Puma puma epic flip v2 men's flip-flops

Hello, while at the swimming pool this evening (6/8/2019), the strap came out of my right flip flop almost causing me to fall. These flip flops are relatively new and I had expected more from Puma. I have two pairs of flip flops and I wouldn't be overly confident in using my other pair. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.uk

Puma evercat contender backpack

I recently purchased this backpack and only used it twice. On the second use the zipper fell off and the stitching started to unravel. Even the the zippier straps started to fall apart. Also, the main zipper is so loose now, it may fall off too.I am afraid to use this backpack anymore because I may lose things. Unbelievable poor quality and zero quality control.

Puma kids shoes

We bought two times basket shoes for our kid. The first one was broken after 2 months. As our boy liked to get the same shoes, we bought a second one just before our holidays. After 5 days, it was completely destroyed while brand new (look the sole is not used at all). This is not acceptable to get such pour quality product for a brand like Puma. By this claim, we ask for the refund of one pair for the full price of 49 eur.

Puma product quality and store service

I bought the tight on the 5 May 2019 @ 13:29 everything came to R3010, i paid with my debit card, I worn the tight once on the 7 June, my friend told me that the tight is torn, I phoned the store on the 21 June and I spoke to Sam who advised that I must bring the tight back, they will speak to the manager in charge, I asked my friend to take it back for me, the manager in charge by the name Leroy refused to change it, he told me that the tight has been washed, I told him that it was never washed, I worn it once it must have been the manufacturer fault or the material is not a good quality, I have bought couple of tights which it never gave me problems but only this specific one, I am so disappointed with the service that I received from the manager, I told him that i lost the receipt, he told me that he can't assist without the receipt, but i paid with my card, which i believe they can trace the receipt on their system, but they were unable to, the purchase is not even 3 months old but it's untraceable, not sure which kind of people get assistance because I have witnessed most people been assisted with their similar problems but I wasn't, or do I have to know anyone in order to get help, I would like this to be looked into as this is unacceptable, I have paid a lot of money for something that only lasted a day. I need my tight to be exchanged or refunded

I purchased PUMA track pants at Studio 88 in Vangate Mall (Cape Town South Africa) 09 May 2019, the purchase was on layby the final payment was made in June, on my second use of the track pants it was torn at the back. Can I have these pants exchanged with the new one, I want the same design and size. please see attached photos of the track pants and the till slip.

Puma puma evospeed football boots

Hi
I purchased your above product recently. On my first use they ripped on the front toe section after only a couple of minutes of play. I've almost always worn puma, with the P Kings being my No. 1 boot of choice for years. These current boots were a massive let down.

I tried to return them to the store but they have directed me to contact you directly regarding replacement or remimbursement.

Puma rs-0 winter inj toys

HELLO,
My name is Corina and I am from Romania. I bought a pair of sneakers from Istanbul last month and I wear it maximum 6 time. The issue occurred at sole from the first wear.
I can not go back in Istanbul at the store to make a complaint and to request money back because it was a vacation there. My friend also bought an identical pair same day, same store at the same time and she have the same problem. I think the issue is at this model not at costumer use. I look forward for your support and answer

Puma puma kids alexion grade school size 5

I ordered these sneakers for my son on March 3 and received them about a week later. Upon trying them on my son loved them. They looked great. I was going to order them for my older son I liked them so much. I'm glad I didn't! I started to notice the sides showing wear very quickly. The more days that past the worst they got. I was so upset as we have never had a pair of sneaker have such a short life and be such an embarrassment in school! He doesn't even wear them everyday. Weekends at his dads he wears his other sneakers and has been wearing slides in the nice weather. So this is unreal! I bought him new sneakers today and have realized I should reach out to show my dissatisfaction in hopes to somehow have it remedied or at the very least report them problem as defective!
I am including photos and my purchase order. Please let me know anything that can be done.

Puma us telephone number

Went online in usa to get item number 305921 03. Placed the item in pumas online shopping bag for online customer size 11 1/2 men. Came after puma sent email stating we held on to these items for you in my shopping bag. Called back to purchase the item, completely gone from online shopping bag. Puma unprofessional inept behavior

I'd like to report an unprofessional and incompetent customer service experience I've had at Puma Canada.

On November 25th I placed an order at the Puma Canada website with three items (Order No. 00190-CA45458314).

