I have taken this test 5x🤦♀️ The LHA. This last time i fail by 8 questions and i know i was well over prepared and it makes no sense we can see the question we miss and truly and honest i don't think they have a clue just taking peoples money. Some of the question was crazy and worded so different to wheee they want you to fail to collect ya money again. I'm done with it & looking for another job no hassle with license from psi. Order test materials 3x and all 3 had the same question only thing different they threw in on the next two i bought 2 or 3 different question. I called they were very rude. Scammmmmm
aws solutions architect exam
I tried to take an AWS Solutions Architect Exam with PSI on Mon in Portsmouth. The PSI Test Centre was unable to deliver the exam. I was told I would be contacted shortly by a member of the PSI team to reschedule. Three days later, I have heard nothing after having spent £150 to take the exam. Customer service from PSI has thus far been lacking. A holding communication would have useful. Would not recommend PSI as an exam centre for AWS.😞
double charged
I can't imagine that the large corporation PSI has such unprofessional actions.
PSI did wrong - double charged on the clients but never do the refund for them.

washington and california state general electricians exam
The California and Washington State General Electricians exams are terrible exams! Those exams are designed, and administered for a maximum failure rate. The exams are full of unnecessary, irrelevant questions that are outside of the scope and duties of the General Electrician. The tests are designed to insure a high failure rate, and repeated test taking for maximum revenue for the testing agency. General Electricians are not Contractors, Buyers, Sellers, Architects, inspectors, or Engineers, and any testing should reflect electrical installation, not electrical engineering. Conclusion: electrical exams are less legitimate, and more scam!
customer service dereliction
I have left numerous voicemails, because nobody ever answers the customer service 1-800 number, with no reply, though the greeting states a reply will come within 24 hours. I finally got through via email, though that proved fruitless. I went back and forth stating and restating the problem, unable to schedule a test online though all pre-qualifications had been met and long since submitted according to the agency pre-qualifying. Whomever was emailing with me would not listen and kept redirecting me bak to the beginning where it was already proven failed several times over. I am not inarticulate. This person seemed to work from a script with no real problem solving understanding or ability. My elation at finally getting a reply was quickly deflated, then I was cut off with no more responses. I called the pre-qualifying agency, again. They submitted a complaint to PSI and told me someone should contact me shortly. Nope.
This has been weeks now -months if you count the last time I had a very similar issue. It seems their online system is not always up to speed. It happens. But their customer service is about to cost me money for taking so much time to get anything done, disallowing business dependent upon testing for license.
I have saved the email chain, but am unable to share it here for being the wrong file format.

