Quikr is a website that claims to help people buy and sell things online. However, I have had a terrible experience with them. They use sneaky tactics to get people to pay for their listing plans. But the contact details of the ones which were sent to you prior to your paid ad listing are not possible to provide you now. This is very frustrating and it feels like they are saying "go FCK OFF. You've now paid us. We don't care." To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. Nobody replied after I submitted my complaint.

But that's not all. They are greedy and will do anything to get more money from you. They send your contact details to their private calling team who then calls you to upgrade your listing plan and send them more money. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to get more subscription money. When I spoke to the representative about my bad experience, she cut the call and blocked me on WhatsApp so that I don't make any further calls or complain about the service and ask for a refund for the paid amounts.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Quikr to anyone. They are not worth it for any genuinely paying customers. Just use their free service, and that's all.

I can't even count how many times I had to call Quikr (more than 16 times in one week) to schedule a time slot to pick up the wrong treadmill I received. But, every time, Quikr guys never showed up, nor did they call to cancel their arrival. I had to call them every time to find out what was going on, and they always gave me a new reason why they couldn't come. It was frustrating, and I wasted so much time waiting for them.

I even sent emails, but all I got was a polite "sorry, but actually we don't care" response. But, the worst thing they did was to give my mobile number to another Quikr buyer who was waiting for the treadmill that they brought to me by mistake. The buyer called me on Quikr's behalf to coordinate a pickup time from my apartment, but once again, Quikr guys never showed up. It was embarrassing to tell the buyer that Quikr doorstep team was irresponsible, and she was waiting for her product just like me.

I hope this kind of bad service is not your policy, but unfortunately, I doubt that you will change your ways. I don't think I'll ever receive the treadmill that I paid for, and I guess I lost my money. But, I learned one thing - I'll never buy anything from Quikr again.

However, Mr. Raju began contacting me in October, insisting that I purchase an EXCLUSIVE DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE for leads marked above Rs. 3000. He spent three hours at my office on the last working day of October convincing me to pay Rs. *** for the package, promising that it would be activated the following day at the latest.

When the verification team called me to confirm my purchase, I told them that I had bought a deep cleaning package with a minimum of 5 leads per day. However, Mr. Raju called me the next day and asked me to agree to basic cleaning instead, promising that he and Mr. Yadgiri would change the keyword to deep cleaning and above Rs. 3000 within two hours.

I refused, asking for written confirmation via email. Mr. Raju continued to plead with me until I finally relented. When the verification team called me again, I agreed to basic cleaning, assuming that they would change the keyword as promised.

I already had 270-280 leads on my other company, Scrubble, registered with mobile number ***100. Why would I need to purchase another package for basic cleaning?

Since then, both Mr. Raju and Mr. Yadgiri have not answered my calls or messages. Even Mr. Raghu from the verification team, who called me after my last email complaint last week, has stopped responding.

Over the last four months, I have paid Quikr Rs. *** for a leads package. I hope that this issue can be resolved soon, or else I will have to take legal action and all charges will have to be borne by the company.

In the third incident, the pick up was scheduled from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on a Saturday. The pick up person called me and told me that he would come around 8:00 PM, but when he arrived, he said that he had not been informed about the need for two helpers. He said that they would try to manage it, but they did not come to pick up the item. After calling customer care multiple times, they told me that they would come and pick up the item, but they did not. They asked me to send them pictures of the cart, and then told me that they could not pick it up with just two people. They asked me to call customer care and raise a fresh request with two helpers.

I appreciate the dedication and punctuality of the customer care support, but they were not able to resolve my issue. I cannot recommend Quikr to anyone, and I hope that the management will take some necessary action after seeing this review.

(her name is prisilla, manager name is harish). After I search and try to contact quikr. One guy try to slove and convence me that please activate 6 months. Lead will come daily basics. Then I accepted for 20 days they provide me only 1 lead (which is irrelvent to my business) very very upset with the serices. Today one guy call me and request me that ur money is wasted in this plan. Kindly upgrade to higher plan need to pay more 10k.

I recently had an experience with Quikr.jobs that I wanted to share with others. I applied for a job on their website and received a call from a woman named Soniya Sharma. She asked me to pay a registration fee of Rs. 29 in order to submit my application to different banks for a telephonic interview. I followed her instructions and paid the fee, but then received a message that Rs. 2929 had been debited from my account to Pay U money. I called Soniya and she told me to fill out a refund form, but instead, two more charges of Rs. 2929 were debited from my account.

I tried calling Soniya multiple times, but she didn't answer my calls. I ended up losing a total of Rs. 8787 from my account. I want to warn others that if you ever receive a call from someone asking for registration fees, do not fill out any forms or pay any money. These people are frauds and will take your money without providing any job opportunities.