The next day (Nov 26th) I got an email saying my order has been cancelled, without an explanation. I called the customer service to see what's going on. Th guy at the other end told me that one of the three items I had purchased went out of stock and so they cancelled the entire order. It should be noted however, that no explanation was given to me at any stage of cancellation and no compensation promised (which I find very unprofessional and unethical). If an item is out of stock why didn't the website state that? On the contrary, my order went through without a mess only later to be cancelled. If your website is not up to standards, the customers shouldn't have to suffer.

The guy also told me not to waste my time waiting for the item that went out of stock as it may take a long time to re-stock. (again a very deceptive statement- the item was re-stocked the very next day). He asked me to re-order whatever else I wanted that was still in-stock and then call them to get a price-match with my previous cancelled order(which was on sale and had a discount code applied). He also told me that a case has been opened on my name and gave me the case number for future reference:

The next day (Nov 27th) I went on the website to re-order the two items still available. I discovered that the third item was now back in-stock as well. I put all three items in my cart and placed the order. After doing that a while later when I checked the Order Status from my account it displayed: FAILED. I called the customer service again. I gave the customer service representative my case number for their reference and asked them why my order placement failed. They made me hold for a long time but couldn't explain my order failure. They said that their supervisor was very busy and couldn't attend me and promised that the supervisor will contact me the next day and took my number.

I waited for the call the next day but nobody contacted me. On Nov 29th I tried placing my order again. This time I got a notification at the top saying:

"Sorry, something went wrong with your payment. Please try a different payment method or contact your payments provider. If issue continues you can contact customer service."

I contacted my payments provider. I got a confirmation from them that there's nothing blocked or restricted on their end and so I tried placing the order again this time from a different browser, I then changed my laptop. But every time I got the same error and my order didn't go through. I believe I placed 6 orders that day and all of them failed.

At that time I also noticed that the amount which had been charged off my Credit card for the original order that had been cancelled had not yet been refunded. I then contacted the customer service again. The CSR couldn't help me in anyway and when I asked for a supervisor they said that there was no supervisor present. When I asked her about the refund that was due she explained that it usually takes 3-5 days in the processing and that I shall soon receive it. She took my phone number again and informed me that the supervisor will contact me the next day, positively.

The next day (Nov 30th) again nobody called. I tried placing the order again but it gave me the same error. So I called customer service again. I asked the CSR to talk to the supervisor. He investigated the whole issue again by himself for half an hour while I waited. Then after a painfully long time and much reluctance, I was transferred to a supervisor. I talked to Christine, I believe. I asked her whether my account has been blocked or restricted by Puma and why I'm getting this error. She wasn't sure why this was happening, but reassured me that she will talk to the respective department and resolve my issue the next day as they're closed at that time. She said she'll be in office at 3pm the next day and she'll straight away work on my case and give me a call around 3pm through her personal number. I told her that this is the third time I've been promised this and stood up. She was very sorry this happened and gave me her word that she'd be calling me first thing the next day.

Dec 1: Nobody called. I waited all day by my phone so I wouldn't miss her call but she didn't contact me.

I've had enough! It has been more than a week and countless hours of my precious time and my issue is still hanging. I really needed this order placed ASAP as I wanted to gift it to someone who will be visiting me shortly. Coupled with the inevitable delays in the transit, it would be useless to receive it after they're gone.

The CSRs and their supervisors are clearly stalling me, thinking I'm a fool. I talked very nicely to each person and I'm not blaming them for this issue. I know they're just the face of the company and this might be a due to a system error. But the handling of my case is an utter disappointment! Promising to deliver and then failing to do so(not just once). I can't be bothered wasting anymore of my time on this, however, I do want to warn the higher-ups in the company and the consumers in general, of how they will be entertained if they ever need come across the inept, negligent and deceptive customer service.

It is Dec 2, and I still haven't gotten my money back. I don't know what kind of an incompetent system you run but I want my money back! It's been a week! More than the average 3-5 days I had been told.

My mobile No. is [protected]. I have purchased one shoe Article No. [protected] vide Bill No. 715 dt. 04.10.2018 from Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd, Phoenix Market City Mall, Bangalore-560048. At the time at purchasing your representative told us for a Gift Voucher of Rs. 1000/- Valid up to 12/10/2018.

Yesterday I went to same your showroom than they have send us to nearby your another showroom in VR Mall, Bangalore-560048, they told there is some technical problem in internet.

In your showroom of V R Mall, when we told them our mobile no. they told us it is valid for two days and it is expired on 06/10/2018.
Please look in to the matter-
1.They have not given us the any physical gift voucher, Why ?
2. When they told us valid upto 12/10/2018 then how can say in Other Showroom it
is expired on 06/10/2018 ?
3. It is the matter of Goodwill of PUMA.

