Water filtration system
Do Not use this company. The product ruined my cabinets. We had the product over 6 years. It leaked and he blamed the leak on us. We sent video and pictures of all the damage. His product was leaking. He said read the contract. He is not responsible for anything. He wont pick up the product as well. He said the company where he gets the product went out of business and can't get parts. Never serviced the product timely as well. We were only getting a quarter of a gallon from the tank at a time. He tried charging our credit card after I told him we were canceling and to pick up his system. We had to shut it the system off because of the water leaking which it destroyed our cabinets and now mold is growing. He is very rude. Just wants your money and to provide no service. If we can do it all over again, buy a system at Home depot or Amazon. It will save you lots of money and headaches in the future.
Water Treatment System & Owner of the Company.
I'd like to complain how jerk is the business owner of this Company under the name of CHRIS VON LOO. AT first, he was very persuasive coming back to our house even at night time just to catch my husband and have him sign in the contract. So when this JERK finally got the sales from us, that was the last time he showed up to our house. Of course, this is a more than 4, 000 sales. So the problem started during our 2nd month, the water started leaking under the sink. We thought we had a problem with plumbing or something so we called a plumber and asked to check what's going on with our sink. The plumber found out that the hose from this jerk's system wasn't installed properly. They failed to put in a clamp on the tubing so it won't move out from the fitting. So we tried to call this Chris. At first, he couldn't recall us anymore.. imagine, in less than 6 months you're totally forgotten? so anyways, we asked him to come and check the problem coz the water is flooding my kitchen already.. He refused to come without us paying him the so called " TRIP CHARGE" in the amount of $67.00. His office is 12-15 miles away from home for him to charge us this amount. So i sent him messages asking why he would charge that much where in he is accountable to resolve the issue. SO instead of him apologizing to us for the damage it cause us, he replied to my text message with all capital letters, "STOP". How rude right?if he's indeed very concerned with his customers, he could've stopped by to check and see the problem? I never thought there is a business owner who is very rude and very obnoxious. i hope KARMA knocks your business' door! Please Stay Away from this guy.. i got some neighbors who have issues with this jerk too. This guy is very profit oriented and wouldn't care for customers after sales!
improper ACH Debit collections
On Aug 1, 2011 sent notification to cancel ACH collections and to discontinue service. I had sent written statements and fax over my notification that I am revoking the recurring payment authorization and the company, and on September 1st they improperly processed the debit of my account.
They failed to produce a copy of the contract which is under dispute within the allotted time span stating that after 3 years the contract self-renew itself annually and that I cannot cancel outside my anniversary sign-in month. (I have been with them for 8 years) There was never a stipulation for ACH collections; that was initiated by me for my convenience. Therefore, I am under no obligation to continue service without the necessary written verification and can revoke the recurring payment authorization since it was never a contingency.
I had sent written statements and fax over my notification that I am revoking the recurring payment authorization and today, September 1st, Pure Sparkling Fresh Water Systems inc. had improperly processed the debit of my account.
Resolution Sought: to cancel ACH collections of $15/mo from our checking account, to discontinue rental service and pick up the rental unit.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
