QOO10 refund my order

I ordered adidas shoes on May 22 2018 i wait for 2 weeks haven't deliver yet so I decided to ask to the seller then the seller replied that the item is already shipped. Then suddenly have staff of Qoo10 message me tru SMS ask me if I receive my parcel so replied no then she/he replied that she/he will inforn the office .then have someone ask me if I receive my parcel tru watsapp i said no i wait for almost 2 weeks until now haven't deliver yet then they replied they inform the delivery staff i wait for how many days i ask again they said that my order lost . So i call the customers service and she said that my order is lost so they send a email to the seller to refund the item then she said that i will ask the seller if can refund o resend the item . Then I send a message to seller i ask if possible to resend my order then they replied that i must negotiate to Qoo10 customers service then u replied that i call them already they say that they send a email to you and she/he replied me they haven't receive yet so i ask the # of the Qoo10 customers service if it is correct or not she/he replied me that they cannot confirm for me i must check by my self .

i dont know what to do they just pass to each other . If i ask the seller they want me to contact the Qoo10 if I contact the Qoo10 they want me to ask the seller. Haissst make me angry

QOO10 I am complaining about the service at your call centre from singapore call amir

I call in call centre to enqire about my item as I think is deflective, the guy Wan keep twisting my work and don't seem want to help me call Amir, he comment on my English is bad, who is he to say that, this is the first time I get this comment, I think he not well train in handle call and complain. I hope q10 can look into it, I feel I am force to recive the deflective item

QOO10 pillow from beauty fashion store

I ordered a pregnancy pillow and paid on the 7th of may. The supplier texted me the color of that pillow that I wanted was out of stock, I dont mind and chose another colour. Next, it was supposed to be delivered on the 25th of may. So I waited patiently. Now it's already 2nd of june and I received nothing just a stupid email telling me that my order has been delivered and asking me for feedbacks when I dont received a [censored]. And when I tried to track back there's no history! So frustrating! I have all the transaction details and I have all my order number and that email but strange.. There's no order history! And what is this complaints board for?! Will I get a refund?! Bloody scammers!

03 May - Sent email to seller to check on status, no reply
04 May- sent email no reply
09 May - Seller replied, will cancel 1 bottle out of 5 bottles due to no stock no further advise on the rest of the orders
15 May - i checked on status, no reply
17 May - Seller email said that have tried to called me and mentioned some item also no stock, but i received no such call in the email no further advise on shipping status .
17 may- i replied to seller to cancelled all the orders and refund to me. due to this orders taking to long

In MyQoo10 Seller indictated shipping delivered. Which i cant click on return or exchange due to I need the them to refund.

Please assist to help me to get back the reund of $51.35

QOO10 bad customer service

had make an order $479 for Mi Roborock (2nd Gen) on 29/04 and was dellivered on 3rd of May pretty fast delivery.

It was a Mother's Day pressent for my wife. Unfortunately my nightmare started after i have unboxed the Robot.

Not working dut to internal issue, text Seller no reply.

Call multiples times CS, it took 2 weeks then Qoo agreed to send back to seller for "CHECKING".

Waited for 2 days never pick up my item, called Qexpress was told that system couldn't find my order.

I have paid Qexpress to send back to seller and should be on it way there.

I want to find out has anyone here facing the same issue as me and how can i get back my refund.

Also if Qoo refuse to do anything can I approach CASE .

Please Advise, thank you.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $479.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Variety of products.

I didn't like: Worst customer service ever come across.

QOO10 item not delivered

Hi, I would to lodge a complain against the above mentioned company. I have made an order for a lg g5 phone cover on the 22nd april 2018. It has been 17days and its still not delivered. I have also made an inquiry on 7th may and there was no response from them. Also, checked my order using the tracking no. with singpost and the status cannot be found. I hope to hear from u soon. Hi,

I'd like to request for an investigation on the above-mentioned seller.

I put in an order on 4 Apr, and till date the item is still in transit to dispatch center. I've tried reaching out to the seller several times via Q&A board and PM, but there was no response thus far. Has the seller gone out of business?

QOO10 wrong delivery

I have ordered "DIY 5D Eiffel Tower at Night Paris Diamond Painting for Home Decor" (number of order is [protected]) on Mar 07, 2018 from seller moyute. And instead of Diamond painting I have received" Watercolor Painting". Please refer to attached Picture. I have requested seller to change item or refund me money. Till now I haven't received neither correct item nor refund. Kindly investigate.

By the way, I have submitted my request immediately after delivery:

Dear Seller,

The item i ordered is diamond painting but what i received was water color painting. Which is not what I paid for. Please send me the correct item or return money.

i am a seller user ID eintech. i requested to review my new registered listings for so many times through QSM message tool even sent the email to the sales manager. your support team keep telling me will contact the sales manager or they will inform the sales manager. unfortunately i been waiting for one month and still keep request your team to help review my new listing like a stupid.

QOO10 refund of my purchased product

I am frustrated with qoo10 Sg support regarding the refund of my purchased tempered glass brand is not what is stated in my order email confirmation.

I have multiple corresponses with your Sg support staff via qpost and to date they have NOT answered my last question.. I have informed your support to call my mobile but they are continuing using qpost with usual delays.

