A gentleman who had an accent, by the name of Bill Bradley, called my house and the name Publishers Clearing House was displayed on my phone. The man on the phone didn't sound professional, when I called back to him, he just answered the phone by saying, Hello, not the name of the company.

He said I had won $3 Million dollars, but to receive that money, I would have to send him a $7,500.00 registration fee. His phone number was [protected].

He also gave me the name of Bank of America phone no. [protected] or 1671 and an ID Number of 1-632714.

He also emailed paperwork that disclosed the amount that he wanted me to send him, along with a copy of the check with my name on it.

I told him I wasn't interested and told him I hope he wouldn't try this with anyone else.

This is written for my 95 year old father who is a victim of PCH elder abuse.

Not only do they send him mail nearly every day, now they are sending unsolicited items such as a tin of nuts on August 2, 2022 that was not ordered along with bill for 27.94. He does not want it and should not have to pay for return shipping. This needs to stop and he needs to be taken off the mailer list since he is at risk for every sweepstakes scam that comes his way.

Every every year they say i have won .i have played the games for years i know 62 years old played most of my life promised to win never did so i think I've been scared in to playing these games .they shouldn't tell people they have win 5000 for life and keep lieing to them so they will play the games its wrong for a company to do that to loyal people god knows i should have won already .GOD BLESS

Two times in July, 2022 the same girl won the token leaderboard earning $550 per win. Then again, just yesterday on August 1st, 2022 she just won a third time. Three times within a month's time earning $1,650. How does that happen? Nobody gets that lucky trust me. I haven't won that leaderboard in over two years. I work just as hard if not harder than most of the players. My entire day is consumed with Publisher's Clearing House games and entries with no time to myself. I play all the apps, all the games and entries on both the mobile version and desktop version of the website, I comply with all the emails and I get nothing. I also play my mother's account and my girlfriend's account's for them because they do not have time to do it. Every game I play I get technical difficulties when there is nothing wrong with my devices or browser's. Every game I play is always low token payouts. I been playing for 10 year's currently red diamond with almost a 6 Billion all time token earner and this is the worst I have ever had it playing the games. If things don't change by the end of this year I will call up and have my account removed and go buy lottery tickets instead. One more thing, this country has 50 states to it, stop awarding all the big prizes to Florida and Texas all the time. Trust me I am watching and keeping track of what you are doing, who you are awarding, what states you are awarding and how many times. Unfair company you are!

For some reason I can play the tournaments for one hour and then my name and status is taken off. I asked about it before and told I was in violation of the rules. I don't know what I did but win more than once. I'm a senior citizen who enjoys playing games to pass the time. If I win I expect to win but I also like the challenge of playing against others. It's just me doing this. I don't have to cheat to win! Please put me back on playing the tournaments. If you have any questions or if you can tell me what I did to be taken off please let me know.

I played the 60 Second Word Finder Tournament in May 2022 & scored 881,000 points using my smart phone making me the winner in the smartphone category. "Randy D" is how my name was shown. I was never acknowledged by PCH that I won NOR did I receive the $100 prize. That's my complaint. I've had top scores on two tournaments without notice of winning the $100 prize. Now the last 4 days of playing tournaments after 1 hour my name is taken off both top score and top token scores. Can you tell me why I'm being knocked off? Do I have any winnings coming? When you stay up 24 hours and play and you are the top token scorer I think I should hear something from you. Please let me know why I'm being taken off the tournament top 10 lists and where the other 2 winnings are.

I've been getting letters from PCH advertising in the merchandise that I did not order to my home being charged for it for something I did not order also sending it out to my home winners notifications and claims and alpha Davis to claim prize since 2021 of March 23rd I have one the PCH Lotto was never compensated for my winnings I had claimed 43 Lotto cards and 43 matching numbers I never received anything from them or any type of letters until this year around June for another giveaway they claim that I won that I will be having the project will come to my home which never showed up the same scam that happened last year around October before being announced as the prize winner where PCH supposedly had called me asking me for prize payment to order to deliver my prize to be shipped to my house I had put in a complaint with the fraud department for that incident but never heard back from what is going on I feel that being scammed and be having floods and things sent out to your house saying that you won plays with people's emotions I just want help to be reconciled of my winnings that I won originally myself not for somebody trying to scam me out of my money

I completed 4 separate PCH Surveys that were supposed to award me 10 entries to win $15 million sweepstake for each completed 30 minutes survey, for a total of 40 entries to win $ 15 Million, but each time after I wasted my valuable time completing the surveys, instead of saying "Thank you for completing a survey, you are getting 10 entries to win $ 15 Million", it just said 500/ Server Error and screwed me over my reward sweepstakes entries. PCH really is a rip-off company that has a bunch of million $ sweepstakes that I play every day for many, many years that they never intend to award anybody.

Last week I received a pkg from PCH for stuff I didn’t purchase. Despite of numerous attempts to unsubscribe and informing them with almost every thread they sent me mail (which were so many on a daily basis) they have still sent me a box of things I did not purchase asking me to pray for it which is wrong and unfair. Extremely disappointed of their actions. Please help me resolve this issue since PCH does not seem to respect my wishes and forcing me to pay for goods I did not order!

