This problem started months ago, a cashier at this location ignored me as a patron 3 different times. I asked the young lady "nicely" on the third occasion if i've done something for her not to wait on me. She shrugged her shoulders and ignored the question. On another occasion I paid for gas, went to pump and the pump was not set for me. I went in and asked the "manager" stevie for a refund and expressed my aggravation and asked for corporate number. She made excuses for the girl while the cashier yelled profanity at me and refused to give me the number. This location is within walking distance of my home, even though I drive it's very convenient for me. Now I try to avoid times they work but occasionally I go in while they are there. The cashier does not acknowledge me, calls for another cashier, pulling them from thier jobs. I am a server and deal with people all day every-day and this is far from proper customer service. After today, the way I was treated again. I will not go back in. All I hope is that no one else gets treated so poorly by your employees. Thank you, erin haggerty

It's Not just this one location it's The ones that are open 24 hours. I'll make a special trip to the stores I like to go to and It won't let you in somebody's there but they have the doors locked so I'm on open till 6 AM. They won't even come To the box and wall to serve you. Bad bad business. QuickTrip always stays open that don't ever close. 👎Racetrac 👎
This. The racetrack at 2331 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726 has been closed the past THREE times I've been there. Each incident was at a different in the evening, between 6pm to midnight... So you never know when they'll be "closed" until AFTER you pull in, park, walk to the door and read the very small sign on the glass. Very frustrating. I will not be back to this location.
carding/cigarette pricing
When it is obvious a customer is over 21, why would you inconvenience them by asking them to show an ID to buy cigarettes. Also, I asked for a carton, which they were out of, so I asked if she had 10 to equals a carton, on the shelf. She did, but charged me for each individual pack which added up to at least 10 dollars over what a carton would be. From now on, I will take my business to Wallmart, screw you people! Maybe your Company doesn't need my business, which is fine. But, if you cannot or will not try to accommodate the people that CHOOSE to do business with you, it won't go well for you in the future. Maybe you should change the name of your company to "RaceTrac... The INCONVENIENCE Store". To this end, good luck, you are going to need it. All you have to do is USE some common sense people!

This particular employee was very rude! Her name plate list "vanita" shift manager... Instead of assisting the customers waiting to be served, she continued walking back and forth while conversing through this watch. When asked to please assist for I needed to be back on the road only stopped to grab my disabled son snacks, the attitude was bad and I will definitely not be spending my money there again. When you hire these people, make sure they meet the expectations to properly serve your loyal customers you will lose a plenty more if not.
