QVC gift card process

I was given a 250.00 gift catd to qvc this was processed bia cashstar whom qvc uses, they take your money, pull it from your bank account, and then tell you the money is not accessable as they earn interest, this is not only illegal but is wrong! If you purchase a gift card, the money is withdrawn from your account, the credit should be avsilanle! This is dont so they can esrn intetest on your money and is illegal !Do Not Buy gift cards from QVC, i spoke with a customer service rep with attitude Bollie who needs to get a different job sh is NOT cusomer service ! QVC is not about customer service or running a legal business Think twice begore getting a gift card

Was with QVC for years and in 2016 my husband had open heart surgery and was out of work for 5 months, We ended up filing bankruptcy and I don't remember the exact amount we owed but it wasn't much. Then I tried to buy something, like a year later and they said no unless I was a member, but they wouldn't let me sign up and I told them I didn't want credit I would pay with a bankcard. They still refused to sign me up so I said o.k. Then about 2 months later I get a e-mail asking if I would like to join QVC. I signed up just to see what would happen. They accepted the application and gave me a small 400 account. I ORDERED A COUPLE SMALL LOCK AND LOCK SETS AND PAID FOR THEM, THEN A few months later I tried to order sheets and they said my account was closed again. This time I told them to keep it closed, enough is enough. The bad part is I had lots of friends and family who have now cancelled their account because of what they did to me. Shame on all of you at QVC for treating people like that.

QVC placing orders

I have placed three orders with QVC, for Mac book air laptop. Each order has been canceled and money placed on hold. They tell me because my daughter has a balance of 200$ and it needs to be paid before my order can be shipped. Dierra has her own bank account different address which is in a different town than myself. I would like to file a complaint because I have nothing to do with my daughters accout. No one notified me to tell me why my order was canceled .

QVC titanium infused ceramic pots and pans

Received this pot and pan set for Christmas from my Mother. They cook everything beautifully BUT although they say dishwasher safe when washed in the dishwasher the handles fill with water. Every piece must be tilted and shaken out to get as much water out as possible but I believe this is unsanitary and is a defect in my product. My sister also received this set from our mother for Christmas and has not had this issue. I would like this issue resolved with a replacement.

QVC premier pc support dell inspiron laptop

Three years ago [protected]) I purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop from QVC with the Life of your PC Premier PC Support. I recently called to for help and found the number was disconnected another number I was routed [protected] was disconnected. I call QVC and after being transferred to 5 different people. I was routed to someone in India (Dell) who had no idea what I was talking about and had no solution. Please don't tell me to call Dell in the US they have no knowledge of this service.

QVC bank card transaction concerns

On 11/24/17 I ordered two Bose Wave Music System for 299.99 the first I ordered over the phone and the other via computer. on 11/28, After much consideration I decided to only get one and called QVC to cancel the 2nd order. First trying to go through automation, I was told that my pin number (which Ihad for 7 years) was incorrect. When I spoke to a person, I was told I can put the same pin number back in which Joe claimed he did. I checked my bank statement and yes, only one system was charged. But the curious thing is there is no transaction identification beside the charge. Called bank, they stated that tomorrow transaction number would show. This is irregular however also( contacting legal advise on that part) however, I contacted QVC to ask why no transaction number(10 digit number) was not there. There is not enough space to tell me the circle young lady put me through. Ask to speak to someone in authority I was disconnected twice. Looked over the "cancellation" e-mail and it gave a bogus contact number. I just need the transaction number of my purchase and either QVC or bank is mishandling my account. Concerned my order is not properly documented. Please advised

QVC taxes

I was told by qvc that they have to charge tax in pennsylvania because all clothing bought from qvc was considered formalware. There is no tax in pa on clothing only bathing suits and formalware and what I have bought from qvc is definitely neither. When I go to bon ton... Macys... Jcpenny I do not not get taxed on same type of clothing. Something is not right here?

QVC loyal customer for years kicked to the curb after fraud on my account

A few months ago we watched in horror as someone began fraudulently ordering laptops from our QVC account. And we were lucky that we watch our account like a hawk. We notified QVC about what was happening on the day that it happened. QVC assured us the account was frozen but over the next few days laptops ordered were still appearing on our account. We closed our bank cards and froze the QVC accounts.