I am being charged for product(s) I received that I did not order. Also one product that does not work. I have called and sent bill back with this information but I received today another bill. I need help to get this resolved.

Ive called sent in a email about the game on PCH+ van will pull up and letter comes out then will not do anything else.it like I'm being kept from winning because I get sent there a lot on emails from you guys this is my 3rd notice and I've had received 2 of the items I order was broke but paying for them like the lamp fire like flames.

I purchased two items. First I was ticked off I was getting a late bill before I received the items and before even 30 days. I waited until I got both items before I paid. I paid for them in March (2022). My balance is zero. Then I get a notice that I am severely overdue. I go to pch.com and it says balance zero. Now it's May and I get the letter again. I copied my paid receipts and sent them to pch, proving the items were paid and even they said I had a zero balance. So it's June and now they are threatening collection for something I do not owe. I cant even pay them anything because the site says I don't owe anything.

For the third time in a year it seems I placed an order without noticing while scrolling down the catalogue. After receiving an email with my new unexpected order I checked what I was buying and it was a pots and pans set that I needed anyway and the ad said 4mm stainless steel 3 ply. It look like good quality for the price. When I received the order it was a paper thin set of 5 pieces of garbage That I could bend with my hands, plus a better set of 7 pieces was on sale on ebay for way less and free shipping. Then it said I could pay in installments but never got the option. So not only I am ordering stuff I did'nt order but also false advertising. This situation is not acceptable. Yes I would like to win something but not being taken for a fool.

With that being said I don't have funds to pay to return them at first the bill said I owed 19$ now I received a bil yesterday that states I owe 75$ I'm not sure why it for what but this is not what I'm trying to sign up for I was just wondering if ever anyone that can't afford to place an order has ever been lucky enough to win someth6from tall and not by reviving orders they have not placed thank you fir reviewing my complaint from the less fortunate have blessed day

When I play games in the landscape mode, the start button is cut off. I tried to adjust it on my end.

The program agent megan anderson/ works with danielle lam in this goverment grant and pch program. I have 2 credit cards that are suspended due to the program making purchases and repaying monies to keep the limit from going over the 500.00 limit. The payment were made using wells fargo bank and vystar crediy union in which posted but were charged back on each card and breached the customrer agreement. This was over a year ago and I reported it 4 times and it was to be taken care of long time ago, told meghan and danielle and they said they would report it and tell it to the big boss. The boss called me a year ago and said he would take care of it never did. What kind of customer service is that. I worked in customer service for over 29 years until I retired. Just diplorable doesnt make since nothing has been done, on may 18th they keep requesting 800.00 saying the payday for the prize is getting closer. And we are sorry for the dilly dalling we cant wait to visit your home. This 800.00 goes into the cash app each month. I dont have the 800.00 im helping my mom out her account got hacked and no funds can be paid out so I had to pay some of her bills phone. City. Electric, they said you are going to pay that 800.00 you need to pay that now. Pay 500.0. I asked are you threatening me I already told you I cant pay. This doesnt fly with me. One card has already gone to the collctio. N agency. One unethical situation after another. 1-18-21 dated check holding a check fromnative american community academy for $51654.78 copy of check was sent to my email. Instructions take email to library and have them copy to blank secured check paper the check. They wouldt touch it. Nor would kinkos. I manage to do it on my home printer. I was to take it to any bank that has the capability to deposit this check using my debit card into the night deposit. Well it kept rejecting the deposit. Well prnter ink for a home printer is not magnetic ink which all checks contain so the nite drop scanner could not read the check. So imagine what might have happened ifi took the check into the bank for deposit and they new how this check came abouti might be in prison since then. Im holding cashiers check dated 3-17-21 for $2450.55 I asked well whats going on with this check ive had for a weeks after the date of 3-17-21 oh just hold on to it until we bring out your prize and we will collect both checks. They orderd 4 iphones that never completed thru at&tbecause they are contract phones and you have to open a line for each phone and financethe phones using my phone with at&t. I cant pay for 6 phones. I yhink they intended for me to send out the phones to p[eople. The order kept getting cancelled. For no contract and financing. I had to tell them to stop ordering they didnt know what they were doing. To get the discount on a I phone 11 ypou hv to sign a contract. The third order they made ther wanted me to drive from my house lawrence kansas to anhover ks wich is 300 mile round trip to pick up 4 iphones that would not be in the store for oick up because the order was not compliant.\, im sending this complaint to you so one of your higher ups can speak to his subordinate with thr gov grant program and with danielle lam. Im not paying any more monies out yes a million is a lot of money but its the principal that know one else gets this type of treatment. I keep getting requests from you to pay my account. Most of the items listed have already been paid for, one item that is listed is an unordered item and has been refused. I have 3 bills here that I am going to to pay as soon as I get my SSI check. I pay for my items when I get them, you need to stay updated on your accounts, I will not pay twice for what I order and will not pay for what I did not order (so far, there’s been 3).

BEWARE, have you ever noticed your tokens getting less, rather than gaining? Unless you write down and add each and every token you earn, you would not notice that anything was wrong, but PCH frequently

does not add your tokens you win. Also they have lots and lots of technical problems that you also never get your token winnings.

Constantly does not add to your total the tokens you have earned!
