psiexams.com review: Difficult to schedule the exam's day

I received the authorization from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board to schedule the exam since two weeks ago. I attempted to contact the PSI management center though the phones number: [protected], also through the numbers: [protected], and nobody respond (only a machine saying: " the PSI is.. wait for the next available agent...1 hour waiting). Also I have sent 3 emails daily to: [protected]@psionline.com
Two weeks waiting for a response, and I paid for the service. Still waiting
