PSI Services aws exam online - psi did not work

Hello

10/31/2020 - I have scheduled a exam at 1pm EST and have logged in 12.30 pm EST as instructed for online verification. After taking my photo and photo ID, PSI did not work and no one is there to support for exam and it did not even start my exam

Called customer care service says busy with assisting other customer for more than 45 minutes, I have created a ticket but did not have direct answer. Not sure when they will reach back for when will be re-schedule my exam again.

Worst service - never I will take exam through PSI again. kindly stay away from them.

PSI Services Incompetent service by psi

I have been trying for over a week to schedule for the New Jersey real estate salesperson exam via PSI. So unfortunately, PSI is the only way to access the test, I don't understand why they have earned this contract with so many states.

I have created an account on their website thru which I've tried to schedule the exam but the site doesn't even recognize the name of the exam under the schedule exam prompt so no, the website does not work and no point in creating the account. I've sent in 3 e-mails, supposedly you get the response in 24 hours, it's been well over 60 hours but no response. I've called to waste one full hour talking to a customer service rep and a tech support who could not help me resolve something so easy as to how to get their site to work for me (schedule) nor register by phone...

Please. Does anyone competent work at psi?

I can not get the state license only because we have to go through the completely incompetent, inept, inefficient system.

PSI Services Equipment / it department

October 28, 2020

I arrived at psi exam center #12010 to take an exam on Monday, October 19 at 9 am. The gentleman took my IDs and photo. After he took my photo, he said there was a problem with getting me set up. He said he had to contact the IT Department for them to intervene because it was something he could not fix. During this waiting time, the gentleman took my photo five (5) more times and kept apologizing.
I sat there for an hour and a half (1.5) waiting. About 5 minutes before, he mentioned he finally got IT to fix it. With my mind rattled and frustrated, It is now 10:20 and I start.
Within 20 minutes left of the exam, the system froze. I had to go notify to gentleman. During this time, he asked "is the test hard"? which I thought was very inappropriate. The gentleman fixed my problem and got me going again.
Once I completed the exam, the result popped up on the screen but the remaining words that covered the screen was in a Chinese style font.

There were a lot of issues that day that cause me some major concern: system glitches, frustration and unexplained waiting... If I would have arrived 15 minutes late, I would've had to reschedule for my exam but yet, I had to wait an hour and a half (1.5).

Given the above circumstances, I am requesting to retake my test at another location or a refund.

Your consideration for this request would be greatly appreciated.

PSI Services Service

I was scheduled to take my real estate exam today at 7am. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had for test taking.
I was there on time and ready to take the exam. My computer passed all the checks and I had the PSI secure browser exam. I started taking the test after completely fine and suddenly got kicked out 'due to unsecure connection'. My internet connection is perfect and everyone was sleeping at the time so no one was using my internet. I logged back in and the instructor apologized for the connection loss and let me back in the exam. I was taking my exam again and all of a sudden I got the same message 'Due to unsecure connection you will be disconnected'.
At this point I am starting to get really frustrated as I know my internet connection is not the problem. I work from home and never have a problem with my connection. I have a Gigabit router and service. I disable my antivirus hoping that might be the issue and get back in. The instructor apologizes again and says he will let me back in to the exam.
10 minutes later a tech support specialist gets in the chat and starts asking me questions to troubleshoot my machine. The instructor never told me I was going to be transferred to tech support! He said he was going to let me back in the exam and left me waiting. The tech specialist after a ton of questions tells me he will call me to remote into my machine and troubleshoot. At this point almost 2 hours have passed and I tell him I would just like to reschedule at a testing site because this was getting ridiculous. He tells me that in order to reschedule he needs to create a ticket and transfer me to candidate support. He creates the ticket and transfers me.
I spent an hour with the candidate support representative that now tells me he will need to escalate for an investigation in order for me to be able to reschedule and this will take 3 to 5 business days! Can you believe this?!
I have been up since 6 am to take this test, spent the entire day studying yesterday so that the material I need to know is fresh on my mind and now I am told I need to wait 3-5 business days to reschedule because there was problems with the system and I couldn't finish my exam!

