By far the WORST, MOST DISHONEST, LYING, CONIVING, CHEATING, IMMORAL, WORTHLESS COMPANY I have dealt with in my life. They offer a "Money back" 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that THEY DO NOT HONOR!!! -They Falsified Billing Documents to my Credit Card Company, and falsified Web page content relative to their Guarantee with them also. I have had to resort to filing a Civil Lawsuit against them for failure to Honor the Bogus Guarantee they make claim to on their website. I am dumbfounded by their STUPIDITY in thinking they can have an average of approximately 1 Complaint each and every month filed against them with The Better Business Bureau of Florida, lie about their Affiliation with Comptia, and think it will never catch up with them. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER they know every trick in the book about Credit Card Dispute Resolution procedures- TOO BAD THEY JUST DON"T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS WITH SUCH VIGOR! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEIR OUTDATED MATERIALS, IMMORAL AND UNETHICAL AND MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES_THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST.

    QuickCert's money-back guarantee states clearly on our website that you will receive your money back if you use our training materials, (indicated by passing the practice exams) and then fail your certification exams. Upon purchasing our products, you did sign this agreement, and our records indicate that you have logged in to our training over 300 times. Unfortunately your situation does not fall under the guidelines of our standard money-back guarantee policy, and because of the particular parameters of your situation we did not honor an exception to this policy.
