PTCL Internet issues 5 days now not working my internet [protected]

Hi I'm using almost 7 8 year ptcl internet last 5 days now franchise people not solve the issue we are call the franchise people he did not come and not solve the issue today we visit shinka franchise office and he is not there name of Ahmed Ali lineman the people are asking he is going hazro office when we reached hazro branch he is not there also we wait there long time after he is coming we asking for th why no working our internet and he mis behavior with us and asking for the money and he asking our company now private now we don't have money to install cable asking for the money 1.5 lak and after installing again?why he disconnected our conaction why we are pay money not for free why people are doing like that I don't know why and he also asking why calling 1218 head office we asking why no slove the issue then he mis behavior he asking I can not doing any think please do your sarvic best not like that [protected]

اس کا انٹر نیٹ بار بار بند ہو رہا تھا جس پر میں نے 1218 پر شکایت درج کرا دی ۔ شاہ پور ضلع سرگودہا کا مقامی لائن مین آیا اور کچھ ہی دیر میں انٹر نیٹ چلا دیا پھر کہا کہ 1218 سے کال آئے گی اس پر 1 پر کلک کر دیں ۔لیکن اس کے جانے کے بعد دوبارہ نیٹ بند ہو گیا ۔ اس کو دوبارہ بلایا اس نے پھر کوئی چکر چلا کر ٹھیک کیا جو اس کے جانے کے بعد بند ہو گیا ۔ جب صبح اسے کال کی تو اس نے کہا کہ آپ بار بار 1218 پر شکایت درج کرا دیتے ہیں اب میں نے آپ کا نیٹ ٹھیک ہی نہیں کرنا ۔ کر لو جو کرنا ہے ۔ جناب عالی

یہ رویہ انتہائی غلط ہے ۔ اور غیر پیشہ ورانہ ہے ۔ اگر انٹر نیٹ نہیں چل رہا تو صارف شکایت نہ درج کرے تو کیا کرے ۔ براہ کرم لائن مین کو ہدایت کی جائے کہ مذکورہ نمبر کو فی الفور درست کیا جائے

PTCL dsl internet/ ask employee for ptcl m. qasim misbehaviour

It is requested to the complaint board that ask development employee working for ptcl as cp installer muhammad qasim has misbehaved with us, he was to install new modem at our home ptcl dsl number [protected] request number 94, he just did not wanted to work we told him that we will complain against you and in return he said he's untouchable that he does not want to work do what you will, so it is requested to the concerned department to see to this person behaviour and assign some one reliable working person to my request, our ptcl dsl connection is down for 2 months and I had to pay bills for nothing when we complain we face people like cp installer muhammad qasim please grant relief

My landline and broadband is down for more than 3 days now and i have followed up for my complaint multiple times they say they will resolve in 24 hours but it is more than 86 hours still the complaint is not resolved complain number for landline is 93 and for broadband is 53 and is their any concern please send you repair person number

PTCL installation of smart tv

Sir
I am consumerist of smart tv since two years. Due to change of billing policy and including of other call charges I am unable to continue this service. I have already contact complaint center and lodged a compliant no, 1-[protected] for discoloration of this serivce.
Therefore, I humbly requested to issue on 12 days bill (1, 05, 2018 to 12.05.2018) and direct the concerned authority of bhakkar office to with draw cable and handed over to me as I have paid it.

PTCL broadband

My dsl broadband (021) [protected] is not working from Saturday 10 am and till the time i made at least 20 calls on 1218 complaints registration and file a complaint i.e 82. First i was told that their is an issue with your modem and we will send our representative within 24 hours, i waited but no one came. After that i talked with billing department and technical development because on 1218 one said that their is an issue with your bill although i submitted my bill day before my internet issue i.e on ptcl one stop shop in ptcl machine.
And the other representative said that the port is issue from exchange i.e Gulistan-e-Jauhar exchange karachi and we will resolve the issue. The problem i am facing is that i am not guided well and the problem remains unsolved and ptcl has ruined my weekend.
As a share holder of ptcl you should kindly take any notice regarding to customer care.