First of all every time I call psi I am put on hold for 15 minutes and have to leave my information for them to call me back. They don't call me back till hours later. I also scheduled my exam with accommodations and it won't let me log in to psi because I have accommodations... So when I called to reschedule my exam I was put on hold and left my info again. They called me back just to tell me I had to be transferred to the accommodations department.. So I waited for another 20 minutes just to leave my information again for them to call me back. I didn't get a call back till 2 days later.. I tried emailing them and no reply... On top of that the psi in baton rouge la has had technical issues so my exam had to be canceled and I hear they are shutting it down now.. Ridiculous. This whole process has been a giant headache. Fed up with this company..
accommodations improvement and refund request
Hello there 'm requesting a refund and better accommodations. I tested on 4/18/19, at the dearborn location in mi. I have a few complaints that I would like to address first and foremost I have special accommodation. This is the second time that I have tested at this facility and the room was so loud that they brought me ear plugs (which I was grateful for but it was absolutely frustrating testing under those circumstances. Secondly because of my accommodations i'm unable to reschedule directly. This wouldn't be a issue if I could actually reach someone when call there. Every time I called, i'm directed to leave a voice mail and I didn't get a response back in enough time to actual reschedule, I actual called several times and left messages and by the time I was able to speak to someone in the accommodations department it was too late to reschedule my test on 4/18/19. Over the last 30 days have had an incredibly frustration with the level of services and especially how service is handled for individuals with special accommodations. Even today as I call to reschedule and to express my concerns with the accommodations room i'm forced to leave a message and as a result of that I know with out a doubt I will have to wait the following week to retest.
Also, the michigan real estate salesperson exam is suppose to consist of national and state specific questions. The michigan real estate salesperson exam should be comprised of 110 questions.in order to pass the exam an examine must answer 77 out of the 110 questions correct to pass is what the testing site. The time limit allowed to complete the real estate salesperson exam is 180 minutes (because I had accommodations it was more time). I can tell you that I answered 125 questions and only 115 counted it also it states that 80% is need to pass. What am I missing?
seminars and their teachings
Well, my wife got involved by someone she worked with and took it seriously enough that she left her family. Joined other organizations soon after and walked away from the church she was raised in. I attended PSI's first required seminar and thought it was a joke but did it in an attempted to save our marriage. All this twisted cult wants is to convince unsuspecting people to "follow their ways of teachings and pass it along to others only to profit from them. IT'S ALL A HOAKS peopl! After their first seminar, they lock you in a room and attempt to get you to spend thousands of dollars to spend a week at their "retreat". Some of the testimonials are comical. DO NOT get involved. I lost my wife now. She now is heavily involve in Shamanism and pulled her deep into darkness. Again, my wife was convinced to walk away from a family of 5 children and a loving and caring husband.

Psi exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across
I have a few concerns regarding my recent PSI test for suse linux 050-747
1- Exam was extremely slow and was keep disconnected 4-5 times during, and once it was disconnected for 45 minutes and i was on hold. (I have a strong internet connection, not shared)
2- Once the session was re-connected after the longest period (45Minutes), it started misbehaving, like it asked for root password for many operations like "tail -f /var/local/messages" "create directory" changing privileges of directory/ files, for ssh authentication.
If above issues were not present, I would be able to pass the exam, since root password was not provided, even sudo also asked for password and given password for user "Suse" didn't work for sudo. So I was not able to perform ssh authentication and tail operations.
I would like to humbly request PSI team to kindly review at my test as I believe I was well prepared, disconnections and authentication problem caused me to fail the exam. Otherwise give me a handsome discount for the next attempt.
The exam window was blurred and I was not able to see it clearly, if I get closer to screen, the monitor starts threatening to close the session & end exam.
It was such a stressful time. I am not feeling okay with the testing/practice.

She was talking loud throughout the entire exam to the point where she could be heard talking to other staff through a closed door and with the ear plugs in my ears
She told me I had to return my cell phone to my car when the instructions on the list clearly say I may place it in the locker bag
She berated me for throwing my ear plugs away in the trash can to the left of the door instead of the right
I would NEVER use this facility again and have already told coworkers to not use this facility just because of Latoya

I Urvishkumar Patel have paid for my AWS Certification exam on 4th Dec(Transaction Confirmation #: 470001). I used my Visa Card and I didn't receive any success message. Worse run company ever, write your Congressman, Senator, Governor to urge them not to use PSI! PSI only cares about the government contracts they have, they don't care about the people they serve! Will never connect you to a supervisor! They don't care about making things right either! Weather delay, now have to push the test out 2 weeks, never was contacted or was any information provided on website about closing of the testing site. If they start losing contracts, pretty sure, they will be more client oriented!