We thought that might be the end of it. Months later we received a noticed from a collection agency that we needed to pay for the laptops. Surely there had to some mixup. We figured easy fix, we'll just contact QVC and we can resolve this.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Every time we call to try and resolve the matter, the representatives tell us "sorry, this is a corporate matter, someone will call you within the week." A week goes by and no one calls. This pattern has happened for a number of subsequent weeks.

When we ask to speak to a supervisor, they say not possible.

My wife loves QVC. Has been a loyal customer for years. And now, is being told we will never be able to order from them again. Anyone rational person who spends 1/2 minute and looks at our credit history, our spending habits with QVC would easily surmise that we would not fraudulently charge laptops from them.

Shame on you QVC! We're just trying to get this matter rectified so we can become the valued customers we were before. Since we cannot seem to reach anyone who will help US, we have no other recourse at this point to contact you through our attorneys. Great job turning loyal customers into staunch advocates against dealing with you!

QVC order # [protected]

I am very dissatisfied with the order process that QVC has in place, I placed an order on September 10 which was not going to ship out until September 28 and I found out today that the order had been canceled. When I spoke to the customer representative this morning she explained to me that my PayPal payment had not gone through and payment was reverted to check payment. The representative attempted to look at my order to try to locate the item to ship out she explained to me that there was nothing available however there were some similar products if I wanted to look at those. I explained to her that this was a birthday gift and I did not want to substitute a different item for what I ordered. She explained to me that that was not going to be possible. With technology today, I'm not quite sure why I didn't receive an email saying payment has not been submitted would you like to continue your order or something of that nature. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and QVC and will no longer shop with them. I'm sure my one complaint is not going to break the company however, in this day and age when retail outlets and online outlets are competing so closely for all their customers needs and wants it's disappointing to know that QVC can pick and choose their customer base. QVC lack of service

The UPS store in Mishawaka, IN (Indian Ridge Plaza)would not take a QVC return
A preprinted label was provided
They stated that they were instructed by their manager not to accept
any packages related to the US Postal Service-were having a dispute with the USPS
I took the package to the Post Office myself and there was no problem
You need to resolve this or tell QVC that you don't want their business

QVC ripple pillow top

Our new Serta is a pillow top and it was purchased last year. there is a major RIPPLE in the pillow top. we turned it as directed and it is still a problem, how can we fix or take steps to stretch it, a mattress cover is on it but not causing the problem. my husband is handicap and he is uncomfortable sleeping too. But on the bottom it has Perfect Sleeper pillow top Queen ...

QVC a huge ripoff

I ordered Revers-A-Brella from them. They immediately charged me for the order and for express delivery. It had to be delivered ... yesterday. I called them for explanations. They promised me that I would get it till the evening. Ok. When I looked at what USPS says and found out that my order was delivered to the buyer on time. Oh really? I called USPS and was said that my order was sent back due to my account unavailability. WTF is this? Why didn't they call me? It's a complete ripoff!

QVC a survey and an item that I was told was going to be delivered but will not.

Last month I was on the QVC site browsing and was asked if I wanted to take a survey and receive a free gift. I took the survey and chose my 'free gift' but was later charged for three items are my credit card. I chatted with a QVC rep and was told QVC was not responsible and could do nothing about it because it wasn't a QVC survey. I was surprised at that answer so I asked her why wouldn't QVC be concerned because of fraudulent purposes. They are using the name of QVC to access our credit cards. Second situation is that I ordered an item from QVC, was given a delivery date, which is today 7/19, but yesterday received in the mail a letter from QVC telling me there will not be a delivery because they are unable to obtain additional stock. They also asked me if I wanted to cancel the item and I sent them an email telling them they I would not. I have other accounts with other shopping networks and have not experienced such problems. Maybe QVC is simply not what it used to be.

QVC lg 65" super ultra hd 4k smart led tv with active hdr

On or about April 21, 2017, Anita S. Daley (hereinafter “Complainant 1”) placed an online order at qvc.com for QVC, Incorporated (hereinafter “Respondent 1”) item number E290927, “LG 65" Super Ultra HD 4K Smart LED TV with Active HDR” (hereinafter “TV”). The Order Number provided was [protected] and the total cost, including shiping, handling and tax was $1, 920.96 (see Attachment 1).