PTCL landline and broadband

Hi,

This is to inform you that I booked an order for landline and broadband on 26th of August and still the services are not provided to me by PTCL. I have lodged a lot of complains at ([protected]) since the booking of order and they always tell me that your issue will be resolved within 5 working days and more then 1 month is passed and I am still calling them for my order and that order is not even traceable on PTCL web portal. I have spent more balance on calling them in contrast to my order.

PTCL telephone shifting

AOA, This is not a complaint as such. I had applied for shifting of my Telephone. Since shifting of my residence from one apartment to another in the same premises and in the same building. This action was taken and with their kindness the concerned staff shifted my Phone from one apartment to the other where I did move. The shifting charges of Rs.500/- were included in my monthly bill which I paid. The problem only remain in the bill because the same apartment number was mentioned in the address whereas my new apartment number is 501 and the previous apartment number was 404. In the monthly regular bills my new home number should have to be mentioned to reach my bills exactly at my new residence number i-e Flat No. 501. Please resolve my this problem and necessary correction in the PTCL bills record may kindly be made. Thanks. My Phone Number is : 021-[protected] (Garden Exchange) Karachi. Thanks again.

I, talat mehmood subscriber of ptcl no +[protected] that is installed in quarter no 6 staff colony govt. technical training institute railway road dg khan file complaint against ptcl and dsl authorities dg khan as under. my dsl package of 1 mb was converted to 2mb without getting my consent or enthusiasm. I have contacted several time to ptcl and dsl authorities dg khan specially mr. qais sb in charge dsl dg khan in order to restore my 1mb package, but sorry to point out that neither de telephones mr. sheikh nazir sb nor mr. qais sb in charge dsl dg khan received my written request regarding restore my 1mb package against my ptcl no [protected] on21-03-2012. ptcl and dsl authorities dg khan made me rolling stone. I am of the opinion that there is a powerful mophia that prevailed in ptcl and sdl department dg khan, ptcl and atisalat seems powerless, ineffective and immobilized in front of them. none of them over come or control them.
You are therefore requested to please look in to the matter, hold an enquiry, fix liability against officers/officials found guilty in this case and order to redress my grievances at an earliest. copy of this complaint is also being sent to worthy chairman ptaand concern authorities of atisalat pakistan.

I had lodged a complaint yesterday for my telephone number [protected] but so far there is no progress. the line man came and without checking the telephone went away. The complaint lodged yesterday is again copied underneath for your record. My telephone number [protected] is out of order for almost three to four months. We have lodged many complaints through calls via 1218 but no result have so far shown. Recently three to four days back I again submitted a complain on 1218, and complain number given is 25. Till now no progress have so far shown. If it is not feasible to put the above mention number in order then kindly return the amount of telephone bills for the said period. I hope keeping in mind the long relationship the concerned authorities will do some favor. Otherwise we may think for disconnecting our both numbers and convert to Naya Tel.
If I had to contact some senior concerned officer then his e-mail address may please be provided. Waiting for some quick response.

PTCL poor and condemnable performance and attitude of ptcl

I had applied (online) for PTCL connection in July 2009 which has proved to be a blunder from me. After having no response for 2-3 months, I enquired about the status of my application. In reply, I was told that due to technical problems, land line connection could not be provided. PTCL, instead, offered me Vfone connection (probably in October 2009) which I declined.

Later, all of a sudden, PTCL started sending me monthly bills (since Nov 2009).
On receipt of 1st bill, complaint was immediately lodged on [protected], 1236 and 1218. On receipt of 2nd bill, complaint was again registered on all numbers given on the bill and available on PTCL website. I also tried to contact the Divisional Engineer, Sr. Operation Engineer and RGM but all in vain.
On receipt of 3rd bill, the complaint process was repeated and it was also lodged with PTA.
Subsequently, after a week, a call was received from PTCL, assuring me that billing would be stopped immediately.

However, the next month bill (4th) was again received. The complaint was again registered. But, as per matter of routine, the 5th monthly bill was also received (without any connection). This time the bill was received with a threatening letter/ notice; this was absolutely a criminal and strongly condemnable act.

