I have made the electricity bill payment online via visa debit card . The amount has been deducted from the account. But the status of the bill payment has been received. Moreover, the paid amount is being added to the next bill.
Please look into the matter and inform as soon as possible . !

A illegal jet pump is situated at the park near captain gas agency sector-11, pratap vihar ghaziabad. People are using it unlimited like own vehicle washing, bathing, water storing extra-extra. Anybody like old, young and child comes and start the jet and use it. More time it runs very long time like whole day or whole knight. Unnecessary usage of the pump and wastage of under ground water. Sometime sombody comes with a 1 ltr. bottle and start the jet, you know for picking a 1ltr he waste the 50 ltr water.
Let us know that who is paying the electricity bill of this pump. If nobody so who is responsible for this misuse. Why the reliable deptt.
is sleeping or ignore it. I request tto the reliable deptt. to care & and control or stop this unnecessary wastage of electricity & underground water. unknown due to social disturbance
