Upon arriving 4/22/19 notice manager greeted guest before me welcoming to the store, when my husband entered she says nothing, when he asked her why wasnt he greeted her reply was ;why? Then said he was doing to much with an attitude. And speaking to the next guest about the situation. Which was very rude and not professional at all I remember her from another racetrack store in lake park on congress she was the same way... I guess she's a manager because she never calls of uh?

My family and I went to the Racetrac at 9110 Coit Road, Plano Tx on April 19, 2019 at around 7:00 pm. We enjoy the frozen yogurt and go there as a treat. To our dismay, it was dirty. I have provided pictures, but there were small puddles on the floor.
We asked for sample cups because they were out and the clerk said we had to use spoons. No wonder it was a mess, that is impossible to do.
They were also out of the chocolate flavor, which is my favorite. I asked the clerk and he said it was messed up. It just needed to be refilled. The two clerks seemed put out that they had customers and the female clerk was clearly unhappy. She rolled her eyes when a customer ask where the ice was.
I am not one to ever leave a bad review, I only leave good ones. My intention is not to get anyone in trouble or fired, but if I were the owner of this location, I would want to know what was going on. The two working were young and did not care. The manager should step up and manage. One of the clerks was fixing a hot dog, I'm not sure if it was his lunch break or not?
I will drive to another location for our frozen yogurt. To make myself clear, not wanting anyone to get in trouble, just bringing it to the attention of the company that this service is unacceptable and could cost customers.

I shopped at that location and before I got home my card had been cloned and they had all my information from me useing my card. They hacked me one of your employees dud I'm sure and I'm getting my lawyer involved and the Wells Fargo bank is investigating also. Its cost me hrs of my time from work. I had to close my account change my cards and I still cant get access to my money. My name is Rene Hayes my ph # is [protected]. You will be hearing from me again soon. It's all Teue I'll take any lie detector tester test or anything. I have Wells Fargo as Proof. Your Employees or Employee is Cloning Cards I can prove it. My family and I came in for frozen yogurt on sat evening 4/6/19. We came to pay and we all put our cups on the weight machine. My husband paid, as we were walking out I asked what the total came too... $17 and some change he told me. This did not make sense to me because it is .49 cants an oz. I came right back in the store to the front counter and asked why the amount was so much when the total oz we're 16.58. the 2 gentlemen working said"that's right ma'am." I put my cup back onto the machine and it came to 4oz...the other cups we're smaller and I asked how I can get a refund because the math did not add up. He said "the machine here tells us how much to change and it is right and they do not to refunds on icecream. I needed to get ahold of corporate and tell them. Also they did not offer me any receipt, but I have my charge from my back.

For last 3 months i go in for coffee with friends and we listen to front door snap loudly against glass sounds like a gunshot. Its obvious the door closer mechanism needs replaced as it swings freely and slams into side glass. Surprised it hasnt broke yet. Simple fix but several of us complaibed to mgr even offering to tape cardboard to gass where handle hits. No one seems to care and we are considering moving to Pilot and Wendys for our daily morning coffee and breakfast or donuts. All 7 of us spend a lot of money here but its anniyibg when something is so easy to fix. Have geard numerous people compkain about same thing. Please get it fixed. Thank you.

i go to mcever racetrac every day. most employees are friendly, but every time the "manager" name conner in there he is very rude. always texting on his phone and walking out the door while the line is long. yesterday he told my 6 yro. son not to touch the candy at the front unless he had money. my son was scared and im a mad mommy that wants him removed or i will no longer be a racetrac customer!

I am not generally a complainer but this one has made me upset because I see no improvement. I switched to start using this station as it was brand new and very convenient for fill ups. Initially there were no issues but in the last 2 months every time I get gas I have to go inside to get a receipt...I have to turn the receipts in for my job for reimbursement. I have spoken to the attendants and to managers about this and still no improvements. For the last 12-15 times I have been there I still have to go in for receipts. The lack of receipt paper also creates longer lines inside (usually backed up with 10-12 customers in line) and adds to the frustration of all your customers. In this age of automation I am sure there is a solution to this...you have got to improve this situation or you will soon lose another customer. Why have the automated pumps that are designed to alleviate the need to go inside if you can't get the employees to keep receipt paper in the pumps!

I attempted to use 100 points for the left hook energy drink on yesterday 2/19/2019. The points where deducted according to my but I still paid $1.99 for the drink and again my points where deducted. I think there may have been a system error but the cashier never attempted to enter the rewards manually as it has been done in the past. Please if you are able to add my 100 points back to my account t it would be greatly appreciated

Hello there! I working with patients and we often using racetrac while on trip. Today we was there again and I decide use restroom but didn't have too much time. Someone was cleaning restroom and I came to ask for permission cause I real wanted to use bath. Lady there start talking with hard voice to me like that: " Sir, leave because there a line and you can be here, leave and wait about 10-12 minutes". I told her about situation and that I haven't time, patients waiting for me but she don't care, then I left and didn't use restroom and go on my driving with needed. Please do something.

Two whom it concerns:
I have two vehicles that I fill up with fuel at your stations. One of the vehicles has been damaged when the door was opened and struck one of the protectors. I know as I worked for a major oil company for 40 years that you put those protectors there to stop a vehicle from running into your pumps and causing sever damage to your station as well as other customers. What I was wondering if you could design a 2" or more thick soft rubber sleeve that can slid over the pump protectors that would also provide protection for customers vehicles doors to prevent them from getting dented.

The manager I believe his name is Keno is giving away his CDs. I think this is very unprofessional and should be done on his own time and not at his place of employment. It looks like his main focus is promoting his music career instead of his job because the store was not in good shape. I really hope I do not continue to see this again or I will not be returning to this Racetrac again.

Tracy is the (fill in manager) for the store while the manager is out having a baby.

I over heard her tell her employee's she had power now! And what ever she wanted to do she would do. No one can change that. I could not believe she would talk to anyone in that manner. She told them if one person was to make a mistake everyone of her manangers would get a write up. She was in charge it was her way or the highway. So dont f - up!
Her tone was harsh, I was in shock to over hear this conversation. What type of manager would have a god attuide with her staff. I hope someone from your corp office will help these nice kids working at that location. This manager is the biggest bully I have seen in a long time.

I was very disappointed today when I had a hot dog for lunch at the race trac in athens, ga, there were no fresh chopped onions for toppings, but only sliced onions. The chopped onions in little packets that are provided in the condiment section cannot be considered an alternative to real chopped onions. I was told that race trac would no longer provide chopped onions, but only sliced onions and those ridiculous onion packets. Have yall ever eaten a hot dog? Why not just stop selling hot dogs all together! The cashier informed me that the sliced onions and tomato slices were geared as toppings for the hamburgers. Hamburgers? Who even knew you had hamburgers. I have been eating race trac hot dogs since 2003 when I moved from miami, fl and no longer had access to 7-eleven hot dogs. Thanks a lot. Cook out here I come. No need to buy gas or even go inside a race trac anymore.