I arrived to the testing center early per the PSI instructions given to me. I and one other woman walked into the testing center. The lady there (blonde lady), was immediately rude. She told me to put my purse back in my car, which is fine. I asked her if I could show her my ID's first (as I thought these too needed to be put in my car). She said no. Then the other woman who had entered asked if she could keep her wallet and phone with her. The blonde lady said fine as long as the phone was switched off. Upon hearing this, I asked if I could also keep my wallet and the blond lady said yes. She gave me so much attitude within this 2 minute interactions I was amazed! I had been perfectly polite the whole time. She told us to come back at 12:55. I looked at my watch it was already 12:45. I was unsure why she wanted us to leave, but I had to put my purse in my car so I went to do that. I re-entered the building and the other woman who was in there earlier with me was waiting downstairs. By this time it was 1:00 so we both went upstairs. Upon seeing people through the glass, we assumed these were people finished with their tests so we waited outside. Finally at 1:15 the blonde lady told us to come inside. All the people (about 10 others), were all there to take their tests just like us. So although we were there first, the other 10 people were ahead of us now. I didn't care about this really. Then there was an issue with taking our photographs. It was a technical problem that was out of the hands of the staff there. But PSI seemed to be doing little to fix it. One person was working remotely to fix it and not making any progress. I wondered why more people at PSI weren't working on it. 45 minutes passed. Then the other staff member said he could bypass the picture and just get us registered anyway. They start registering us in alphabetical order getting people registered and starting their test. Right before it gets to my name, the blonde lady points at a woman in pink, and says "she was here very early, she should be next." I held my tongue. The woman in pink is sent to take her test. The blonde lady then says, "I don't know who was here next." I was outraged. I was at the center so early. The blonde lady coulnd't have been worse to deal with. I am a patient person. My job has me working with people all day, and I always treat them with respect. This blonde lady was doing the exact opposite. She needs to be retrained or fired. Nobody should have to deal with this disrespect. The center itself was very loud. From the testing area I could hear everything going on in the office, even with my earplugs in. The blonde lady was on her cellphone talking very loudly for much of my exam. All in all this experience was abysmal and I'm glad I passed my exam and won't have to be in one of these centers again.

I attempted to take my exam (Life, Health, and Accident #103) on 9/29/18 at 9:00a.m. at the Shreveport, LA center. Upon arrive to test, everything was fine. However when I began to take my test the lobby was noisy (I'm asumming the workers were laughing and talking). Not only that, there was a gentle man that could not get his test up and he and the facilitators walked in and about for about 30 minutes straight including the 15 min. normal check. The gentleman was speaking in Spanish and was getting very aggravated. It was a major distraction. I used earbuds, ear muffles, however was so much walking and talking in the lobby there was no way I could concentrate. I drove from Monroe, LA to take this test. This is the second major incident. Prior to this test, I was attempting to take my Property and Casualty Test and my test did not even register in the system so I drove approximately 4 hours round trip and they not only could not get my test but they also were not able to compensate me for gas. I have called support center well over 10 times and still not help only an automated lady asking me for my phone number. I received 1 callback after 10 messages. He only stated he was with PSI and did not leave a number or any contact information to call him back. This is my 11th attempt to contact some about the complaint and I am still getting a voicemail. I would like someone to call me as soon as possible. I would like to receive my test again free of charge due to the disturbance in the lobby and the disruption in the testing room. license renewal
PSI called my wife at home this morning and gave her misinformation about my license renewal for LP Gas #36093. They said I mailed it in, when in fact I went into their office on 8-27 because there is ALWAYS an issue with them. PSI said they did not have my proof of Insurance. I presented it to them and they said no need as it is already on file. After a short call to my wife, they hung up on her.
When I went to renew my Mechanical Contractor's License they did not have a notary on staff. She was on vacation. They had no backup. When I asked where the the nearest notary was they just shrugged their shoulders and said "Well, she can't work all the time"
p & c exam center and exam
My first time taking my P&C exam was a horrific experience. First off, the exam center was ancient, man running the place is unbelievably rude, ringing noise like an electrical issue (relate it to your ears ringing, was non stop), no air conditioning on a humid 86 degree day, photo taken with the man turning on a desk light bulb in your eyes. I explained that I get migraines with aura from lights flashing, so he proceeded to redo it 4 times. He ripped my sunglasses off the top of my head, locked up my blood glucose meter (that I need to have with me because I'm a diabetic with severe hypoglycemia) and that's just the first 10 minutes in this house of horrors (it was literally an old house turned into a test center?) Computers are so ancient that I was waiting to die of discentery on the Oregon Trail. Asked if the screen brightness could be adjusted, got a "NO!" Other proctor walking people in the exam room every 15 minutes during the test and talking but the 1985 Radio Shack filthy headphones were supposed to help with the "noise." Typos on test were like trying to solve a Sudoku puzzle and when I managed to finish and flunk with a 65 (passing is 70)proctor told me, "you blew it." Fabulous... I really am jazzed about taking this again and spending another $53 for another session of PTSD...

