Okay I am tried of trying to play the online games. Especially when I keep playing these games and I keep getting Bad Request. I already know that I am not the only one getting this Bad request messages my father gets them to and he lives in a different town than me. Now since I am having such a bad time with all of the bad request popping up. I have lost my VIP Elite because I can't play the games. I keep getting Bad Request on PCH Lotto and definitely getting it on the VIP Elite games it is so bad that I couldn't even play the games anymore for VIP ELITE.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to play the games without having any Bad Request popping up. So that I can have a good chance of winning money like for example $1,000.00 a week for life.
I won and they won't give me my money.
I won $50,000.00 on a VIP Elite game and when I told them they said I didn't but took the game off and it's not been back on. On 12-16-2021 I won $650.00 towards a TV. They say this has been resolved but this isn't true. I have not received any money except a $10.00 check which I sent back. What happens? Do you give the money people win to your friends?
Desired outcome: I want my money I won.
PCH is not a charity. Just like in Vegas the "house" always wins. And, in the rare instances where a prize is noted as having been won PCH responds by saying "It's not in our database. You did not win."
Bottom line: The PCH model works for the company which is why complaints are meaningless. They are wealthy beyond belief and in order for them to stay that way their games are presented with "an edge" favoring the company.
Check out their rules. You'll see the phrase: "In our sole discretion" a lot. That means if they say so that's it. Even if you submit a screen shot they will determine whether or not to honor it or basically say "You've violated our playing rules."
Play for fun. Pay for a Lottery ticket. Much better odds.

Being blocked
Since I filed a complaint against PCH employees. I am now being blocked. Are they afraid of being told what is true. I was hacked, scammed, and lied to by these people. I have been doing PCH since 1996. Now with all the coniving and lying and scamming and being hacked, I am the bad one. Well I am not. Al I would do is submit my entries. Now I am bad because they wanted money from me, which I didn't have, but they kept on and on to give them money. So I could get my package. Also everyone of them would tell me I won and not to tell anyone. So secretive. Why! Now I am band from it on facebook. Also I have seen postings from other people about being scammed. It is a shame that this being done during these hard times. I hope you clean house.

The problem with Publishers Clearing House is that you are never actually sure when you have submitted an entry. The whole thing is so complicated. I swear I won't fall for it every year. Then for about 5 or 6 years I stay away. Then something triggers it in my and I order some cute pair of earrings and here I go again. It is true that the products for sale are not the highest quality. And I know that. So I am a bit careful what I order. I have learned that much. But this year I have ordered more than I ever have. But this is it. I am done. I will not get suckered in again. Now my emails say Please just one more order to keep your extra special special extra status. Then at the bottom of the page the regular an order won't help your chances of winning. Of course I know that. What I mainly find disturbing about PCH is the not knowing exactly when you have really entered this contest. Don't fall for it people. You can spend a whole day clicking away never ending and not knowing if you have ever entered your number. Don't bother wasting your time.

Automatic ordering items ~ preying on the elderly
PCH has been sending my elderly ill mother unauthorized shippments of items and making her pay for them! This has been overwhelmingly distressing for her so she paid over $900 to make it stop. This has been brought to my attention. I am her daugther. I want to ship you back the items and receive a full refund please. Mail a check to the address on the account. Remove E. Scheveling from all future promotions and mailings.

PCH mobile app. Glitching
For the past three days, I haven’t been able to use this app - when I try, I get a “session timed out - try again in a moment” message. I tried using the menu, but am unable to do anything. I removed and reapplied the app, and even reset my iPhone without any change - what’s up? I am a VIP Elite, and am concerned with losing my state s! HELP!

My name is Barbara Scroggins 59 yes. Old. 205 Division Grand Rapids Michigan 49507. I have been an active player of PCH for over twelve years. My status is VIP ELITE so I'm told. I recieve active emails to my email address stating that I have won fifty thousand. Ten thousand, and even five thousand as well as various gifts like a smart watch for example. But I have yet to receive anything from PCH. While I'm actively on a sight like pch.com I am suddenly locked out, and this goes on every day. I receive nasty messages concerning sex as well as repeated phone calls. Check my history I am very dedicated and don't deserve this type of treatment I any case. I have responded to this problem before but never nothing to let me know that you even care.well thanks anyway [protected]

First of all, it's little wonder you are receiving obnoxious contacts since you have naively posted your full name, AGE (why?) - and complete address here on a public forum for anyone to see!
Also, "VIP Elite" doesn't mean a single thing except that you have access to some extra online games.
I am a 68-year-old retired woman and I strongly suggest you READ MORE CAREFULLY what you are receiving, determine WHO is sending it (I bet it isn't PCH,) and stop putting your personal information out to the world. Use some discernment, read the fine print on PCH websites, and use your common sense. Good Lord.
Prize wheel landed on 5.000 dollars but said I won 250 tokens
A game on pch.com is a wheel just like wheel of fortune and I have played it alot and it lands on toxens 99.9 % of the time but 2 times it landed on money. 1 time it landed on $20.00 but said I won tokens instead and the other time it landed on $ 5,000 dollars but it said I won 250 tokens instead and when I called customer service they were rude and tryed to cover it up with excusses to not pay me. I know all of the games on there are rigged and something needs done about it. The 2 times it landed on money was the 3rd week of feb 2022 and feb 27 2022.
Desired outcome: Well it landed on the money so why am i not being paid.