Before applying for any job on websites like Quikr, make sure to check the reviews of the company or website. And remember, you should never have to pay any sort of fees to apply for a job. Stay safe and be cautious when dealing with unknown callers or websites.

I recently had an experience with Quikr that left me feeling quite disappointed. I decided to put an ad up to sell my car on their website, and soon after, I received a call from a man named Farhan Baig who worked for Quikr. He told me about their premium services and how they could help me sell my car faster. He assured me that my car would be among the top searches and that I would receive other benefits if I subscribed to this service. He even promised me that if my car wasn't sold within one month of subscribing, I would receive a full refund of the amount I paid for the service, which was Rs 1500.

However, Mr. Baig failed to mention one crucial detail during our conversation. He never told me that I would only receive 300 clicks for the premium services, and if my car wasn't sold within one month, I would only receive a refund for the remaining clicks. I was completely unaware of this fact when I subscribed to the service, and I felt like I had been misled.

When my car wasn't sold after a month, I asked for a refund, as promised. However, Mr. Baig's response was quite rude and unprofessional. He told me that I wouldn't receive a refund and that there was nothing he could do to help me. He even laughed at me, which made me feel even worse.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Quikr. I feel like I was misled and cheated out of my money. I would caution others against using this website for their ads, as I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.

Quickr executive called on 14th May and promised to help to modify my ad and will give daily updates on the leads for selling of my business. I paid INR 2551 and bought their service for 2 months.

I provided additional details to their executive “ savitha.[protected]@quikr.com” but she stopped responding to my chat and did nothing for my ad.

I raised complaint Ticket No:[protected] , but no progress on the same. After experiencing this I am requesting to get my money back.

I have put my resume in quicker. just within one hr i have some fraud calls and they said u put u r CV in quickr then he said job for u 50 perecent process is completed then he said please pay rs 4000 for next proceedure. and then he provide some fake interview calls to random person and they carry my interview and to provide joining letter he said plz pay another some amount. i have to speak with quickr customer arjant beacuase of my hard earn money take me back. quickr is a trusted portal thats why i am trust that.

Guys..Please don't trust this company. Its a No-1 fraud company. They collected 50K & there is no proper response from the team from past four months. Contacted customer care, sent mail regarding the issue & branch managers but nothing seemed to work out.

I had applied for quikr rto services online. It was about re register ing and transfer from goa rto to pune rto
I paid approx 47 k online to a payment link and was provider a receipt.
My documents were collected from the door steps and a date was fixed when my car was also verified at the pune rto.
Till this stage it was fine. And this is trace able in sarathi/vahan .
But the fees pending is taking enorm oud time to clear and quikr is not able to solve this pending issue even after collection full payment from me 16 months back. I think they are not release ng the payment else they have cheating me an amount of 47k yearly.
If any body tracks by the application no, any sensible person can trace the fraud and cheating. Quikr needs to compensate the entire amount with interest plus give damar age charges claimed.

Sandeep Jain Its a fraud company. Do not get trapped by their marketing tactics. Our company, Cybrowse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd, had registered for Quikr Easy Business Services on 21.02.2019. Under this service contract, Quikr was supposed to share genuine business leads to Cybrowse Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The pack order ID for this contract is - SVC388934COM336576HYD00103SFT
The details of the contract is provided below::

Services: Website Development (under Software Development Vertical)
Tenure : 6 months (180 days)
Amount Paid: Rs. 10000 + 18% GST = Rs. 10360
Service Activation Date : 22.02.2019
Service End Date: 21.08.19
Committed no. of leads: 30 per month or 180 leads in 6 months (I have mail from their official email ID of their representative - uruj.ansari@quikr.com
Total leads delivered during the period of contract: 5
Quikr Sales Representative (Mr. Uruj Ansari) had assured that we can expect about 30 leads per month for 6 months (total 180 leads expected/ committed by Quikr in 6 months). The total number of leads delivered by Quikr during this period was just 5. And these 5 prospects were not looking for any Website Development Services (or these were fake leads).
Intermittently (at least 3 times in 6 months), we had registered our concern with the Quikr Business team regarding poor quality & poor number of leads and every time their representative assured us of upgrading the plan to ensure more/ quality leads. Finally, after 6 months of substandard/ poor services, Quikr representatives called us to renew & upgrade the contract with additional payment. We were amazed to see their shamelessness.
We were strictly against additional payment to this fraud company, as we had already burnt our fingers by paying them Rs. 10360.
Frankly speaking, we have been cheated & fooled by Quikr team. We would like to get 100% refund of our hard earned amount paid to your company.
We have full belief in the legal/ judicial system in India and we are sure you will take extremely strict action against the Quikr team, which is into minting money by fooling small size businesses across India with this business model.
We will expose them in every forum wherever we get a chance. We have audio recording of Mr. Uruj Ansari agreeing to the fraud where he admits pressure by company seniors for such false commitments to the customers to get the contract.
Please help.