PSI Services Testing

I took my test yesterday, and completed well before the allotted time. I went through all the prompts to securely finish, end, and submit my exam. Upon exiting the room, I was told the system was down and I would be able to come back for my results later that day. By the end of the day, the testing site was still unable to give me my scores, and I was told I could wait for a "snail mail" response, or directly call psi. When I spoke to a representative, he told me he could not even see that my exam was completed, and I would have to wait 5-7 business days for any sort of response, with no guarantee that my completed test was even recorded. I was supposed to start a new job this week, based on my ability to receive this license. Not only did I spend the money for the exam, taking 4 hours out of my day from my other job to take this test, but now i'm being told they cannot confirm that I did, in fact, finish my test. Nor can they provide my scores. Now, I will have to wait a week to see if they even have evidence of a completed exam. If they don't, and I have to retake, it will be at least another month until i'm able to start my new career. (next available date is not until end of the month). Unacceptable performance for a company that mandates *required* state licensure exams.

PSI Services Testing center

I went to the Middleburg Heights, Ohio PSI testing center this past Friday October 2 to take my AANP boards - a completely nerve wracking experience in itself. While we were all informed of the testing center rules like a bunch of misbehaving children, we were threatened that our mask was to cover our nose and mouth at all times. I asked if I would be allowed to blow my nose because I have a little weather change cold/allergies. These two ladies that worked there freaked out at me and told me I'd have to leave because I was sick. I repeated that I wasn't sick, it's just allergies, and then they reprimanded me about lying to them, and made me leave. It was a completely humiliating experience and I absolutely did not deserve to be treated the way they treated me.

PSI Services South carolina residential builders exam

After passing the business management and law I scheduled to take the Trade exam part at the nearest location from NY. After waiting 2 months due to availability I drove 4 hours to the closest center being West Hartford on September 24th at 9am. When I arrived I did the registration with the exam Proctor named Tracy. She gave me the calculator and I had asked what about the drawing for that part of the test. She did not know what drawing goes to the test. Tracy told me she will type up a incident report and to take the drawing what she had given me and to try my best. 15min before the 6 hour test had finished I went out to speak to tracy again, asking if she had any news from her supervisor regarding the drawings. She had no news for me. I got a 66.3% on the test as I was not able to answer (14) of them due to PSI not knowing/having the drawings. Each question of the 14 stated Refer to Drawing. The pile of drawings that tracy gave me were office spaces, parking garages, golf courses etc. None of them were classified under the "residential" sector. I was directed to speak with candidate care from psi. I have 2 reports/complaints regarding the situation. One of the psi supervisors stated I need to contact the SC board regarding this to ensure psi will/have the correct test. The other supervisor said at this time we would only be able to waive the 75$ fee and schedule for retest. With no progress with PSI was  forced to schedule the earliest test date available being 10/28/2020 @ 9am Same location. I called the test center today 10/02/2020 and they still do not have the correct drawings on site.

PSI Services Home proctor exam/customer service

Horrible horrible horrible experience

I will never use psi products again nor take a online home proctor exam. Information and wording was much different on the exam than under exam fx. Midway thru the exam the system shut off on number 70 and the exams stops. I was expecting 100 questions as exam fx stated the real exam had 110. To put icing on the cake I had to talk to technical support to get back online to finish the exam, the proctor was useless, and after completing the exam they did not even produce my pass or fail score. I had to call 1000 times to CS just for them to tell me I have to wait 1-3 business days for my exam results. I will never recommend nor complete any other testing under this company as they are unknowledgeable about their products and the experience and performance of their software is horrible. Very frustrating experience