QOO10 seller sent wrong size but refuse to exchange (e-cos)

Please do not buy from this seller (e-Cos)

I ordered 3 pcs of t-shirts from seller (e-Cos) on 25 Jan 2018. I ordered 2 pcs of size XXL & 1 pc of size L. However, seller sent me 2 pcs of size XXL & 1 pc of size XL. I wrote to seller on 7 Feb that they sent me the wrong size as I order size L but received size XL instead & asked how to exchange for the correct size. Seller just replied "oh, I am so sorry for that". When I prompted them again on the exchange & seller took 2 days to reply to me that they don't have the size. I then asked for exchange for any other design with the correct size, Seller took 5 days to reply that they will let me know after CNY as holidays has began. I wrote to seller again on 5 Mar on the exchange & seller replied "sorry customer, please wait several days".
I wrote to seller again on 2 Apr but no reply from seller.

This seller should not be allowed to sell any products on this website. They are obviously dishonest. They should inform customer if they do not have the size instead of sending the wrong size to customer and expect customer to accept it. I don't think this seller will reply me or exchange the t-shirt for me. So, please do not buy from this dishonest seller.

QOO10 item still havent arrive

i ordered an item from 13th march 2018 but till now i still haven't receive the item. i messaged the seller that i haven't receive the item, then seller reply that he has the proof for the delivery. Later, i request for the proof for the delivery but seller no reply to me anymore. May I get refund from seller? i already attached the photo of the conversations between seller.

QOO10 computer motherboard

Company sent the wrong model to us. When we request for a exchange, they offered only $15 and ask us to accept the item. It is not reasonable as we have no use for the wrong motherboard. After that they ask us to return the item and pay for the freight first. We did not agree to it and ask them to arrange courier for self-collection. They disagree and did not proceed further to resolve the issue. The wrong item is still with us. We have totally no use for it.

QOO10 order cancelled and refund was not made since dec2017

I have recently ordered two tees from a seller. It's was highly suspected of cheating when the parcel clearly indicated quantity of two pieces and physical count of only one piece.
When this issue was highlighted to seller, seller took Long time to respond with the reason of "no stock". Refund was suggested by seller and advised me further refund was completed. In fact, no refund was done and finding excuses of refund will be carried out "ASAP", not of I ever encounter a refund is so difficult and time consuming.

I have enclosed photos of our communication and urged suitable actions to be taken.
The refund amount is not significant, but such act is not acceptable as a genuine seller in my own opinion.
You will be able to view the seller shop name from the photos too.

QOO10 new vision electronics not updating their items

I ordered a mistral 4 liters electric air pot map-408 from new vision electronics on 11-03-2018 but they cancelled the order and claim that it is out of stock. Then on 18-03-2018 I ordered a taiyo 3.2 liters electric air pot ap32 and they cancelled the orders again and again claiming out of stock as a reason.

There are 3 items listed on that page and 2 out of the 3 items are out of stock but they didn't update their stocks availability.

QOO10 bicycle brake cable wire

Hi,

On 21 Feb 2018, I purchased a brake cable wire and made payment via VISA card.

On 23 Feb 2018, I cancelled the order as the seller can only ship out my order on 26 Feb 2018. I had alerted the seller about the matter on the same day.

On 24 Feb 2018, the seller acknowledged my request. But till date I have yet to get a refund. The status is still stated as cancelling.

When can I get a refund?

Please look into the matter.

QOO10 bad reputation no refund from qoo10!!!

I had bought two phone covers from this seller (Finer). Seller had send me two wrong covers, and their cover are not exactly the same as their post on the webpage!

Wrote in to informed the seller. That I want a refund, seller agree to refund the amount to me. I had shipped back these two phone cases to seller.

Seller and Qoo10 took such a long time.Look into my case for refund! Poor customer service, who pick up my calls. They will get back to you.

I wrote in to Qoo10 customer service department. To find out what is status of my refund? Qoo10 simply dare to state and confirmed that they have refund the amount to me!

I had scanned in my bank statements, to proved that there are no refund from QOO10 at all ! Since last year Nov 2017 up to date of today Mar 2018.
I did not see any refund from Qoo10 at all. Don't ever believer this QOO10 were refund my money to me !

DON'T EVER BUY THINGS FROM QOO10 !

QOO10 seller : g-dyna - non delivery of item

I placed an order on 22 Feb and the delivery status showed that my item is scheduled for delivery on 1 Mar. On 2 Mar, I wrote to this seller to enquire about my item delivery status. They replied saying their office is closed, operations will resumed next week. So I wrote to them again on 5 Mar, this time they never reply me. Today, which is 7 Mar, I wrote to them again and I am still pending for their reply.

From 22 Feb till 7 Mar, it's 2 weeks. I had never bought any item from Q0010 then needs to wait so long. Even if my item is out of stock, I would think the seller should have the courtesy to reply me and tell me what is happening.

Today I went to the seller page and I saw so many ppl also complained about this seller about non delivery.

I think Qoo10 really needs to do something to this seller, bar them from selling in Qoo10 as this really cause a lot of inconvenience to the people who bought from Qoo10.

I am running out of detergent now, and the seller still haven't send my item. Now I really need to think thrice before I buy anything via Qoo10.

Seriously disappointed with this seller!

Ive made my 1st purchase in qoo10 in Feb 10 2015 (order nbr [protected]). Item suppose to be shipped by 14th Feb 2015 . But since it was my 1st time using q0010, i had accidentally select "item delivered " even thou the item was Not delivered at all. I called yr cust svc n spoke to staff named Wati/Yati. She said will try to investigate but till now no updates. Tdy i received missed call frm yr cust svc. I called n spoke to ms Ika. She is damm blady rude staff.. keep interrupting me n when i ask her to get manager to call me.. she said ok n hang up the call.. i need an explanation n svc recovery... get yr mgr or higher level to call tmw at 1pm... my ct nbr [protected].