Respondent 1 utilized a third party carrier for the delivery of this item, “AIT Worldwide Logistics” (hereinafter “Respondent 2”) and the TV was subsequently delivered on May 3, 2017 (see Attachment 2). The TV was set-up by Complainant 1’s brother, John Daley when he got home from work at approximately 7:00 P.M. on the same date. Respondent 2 left a delivery checklist with Complainant 1 that was supposed to have been “completed, faxed or e-mailed back to AIT Worldwide Logistics within 24 hours of delivery” (see Attachment 3). However, the delivery agent failed to complete this paperwork or to even open up the TV and make sure it was in working condition before he departed.

Once the TV was opened, setup and then plugged in, it was discovered that the TV had an approximately 5 inch vertical white line running down the right side. You can clearly tell the TV was either dropped or damaged in some manner during the delivery process. I now have a witness, one of our maintenance personnel, and he actually saw the young delivery driver drop the TV and then he tried to conceal what he had done. The driver was a young latino male and he was alone at the time of delivery. The TV also has numerous black lines going vertical and horizontal across the TV and it is a very bad picture overall because of the damge to the LCD.

On May 5, 2017, the corporate office called me to inform me that customer service had misinformed me via e-mail that a replacement TV was re-shipped on May 3, 2017 (see Attachment 4). I was told that a replacement was shipped and that the damaged TV would be picked up within four (4) weeks. This turned out to be bad information. I was told by corporate that I have to arrange for the pick-up and delivery at the same time. I was also told I have to make another down payment for the replacement TV until the damaged TV is received back and credited back to my credit card.

On May 12, 2017, Respondent 2 picked up the damaged TV (see Attachment 5). Respondent 2 sent two (2) individuals this time to pick-up a damaged TV, but only one (1) individual to deliver the brand new $1, 920.00 TV (which is in a huge box that is too awkward for one person to handle alone). This really makes absolutely no sense to us. I contacted Respondent 1’s customer service to see what is going to be done now about sending us a replacement now that they are in possession of the damaged TV. I was on hold during my first call and then I was subsequently hung up on. I called right back and spoke to a Ms. Carlton, whom is a supervisor. She, just like all of the rest of your customer service representatives offered no assistance what so ever! She said we have to wait five (5) days for the corporate office to confirm the receipt of the pickup. Then we have to wait for the return to go back on our credit card and then we can place a new order.

Respondent 1 and Respondent 2 do not care about anything other than following their flawed poicies. This was their mistake, not ours. Respondent 1 should be trying to make this right at their expense, not ours. I even tried to get the corporate office to assist me and they were no help either. I spoke to a corporate supervisor and a corporate manager. This is not acceptable to me for two (2) reasons: (1) we gave away our old TV on the date the new TV was set-up, and (2) we also installed a wall mount and now we have no TV at all because of Respondent 2’s negligence and Respondent 1’s callous disregard of our right to have a replacement TV sent out as soon as possible!

Both Respondent’s have been contacted and have failed to offer any assitance at all to resolve this matter. As stated above, we do not have a TV at all now. This is not the Complainants’ fault, it is the Respondents’ fault. We should not have to pay another down payment on a second TV when Respondent 1 already has our down payment for the first TV.