PSI Services Unethical behavior

I took a test on Friday 9/11/20 at 9:00 am at the location in Jefferson City, MO on Hyde Park Road. The woman in the test center that was screening candidates before entering the test room made test takers turn their backs to her and bend over, bend over facing her, squat, rub their own bodies down and jump and squat. She did not treat each test taker fairly as she made me take my silver bracelet off, that I wear for religious purposes, prior to entering the test room because she felt it was pewter and would make too much noise and did not make the other candidate that entered after me remove her bracelet. She made me feel that if I didn't do exactly as she instructed then I could not take the test so I reluctantly removed my bracelet, I won't do that again. She would not answer my questions and instead returned my questions with an order and made me feel very uneasy and as if I do not speak unless spoken to. Rude, unprofessional, unethical and no body needs that right before they take a test that affects your career and life. Also, towards the end of the test time they had construction workers right outside the window working on the outside of the building where I was taking the test making a ton of noise which was a huge distraction and I lost my concentration. I have to re-take my examination and I am dreading returning to that facility.

PSI Services Scheduling

My test was canceled three times. I've called over ten times to reschedule my test, each time I was on hold for over 40 minutes, then the call disconnects. When trying to schedule online I get a error message. When I email, no one responds. This has been going on since march! I just want to take my test!

PSI Services Real estate licensing exam

Greetings,

I took exam for my real estate license in Savannah, GA on June 2, 2020. My information was received at PSI on June 16th per employee (PSI). I have called almost daily for the last few months and continue to hold until disconnected or get told different answers such as we will email you your certification showing you passes or leadership is only authorized to send letter, and today I was told to contact the GA Real Estate Commissions office whom preceded to tell me they could not help. I have a job with Keller Williams out of Warner Robins, but I am unable to work due to the delay with PSI. Any support in getting this issue resolved would be most appreciated.

PSI Services Exam service

PSI are unprofessional, unorganized, no communication. They discrimination against people with a disability. I cannot believe the NCBEEC uses them for all their exams. They cancel my exam on April 1st without any notifications from PSI or NCBEEC after all that driving and preparing. Now, 5 month later can not get up with anyone or a respond to reschedule. All contractors license who uses them need to find another company or create one of their own.

PSI Services Disorganized, poorly managed testing center in new brunswick

I arrived for a scheduled FAA exam at 1:30. I was told this would be a difficult test to administer (according to the lady at the desk). She then was unable to scan my ID to release the test for me, due to technical difficulties. She mentioned this was an issue for a while "since COVID", but it was apparent there was no attempt to resolve this issue since this issue first appeared, which resulted in me showing up to a facility which was unable to actually administer the test I signed up for. She proceeded to speak with technical support for 90 minutes while I sat and waited. She then finally dismissed me having not given me the test and very little instruction on how to proceed to reschedule this exam. Including the 30 min each way drive to the center, I wasted 3+ hours for this completely preventable problem.

PSI Services State of ct real estate results

I took the exam for the state of CT back in March. At that time psi's printer was not working and I was told I would receive my results, which I passed, in the mail. I never received them. I passed the general portion last week, at which time the person working there asked me if I had my results from the CT portion and I told her no. She then gave me a phone number for candidate care of [protected]. I have called and left messages at this number but I'm not getting any response. If you could please help me in any way. I am trying to schedule my test and it's been weeks. I have made numerous calls and I get hung up on after 15 minutes of hold time. Also my emails are not responded to. PSI Services Poor customer service

Hello,
I have previously emailed you all over 2 weeks ago and never received a response. I have also been calling constantly since 10am cst (7/29/2020) and it is now 3:11pm cst andI have yet had the opportunity to speak with someone. I even took it upon myself to drive to the testing center to see if they can assist me with scheduling my exam but they were no help. I am trying to schedule my RE exam for 8/3/2020 but there isn't any availability for that date for any locations nearest me. The earliest date available is 8/25/2020 and I can not take my exam at that time because I would have started my new job and I cant take off within the first 90 days. There are also no weekend availability as well. Please respond to your emails