Puma pulisic jersey

My son received this great Jersey for his birthday. The Jersey was hard to come by in his size and finally found it! Very disappointed to report that my Sons pulisic Jersey has letters peeling off of it after only washing twice. Turned inside out and did not put in the dryer. Really makes me mad! I waited a long time for this Jersey and would like it fixed for sure.

Puma trinomic shoe. left shoe twist lace mechanism not working properly.

Shoe twist mechanism doesn't work.my doughter loves your shoes.she is disappointed with this shoe as just worn hand full of times.can you please mend.also back is in stuck.can you fix.i buy slot of your products thru the years.we are bloggers so we write about everything and experience we have.i have told her not to write anything about shoes as it's just a one off just see how you can resolve this matter first so hopefully you'll get good honest feedback.lol.any thanks.i have enjoyed your products most of my life.can you please get back to me as soon as you can.cheers big fan:-).

Puma puma black - toreador

I just got these on 5/25/2018 and they are falling apart I have never had a pair of shoes fall apart so fast I am very disappointed with them. I purchased them for work because of the soft foam insert they were comfortable but they are falling apart and that doesn't do me any good I need a good pair of shoes I walk upwards of 10 miles a day and I guess I'm going to have to go back to Nike my last 4 or 5 pair of Nike shoes have lasted years and the puma shoes only lasted two months looking forward to hearing from y'all about what we can do to resolve this issue.

Puma defect in product

I purchased a pair of puma flip flops at Gordmans in Valparaiso Indiana on July 13, 2018 . The first day that I wore them the toe part came out and I was forced to buy a pair of shoes at the Indiana Beach giftshop which set me back $19.99 plus tax. Puma has always been one of my favorite brands but I am not at all happy with this defect . I would very much like to either send my brand new flip flops back to you for repair or a voucher to be sent to me so that I may replace them myself. I currently own many Puma items and actually have a order number for a new steel toe pair of Puma shoes but unless this matter is resolved I am holding off on the steel toe shoes at this time. Thank you for your time in this matter and I hope to hear back from you at your earliest convenience.

Puma poor quality of soccer boots purchased.

Good morning, I bought a pair of Puma soccer boots on the 1st May 2018. I played 4 games and the boot is ripping open on the sides and front R-side boot. I went back to the shop i purchased it from and they said they cannot give me a replacement pair or refund my money. I do not believe this is fair.
I would really like a replacement pair of size 11 soccer boots. This has never happened and if i had issues previously they would assist me, this is really a first.

Puma puma one rugby boots

I bought puma one rugby boots is January 2018 in pretoria south africa . I recieved puma studs with my puma one rugby boots that you screw in .I played a few games in my puma one rugby boots. And know the 2 rear studs on both boots are in unplayable conditions . As the studs are to sharp and is a danger towards other players. I practice 2 times a week and play a match on weekends we play on normal grass feilds. I did not use anything to harm the studs . I did not damage the studs intentionally.

Puma puma soft foam shoes

I bought puma shoes on 3rd Feb 2018 from delhi, pacific mall, lifestyle outlet, after 3 months of use the foam inside has teared off from one shoe, seems like some quality issue, i was very happy with the shoe but could not expect these kind of issues with such a bing brand, please help me in this matter, i have moved to Australia and cannot even go back to storeto get this checked.

Puma purchased item

Greetings: I hVe spoke with Davian regarding an issue with a purchase of puma shoe for my daughter On her birthday... she loved the shoes so much and I always purchase puma brand.
After 2 weeks the right side ripped open, I took back to the store ( Robert Wayne 9469 w. Atlantic blvd #9493 Coral Springs FL 33071 ) tel#[protected]
They refused to return or exchange since I don't have the box ! Never I have saved the box for any shoe. Customer service at that location was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Puma puma man shoes

Hi,

I recently bought a pair of shoes. (Puma Men's Tazon Axelion Training Shoes (Grey/Black, Size 10) - Men's Training Shoes)
After wearing them for a few days, I felt a sharp pain on the side of my foot, near the heel. I noticed that there seemed to be a solid piece of something inside the shoe. I cut a hole into the lining, and pulled out a hard, rock-like piece of plastic (?), see photos; It caused a blister on the back of my foot. I'm very surprised that new shoes could have this defect in them. Can you please let me know what I should do?