QVC customer service & supervisors

I ordered an HP All In One desktop on August 29 in the limited teal color and ordered it on 6 flex pays, so my down payment was app. $117. I received an email confirming my order for the teal desktop. It took two days for the order to be released, and then two days after that (on September 2) I finally got the email saying my item was being shipped. All along I was told I would receive my desktop BY 9/7. That day came and went, and NUMEROUS calls later (both with customer service reps and 4 supervisors) no one had any answers as to why I hadn't received my computer, and even the supervisors sounded like they could care less and were always less than apologetic. And they said I'd have to wait til the 14th before they could even officially investigate it. Then NUMEROUS MORE CALLS into them later, finally ON the 14th, they tell me that I'm just going to have to order another one (and in a different color other than the teal that they were now out of!). So, I reluctantly place another order for a white one, seriously doubting I would receive it. But, low and behold, OVER THREE WEEKS from my original order date I finally receive that replacement today ONLY FOR IT TO NOT EVEN WORK! IVE SOENT THE WHOLE DAY TEYING TO REACH THE EVER-elusive suoervisors to place an official complaint and to try and get an acceptable replacement deal for this already replaced order. After being told all day today that a supervisor would call me back one finally did but hung up as soon as I answered upon the second ring! And I have not been able to get one to call me back since. This is the kind of endless BS that I've been dealing with for the last there weeks. I'm always the one calling THEM and requesting a supervisor and then being told I'll receive a return call the same day but NEVER actually do. At one point about 10 days ago I googled the number for the QVC warehouse in North Carolina (where my original teal desktop was apparently sitting since 9/2 all the way up through the 14th when I was told I'd just need to give up on it). And even the warehouse was just as clueless as, but slightly more helpful than, customer service & supervisors. When they ordered me my white replacement that I received today (the one that apparently has hardware issues and isn't letting me even set it up and is the equivalent to a heaping pile of garbage) I crazily told him that at this point I want to order TWO of them them and INSISTED that I get at least half off on the second one, which they miraculously agreed to...I'm supposed to receive it tomorrow. Let's see what BS happens with this one. Let's see if it even shows up, and if it does if it actually works! The one that doesn't work that I received today, customer service is telling me that is going to have to send it back to them before they can even order me a replacement! So, not only have I already waited three weeks to receive a non-functioning computer it will probably be another month before I receive its replacement. I am so unbelievably livid I finally lost it and cussed out a customer service rep tonight who was acting completely nonchalant about my whole ordeal. SERIOUSLY QVC, have you ever heard of HSN? Do you even remember that you have competitors out there that we can and undoubtedly will turn to? QVC is going to make this right for me, and then I'm washing my hands of them. NEVER will they get my business again, and I will place a complaint everywhere possible until I am heard. QVC, you can eat my shorts.

QVC extra charges

Hello!
I've ordered something from www.qvc.com and my order arrived in a timely manner. When I opened the package and saw my item I was really happy and really like the quality. Product was great and I was very happy about that. The only problem I had with QVC is that they charged me twice for one and the same item. When I noticed that I immediately contacted them and their rep seemed nice and apologized saying things like that sometimes happen. He said I'll get my money back as soon as possible but unfortunately that never happened. I'm very disappointed with QVC.

QVC extremely disappointed with qvc!

I was a loyal customer of QVC and really loved the shop. Customer service was awesome and always friendly. But for some reason they've changed in a bad way. Good old customer service is nothing but joke, they are completely unhelpful and customer unfriendly. Have no idea what had happened with these guys but they disappointed me a lot.
Last time I used QVC I needed their help because I wasn't able to change my credit card number. They provided no help and all I heard was empty promises.
Recently I cancelled my account and I'm not planning to go back.

QVC terrible customer support

Once I have ordered some items from www.qvc.com but I returned everything due to a bad quality and nothing met my expectations. The entire return process was a real nightmare, but after they gave me a run around they finally agreed to refund my money.
After that I noticed that they cancelled my account and when I asked them why they did that they replied nothing! Very nasty customer service and I do not recommend dealing with these guys!

QVC no product and no refund!

I made an order back in December 2015 and it is now late May and I received nothing yet! Contacted Qvc many times and they promised to help with my order, but then they just stopped answering my messages and disappeared! I received no products and they did not refund my money and I have no idea what to do! Do not trust this site! There are so many bad reviews about them online, too bad I did not read them earlier!

QVC 50/50. it all depends on your luck.

Don't order anything from this site. Yes, they have really nice items and prices are also great, but you never know what you'll get! I ordered several times from QVC and few orders were ok, but all the others were just a huge disappointment. I received items that were very poorly made and were not worth the money I paid. And when I contacted customer service they refused to give me a refund, because my products were not damaged and they said that it was not their problem that I did not like the merchandise. Very poor and impolite service.

QVC dooney and bourke

I ordered a Dooney and Bourke over the phone to make sure the purchase and delivery was done correctly. The item was sent to my billing and not shipping address. The starting on the 30th of March at 3:30 pm I had a series of long periods of time on hold, clearly overburdened customer service representatives telling me they could do nothing, as well as false promises. My credit card was processes an additional time without my permission to then find out, again contrary to what was promised, I could not get my pocketbook before I left for my trip. Now I have had my credit card processed for THREE purchases with no pocket book. The last agent I spoke to was Jay who was deflective and dismissive-- at best. Offering no contract information for anyone in a position of authority. I was on hold today for 73 minutes before I gave up. I have never experienced anything like this. No business, if they did not have the volume to rely on, could survive like this. Its against basic business principles and consumer rights. This is my third online post and I will continue to post on very available resource.