PSI Services Matching registration with actual documents

I registered to write my lituk test far earlier this year. Due to covid-19 this was delayed. I was able to re book for 23 july 2020 and off I went to write. On arrival I produced my valid and up to date south african passport, only to be informed that I did not have a valid travel document which was the option I had chosen to register with. I was informed that there was another document which was classified as a valid travel document. I re booked and paid again for tuesday 28th july having changed my option to passport. I can only assume that my computer auto populated my registration with country of birth as united kingdom and place of birth antrim where I currently live. I confidently attended this morning, only to be told that the information on the registration was incorrect. I now have to book and pay again with the result that it will end up costing me 3 times the price. I would like an explanation as to why it is so important that the registration details match the identification on the day and I would like a refund for the 2 times I could not write the test. I have just proved that when I have added my contact details at the bottom of the registration it automatically changes country and place of birth.

PSI Services Testing.. Respiratory

PSI said they have investigated my complaint and the proctor did nothing wrong. I was held hostage for an hour, while the proctor paused the exam. He came back on and apologized. I couldn't move, talk do anything. An hour was taken off my test and told they did nothing wrong. This is rediculous. They cancel it if you leave the camera. Unprofessional!

Can I please get a response? Monday I will be writing the credentialing board. I don't understand how I can disconnect for an hour and go right back to taking the test. I could have gone and studied for the question. I have to ask permission to use the bathroom. I'm not giving up on this.. this truly shows lack of integrity, care and disregard for your customers. Due to the importance of respiratory therapists during the Coronavirus pandemic, I would think that I would be put to a higher standard and not disrespected and lied to. Your proctor paused the test.

I have the paper where I wrote if I can go grab the phone to call, are you there, etc, not trying to get up and fail the exam. It was hard if I even needed a bathroom break. My first proctor said I had to wait 4 hours.

If I did disconnect, it would not continue to say proctor paused exam, my internet would not be displayed as running, the proctor would not apologize for pausing the test and most of all the proctor would not let me complete the exam. If that's the case, I can disconnect anytime I need to look something up.

This is an injustice for every student taking a test under that proctor and possibly your company. I have never had a problem like this through medic school, HS, etc.

I keep hearing you say you are going to investigate and elevate this situation, but you are not doing nothing. I am going to do it in the right way and not be a victim of your proctors. I sat for an hour looking at the screen, not moving or saying a word.. that is extremely traumatic for as someone who already has test anxiety. I will 'escalate' the situation myself. Thank you.

PSI Services Real estate exam

I have been trying to log on to:
Register for an exam (finally did after 4 hours)
Check compatibility (never have, icon just spins)
Call customer service (left 5 messages over 5 days, no return call)
Email customer service (5 times, no respons)
Try to take the real estate exam (would not load and missed testing window)
When I "chat" with representative, it takes 4 hours to have a conversation due to the slow response and I get no where with them, I was told by one agent that he was "not gonna repeat" himself when I asked my question about why the site won't load. I have paid my money, my career is on hold and in jeopardy due to this company.

PSI Services Staff member at testing site

The red headed women at the testing site was extremely rude and unprofessional. The reviews for this site have endless complaints about rude staff - especially the red headed woman. I was told I was not allowed to bring in medication. I am disabled and need to keep medicine on my person. I called PSI corporate before my testing and was told this would not be an issue. She asked for proof which I am not required by law to provide. She asked to hold my medicine and I refused because it was none of her business and she was not wearing gloves. She asked me to open the bottle to view the tablets, she did not introduce herself as a medical professional or pharmacist. When I took a break, the staff member (red headed woman) was not wearing a face mask which was required by state mandate and the PSI testing center rules. When I finished my exam both women who worked for PSI were not wearing face masks. As someone with a disability I am more immunodeficient and I was offended that the staff were careless and not wearing face masks as all times. I am going to be filing a complaint with the ADA and the state of WA due to the staff treatment of persons with disabilities and ignoring state mandated rules due to Covid 19.