On 1/10/18 at Falls road #100, Baltimore Maryland, I went to take a postal exam and in the middle of me taking the exam my browser had frozen. So I walked out to tell the staff and this women with orange dreads and with glasses on was very rude and disrespectful about me coming out and I was telling her what happened and she was too worried about how the door was being shut .. The way she spoke to me was very rude and she definitely needs to be fired . She doesn't know how to talk to people and Doesn't deserve her job.I will never go back to this testing site to take a exam ever.
Yup. Same thing happened up in Massachusetts with my Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Except the screen didn't freeze. The proctors did insult me and it was unwarranted.

I truly am a great guy and people always say what a nice guy, but I am extremly upset with this whole situation. I am contacted PSI as soon as I got finished with my test. I passed the State Portion, but failed the National by Two. I called my friend to tell him and got talking about the math portions. I had at least two questions in regards to the Amortization Table, but did't know how to get the answer without the Amortization Table Worksheet. He told me that they tell you it is on the wall beside you when they tell you what number station to go to. Wrong! I was never told one thing about it. I called PSI Customer Service tonight and the the representative was extremely rude. I asked her if I could speak to a Manager and she told me to hold. I have it recorded where she had me on had and then transferred me to a automated message stating that the were now closed due to business hours. I am not going to stop with this and going to contact Better Business Bureau and put this out for everyone. I told her I didn't expect for them to just pass me, but should give me a free retest for that portion since they didn't give me the amortization table sheet to calculate the problem. The young lady I spoke with in Customer Service for your Company I spoke too was at 9:50pm Eastern Standard Time. I was on the call with her for 12 minutes, before she pulled her little stunt by putting me on hold for over a minute and then shooting me to a line that stated, "you have reached us out of our normal business hours". Very unprofessional and so wrong! Please call me to see what we can do to make this right.
Really? They did provide me with an amortization table. I'll give them that much. Everything else you're saying sounds legit, though your state RE board won't care if you're a nice guy or not.

On 10/12/2017 I went to take an exam for Accident and Health License. My access was denied due to discrepancy on maiden and married name. I showed them my marriage certificate and current ID and they told "they do not verify that at that location" they referred me to their customer service line (1 hour waiting to speak to a rep) they asked me to send documents by fax, after 3 weeks of waiting on them to update my last name they asked me now to re pay the fee to take my test I told them that I did not receive any service for the fee already paid why do
I have to re pay? they said it is how their system is set up so I complained the transaction with my bank and I called back PSI exams to re schedule my exam and they denied to do so because of the chargeback fee, as consequence they blocked my online account and blocked all the access so I will not take the take unless I sent a money order of $83 dollars for the first schedule and additional $83 to re schedule, this is crazy! After all I just want to take my exam, so I sent them what they asked for and called to get my exam re scheduled, they told me that based on my behavior ( complains) they are not giving me access to schedule on their locations near me, they will send me to Los Angeles area and I need to wait 10 business days until they clear my money order, I asked them to process the money order ASAP, my tracking number said that they received 12/06/2017 (2 days ago), they said "Yes we have your money order but based on your behavior we are not going to give any special accommodation" wow! I have contacted the Department of Insurance in California, PSI Executive Roger Banks and left voice mail to help me out to get my exam done and nobody has returned my call. This is really sad!
