1. Make up your damned mind what the price is, so as a customer I can choose to get from you or from QT! Annoying as hell after waiting behind 13 other people, not to mention another person could have been ringing sales up the was behind the hot food counter.
This was the Race Trac in Virginia Avenue in McKinney right by I-75. The associate was the go-manager woman. Not the first time this person has been below average.

We visited the McDonough ga location Saturday evening to get some snacks. We originally was getting frozen yogurt for my kids they had the machines off the toppings were out but they just didn't want to "fool" with it. I had two disappointed kids so we go get icees and snacks instead the drink machine area are disgusting the whole store it. When we check out the lady that rings us up is slamming our items and chips throwing them and being very rude.. she was also slamming the scanner on the register. She had a very bad attitude so did the others there. We are always going to race track locations and never have a problem until now we were very upset and still are. We will never return there that's ridiculous.

Hi, it is now approximately 4:45 PM on July 23 and I just left your race track gas station on Roswell Road in Marietta Georgia.

I Purchased one hotdog and one bag of chips and one soda. I saw that the gentleman behind the counter, Jorge, charge me for two hotdogs. When I noticed and told him, he said he would refund for one and rather than refunding it on the credit card, he said it would be easier to give me cash. He only gave me $1.08 back. I chose not to make a big deal about it even though I knew it was wrong since I think this is a scam he's doing.

Having owned small businesses myself, I know this is one of We use that employees will skim. They will do a refund on a credit card and take the cash themselves.

I was also not offered a receipt.

My name is Carmen. My roommate and I frequent this RaceTrac especially since it's not even a block down the street. We walked in the store looked at snacks to buy and realized it's almost 2 am and it was 1:57. So, I grabbed a case of beer and brought it to the counter to pay. By then it was 1:58 turned 1:59 and they would not ring our purchase. I am a server bartender and I usually get out of work late so I thought that in the state of Florida you serve beer till 2 am. The workers on the shift have seen us there multiple times, since we frequent the station. They should have told us that they would not sell beer before 2 as we walked in. Instead they watched us pick out our snacks and bring the beer to the counter still 2 minutes before 2 and refuse to sell to us. They continued to tell us that they switched the drawer over so they can't sell it... every gas station I've been to, you sell till 2. I left a birthday party early to get my beer at my local gas station seeing as they sell till 2 am usually.

It was a Sunday evening, I went to get gas on Pump 20 I spent 30$ where 25$ was for gas and 5$ for etc. I only used 18.08$ of gas and went inside to get a receipt of what would go back to my credit card and the lady at the register was just rude and did not want to provide my receipt and lied telling me she only see transactions from 7AM that day. All I ask is for the proper training take place for employees because I use to work for a racetrac and we never treated our customers badly. It was to make their experience more simpler and enjoyable. Now it's not.
