Store 3031 on Hallendale Beach Blvd has the worst cashiers and customer service ever for a convenient store. Even the you guy who suppose to be a manger has an attitude problem. Basically the problem was that a few customers were in a line to pay for items and a cashier didnt let anyone know whe was closing her register..just started counting money in front of us. So another cashier comes along so we all formed a line on the other side. Her register wasnt set up so we waited for awhile. Few minutes later the manager ask why were we forming a line on that side when the open register is on this side. So how were we suppose to know. I never had this problem in this store at night

My wife and I frequent your location at the Intersection of Howard Rd. and Georgia Hwy 365 in Gainesville, GA. Last night we stopped in for a ice cream treat and most of the flavors were not available. It was around 8:00 P.M. My wife asked the attendant behind the check-out and he was very unconcerned and said something like: "We have to clean the machines." Couldn't this be done during the night when business slows down? Also, this is not the first time this has happened. It has happened several times that your advertised flavor has not been available. Last night we went about 20 miles out of our way to your store. Needless to say, we will be reluctant next time to visit your store. Just wanted to let you know our concern.

My card on 5/27/2019 information was stolen yet one more time from the Racetrac in Palm Coast Florida(8196, 301 Palm Coast Pkwy NE, Palm Coast, FL 32137.) The manager claims they do not have phishing devices on there pumps. She says if she calls the police they will come and shut down the pumps and that is costly. Well what about the customers?The pumps need to be checked AGAIN.

I went in to get gas on May 14th 2019 along with a couple of other small items I've added $30 to my gas pump class the snacks that I got came out to be $38 and some change I went out to my gas pump and the gas was not pumping Icame back into the store and the clerk told me that since no gas was pumped the money would be sent back to my card automatically and I would need to pay again for the gas. So I paid $30 again to put gas in my car waited two weeks and still did not see the refund from the first transaction back on my card I'd spoke with the manager and showed her my receipts and the charges on my credit card and she did not refund my money she told me I would have to take it up with my bank to get my refund this is absolutely ridiculous they could have just given me back by $30 and I would have been happy but now I have to go through my credit card to get my money back

This occurs periodically at RaceTrac 2438 in Pompano Beach, Florida. The store runs out of items periodically related to fresh food. Some days, the bacon egg cheese sandwiches run out for a few days. The jalapeno cheese kolaches appear to run out on the weekends almost every time. The staff says there is none left in inventory. WTHF! Last week they ran out of the bags to hold the kolaches or donuts in and that was a first. It is like there is no inventory control. This is a computerized operation and you would think management would know when the inventory is below a certain threshold. Finally, it appears that there not a lot of workers on shift. I like the food and coffee. I just feel the shortages are a little aggravating.

There was a short white girl talking trash and not minding her business conversating about my personal life being degrading to my life threatening experience I do not know her but evendently she knows me. I think it was un professional and very childish to talk about me and my problems as I approach the area she was standing in. I immediately left out the store. I don't appreciate the bad experience I had in your store. If you could address the situation and make it appropriate for people to walk in your store and not here rumors or slander or any negative comments about someone's personal life I would gladly appreciate it. I stop at Raceway every morning and the costs at this location are ridiculouse. Unfortunatly it is the only store that is open this early so i do not have much choice.
its like every month they raise the pricing for everything.

Please stop stocking the chicken and cheese taquitos. I buy lunch at racetrac almost everyday and it seems like now every stor i stop at all they have is the chicken and cheese style taquitos. These are disgusting and no one ever buys them.

the southern chicken how ever are fantastic.

Boiled peanuts, I eat a small cup almost every day but due to the high costs i am about to stop buying them. That and they are almost never cooked all the way. need to train your employees to set the heat higher so they will soften. If not all you have is regular peanuts soaked in water and charging almost $3 a cup when you get a whole gallon can at a grocery store for less than $7. This price needs to be lowered.

overall your prices are to high on most items especially soft drinks and candy. Who in their right mind will pay $2 for a candy bar when i can go to another store and buy it for $1.

Due to these issues i am considering boycoting Racetrac and Raceway.

The prices accossiated wit these items are not justifiable.

My husband purchased diesel fuel on 4/27/2019 at 1450 NcEver Rd, Gainesville, Georgia. Since he is out of state, he had to charge before fueling. He charged $100 but only used $95.01. I kept watching our statement for a $4.99 credit but have never received it. Not very pleased. It might be a small dollar amount but it's the principal and I expect to see a refund to our card. For the 2nd time in two weeks I bought a small Borden's whole milk this morning, on May 13, 2019, that is sour. This was purchased at the Racetrac at Dallas Parkway and Trinity Mills in Dallas. I will return it again as they refunded my money last time. It's says Best by May 18th on the label. Just a heads up as you might need to see if the refrigeration is cold enough or let Borden's know their milk is often sour - and it's real sour.

I came to your location on May different time to get gas or coffee, and of recently their is a young aferican American lady I'm not sure of her name I think it's Melinda she serve me on my earlier visit about 7:39pm and that's the name on the ticket she is the tallest of the young ladies that was their . She has no customer service I have seen her got very rude with other and employees before but tonight was just my night. I went there just to get a icey drink for my daughter and when I got in I notice their was no small cups so I said excuse me ladies is there and small cups and she say no they were all the same price I told my daughter because she was on the phone with me telling me what to get so she say get the next size up. When the girl saw that she started to yell at me about the cup very aggressively so the other cashier apologize to me she realized she made a mistake so instead of saying sorry she just walk away. She is bad for business.

I have been to the race track location Gretna Louisiana 3000 Belle Chasse Highway in the past 3 months the gas station has put signs on the door stating that they are closed but it is not a holiday. there are always at least there are always at least two or three employees walking around the store doing nothing at this time and it is always as I am getting off of work around the 11:20 p.m. this is the same thing that has happened tonight. According to information given the store is 24 hours of operations 7 days a week, can I have some type of information on what is going on at this store and location.

The store is conveniently located. However, every time I visit the location I am forced to go inside. The pumps are always out of paper receipts, which I hate. When I go inside, the line (yes line, one) is always long. ( Now I have to stand in a long line just for a receipts.) Which is why I like to pay at the pump. The soda, slushy and yogurt nasty area. People just stick there hands in the nuts and candy for the yogurt ice cream.

Racetrac in Frisco charged my debit card twice for $99 for a transaction that never went through. They said it was only a hold and that my bank would release the $99 once the gas charge was complete. There was no gas charge because it never went through. My debit was charged $198 for no gas purchase. My bank is disputing the charges. Shame on them for preying on innocent people trying to purchase gas. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I went into a Racetrac in Lithian, Fl. To grab me a bite to eat and to grab cigarettes. After I left I opened up my egg salad sandwich. The bread was soggy and I couldn't eat it. I paid $4.00 for the sandwich. I have boughten the egg salad sandwiches before. Not sure why you wrapped the egg salad in saran wrap. When they use to come in the plastic containers. I believe they should go back into the plastic containers again. I am on long time customer. Love going to Racetrac to get my gas, smokes, food, and drinks.