Plus they don't always add your token winnings to your total, especially when you win the same amount as the last game you have played.
Service
I have been harrased and lied to and scammed by your so-call employees. I have been to I have won and I keep getting told I need to pay this and that and it keeps going on. I had one of your so-call employee hacked into my old email account and I had to get another one. I still keep getting email and constantly hearing from them. Alsao I had to get a new phone number because I kept get text from PCH that I won anf I nned to pay this and that. I have told the Chairperson about being harrased and he just tells me to ignore and I do, but it continues on.

Hello. Simple fix: UNSUBSCRIBE from all PCH emails. They have numerous email addresses and you will need to unsubscribe from all of them.
If they send you something in the mail, it's so easy to handle: Toss it in the trash.
Never got the $400.00 that I was awarded.
On 1.29.2022, I received an email from PCH saying that I had won $400.00.
At first I thought that it was a scam. I contacted PCH and they said that I did win.
However it would take 3 to 5 weeks to get my check, which did not sound right to me. I looked up on the website as to how long this takes and learned that PCH sends these checks out immediately. I have sent PCH a screenshot of the entire email. WHERE IS MY MONEY? This could not have been a scam for it was like all the other emails that PCH sends out. I spoke to one customer service representative and he said he did not see where I won, but then he said yes you did but it takes 5 weeks. I really need this money badly. Will someone kindly tell me what is going on.

I have won money several times. In my experience, a $5 or $10 check arrives about a week after I won. The $100 that I won took about 6 weeks to receive. As I understand it, if you win $1,000 or more, you will need to sign affidavits and things before you are cleared to receive the money.
That's just the way it is, and I'm sure that's the way it needs to be for PCH, legally. I'm not going to kvetch and moan about getting free money when all I did for it was play some games.
2 cooking pots
I ordered 2 pots because I thought the hole on top of lids seem pretty cool. The actual pots have rusted on me and I cannot contact anyone to return. The pots are not even (6) six months old.

When I try to start one of the pch games I get a blank white screen. This also happens when I try to play a set of 5 scratchoff cards.

I was blocked from responding to PCH Search websites and From PCH Frontpage, websites, even though their Departments sent these different amounts of prizes to search! I called the PCH office and ask the person that answer the phone why were these website blocked? I was told there weren't any reason for me to be blocked because I am not on any restrictions! As of this day I am still being blocked for no apparent reason! The last 4 days I am Blocked from playing games, Instant Win, Scratch Off, Vip games! Also Vips get 100, 000 tokens for being A Vip! I have not received these tokens many times, same thing with surveys I have taken surveys but did not receive the tokens promised! I am tied of this bad behavior and treatment! I HAVE BEEN A Customer of PCH FROM May 2002 20 years, but I WILL Not deal with this ugly, childish, unprofessional behavior another week! I have spent thousands of dollars in 20 years and never won a thing! I will not continue to spend money with a company that allows this behavior toward their customers! Flip 'n Win - ANOTHER SCAM!
Surveys
Enticed to answer PCH surveys by promises of 100, 000 - 150, 000 tokens, it is clear that it's a scam. What I once thought was a rechnical glitch has become far too frequent. After spending 20-40 minutes answering hundreds of questions, surveys (once 85-97% completed) suddenly close. On at least two occasions surveys were 90%÷ completed before being closed because I didn't qualy!?! On three other occasion, surveys mysteriously closed once 85, 93, 97 percent of answers were provided. WHY DO THESE "Glitches" NOT HAPPEN WHEN SURVEYS ARE 10 OR 20% COMPLETED? They only seem to happen when the companies have received the info they wanted and then deny you the promised compensation )
Adding insult to injury, you can't really complain to PCH. If you attempt to notify PCH you are directed to link which requires you to enter a Customer ID BEFORE you can file your claim / complaint. Here's the catch: YOU MUST PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM PCH TO HAVE CUSTOMER ID. If you don't pay PCH you no right to complain.
Desired outcome: Credit 500,000 PCH tokens
Those surveys are from other companies, ("Samplicious," etc.) I've done some, but they are annoying. I have received the 50,000 tokens or whatever they promised after completing the survey - but to me the boredom and annoyance aren't worth it. I'd rather win my tokens playing games.
It's a choice. No one is forcing me to choose to do the surveys. :-)
A Truck Dolly I purchased for a Christmas Gift
I ordered Dolly for my brother for Christmas we barely got it in time, but Post Office wouldn't not deliver it, said they could not. So I had to go pick it up, when I got there the package was very badly damaged. But I brought it home hoping it was okay only the package that was damaged. I had by brother-in-law to look at it, it was broken. So I had to run to town to get something else for my brothers gift. I can't even send it back the package is greatly damaged. So what do I do, got bill for something that is broke.
Contact PCH customer service. They will respond and help you.
Also, there is no requirement whatsoever to buy things from PCH in order to play the games or win a prize. I would never buy anything from PCH except doodads. I've bought wind chimes, little LED battery-operated lanterns, etc. and I've been very pleased with those items.
Unordered merchandise
I received an email this morning from PCH with an invoice for items I did not order.
My customer ID is [protected] and the PCH order Number is [protected].
I will not pay this invoice and will not pay to return it if it arrives.
There have been many complaints of this nature and the overall reputation of PCH is quite low. Their merchandise is overpriced and of low quality.