In reply, I again emailed to PTCL & PTA condemning the irresponsible attitude and poor management of PTCL. I made it clear that I reserve all the rights to defend myself by all means. I also made it clear that in case of any mishap, the PTCL management would be fully responsible.

Soon, thereafter, Mr. Khalil Ahmed Dharpali (Business Manager Ops KIA Division STR-II Karachi), first contacted me over my cell number and then visited my residence (on 17th April 2010) and assured me that all extra charges would be waived off and connection would be given immediately. On this commitment I allowed for connection, which was another blunder by me.

The line was soon installed but without any service/ calling facility.
I again started complaining. Mr. Khalil Ahmed Dharpali then advised me to pay the bill first to have calling facility.

Anyhow, the bill was paid. Meanwhile, the next monthly bill was received which was also paid

But unfortunately the telephone service was gain disrupted/ discontinued after few days which is still unavailable on my number.
I have made complaints to all relevant authorities by all means but till today no response has been received from anyone.

I am suffering from such poor, regrettable and condemnable behavior of PTCL since November 2009, but none of the PTCL officials has paid any attention or tried to resolve the issue.

PTA has also proved to be totally helpless in this regard as it has totally failed to resolve the issue or take any action against PTCL for embarrassing me since last 9 months.

In response to my complaint dated 14th June, PTA had advised PTCL not to levy any bill in the absence of provision of services to the complainant, but PTCL is continuing sending me bills without restoration of service which is clear violation of PTA instructions.

After having suffered for last 9 months and in view of the regrettable attitude of PTCL, I have conveyed my decision to PTA and PTCL that no more bills will be paid (as I have already paid far more than the use of service which remained available for only 20 days during the last 8 and half months of embarrassment and humiliation) and in case of any mishap (as PTCL had previously threatened me) all responsibility will be on PTCL.

PTCL line disconnected

I am a resident of Saima Pride, Block 10/A Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. My Landline is disconnected from the service provider "PTCL" since december 2009. I found my phone not working just before one day i was leaving Pakistan for a few days. I complained on their service number in January's first week as soon as I came back. Several times, I contacted the linemen directly and asked them regarding the progress but according to them they were not even aware of the complaint registered. I then wrote an application and submitted it to the complaint server. Lineman told me that my line has broken and it will have to be replaced, he informed that "PTCL is not running out of those cables". I then several times visited PTCL complaint office and met with the responsible people and reminded them about the complaint registered. Each time they promised for a quick action. Then I met D.O and told him, he promised as well. Then I talked to G.M, he promised as well. The lineman then suggested me to use the concealed wiring of the apartments i am living in so that they can drop the wire to my apartment's concealed. I hired "Intercom services" pesrson in my apartments last week, and he charged me good for cable extension from concealed box to my apartment. Now I am waiting for lineman to extend the cable to that box just so that connection could be established to the service provider "PTCL". Probably, it will resolve in this or next week after 5 months' frustrating experience but i just want to know the obstacles that were in the way of "PTCL" in reestablishing this connection? Lack of Resources? Laziness of workers? Bad Infrastructure? What?

PTCL obnoxious calls complaint

Respected management complaint board of saudi arabia,

Complaint of obnoxious call from number [protected].

It is to inform you that i received an abused calls from [protected] number on my family pakistan telecommunication land line number [protected] specially today at 2:46pm in which a person use abuse language with me not just abusing but calls again and again and threatening us since from a long duration. It's my family number and this is to inform you that take the legal action against the said number which is ownership of saudia telecoms authority also acknowledge the higher management of the said company. That man is irritating my family from last eight months and take advantage of foreign settlement. So i am requesting you for justice as per saudi's law and kindly do some stick action against that person according to our grievances and assure our safety, security and customer satisfaction because we are proud to be on saudi law being a muslim.

Note :i have right to submit my complain, kindly punish him according to the rules and regulations of islamic law of saudi arabia and respond me about the action after receiving this request. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

Hi,

My PTCL is not working from the last 48 hours. I submitted 2 complains (41, 90) and I visited samanbad exhange couple of times but they dont have time to check the issue. I asked line man to check our phone but he told me that he dont have time to check. I am using broadband, PTCL smart as well.
