PSI Services re-schedule

Trying to reschedule test date after totaling my passenger car as a result of hitting a deer, with injuries including dislocated arm, fractured rib, concussion and whiplash and more, PSI was contacted, Employee Rolly requested a Doctors note? which I provided just one instead of 4 I could have sent. I included the police report and the Insurace claim indicating the status of the car which I hoped would so the seriousness of the accident. He promised he would get back to us quickly once he recieved the documentation.
The run around began.
10 days later we're still waiting for a decision, , I called a week later and was on hold for 22 min with an overal time of 44 min trying to get an answer, having to go over the orinal need for postponement of a test date that had come and gone. Rolly apparently didn't upload my document to my file? She tried to get information from Rolly, tried to get a decision from a manager, She was getting the run around and PROMISED to give me a call back within the hour and email. She told me to keep the line open and again promised to get back to me within the hour. Hope was offered.
NO call, NO email.
Next day called the office and the girl who answered this time with a thick accent and kept talking to someone as she asked my questions had me repeat the whole story over and then pulled up my file which offered no information on my accident, not documentation, no previous information from the 2 former employees whom I had spoken to trying to postpone a test that was now 6 days earlier.
This company has an extremely poor response time, a lack of inner office communication, will not follow up with call backs as promised, and poor maintenance of client files and an over all lack of responsibility and pride in work ethics

Desired outcome: I don't know if I care anymore. If they are this disorganised and lack interoffice communication , how can they provide antiquate testing. I would like to know if I can reschedule without being assed a higher fee for missing my first test

PSI Services Hvac/r test tulsa ok

Understand this, I am not here to be pc or appropriate but to state facts. Several years ago, I took your test in Tulsa. I took it a total of 3 times and each time I was told material I had brought in was not able to be brought in after it was clearly told to me on the phone and listed on the site it was. The next time I brought material that I was told I could bring but it was apparently not on the list. I have been working in the hvac/r industry since I was 10yrs old as well as electrical and plumbing, boilers and chillers as well. It was a family business that I grew up in. When grandfather clauses came out, I was not old enough to be a journeyman nor grandfather in as a contractor not being 18 at the time. When I turned of age, I found out nothing I had ever did mattered and would need 4 years as an apprentice and school would take a year off of that. when I finally took your poorly thought out test that had questions that was not part of my career or license I was applying for, nor were they part of any vocabulary that any engineer ever used. (I asked multiple people I worked who were engineer as and draftsmen for to back me up by the way) I tried for the unlimited test first and missed it by two. It felt odd because I graduated with a 98% at school as well as had other contractors question me all the time as well as a good report with the inspectors. Well I retested after the 30days and studied the areas the sheet stated I messed up on and took it again and still only missed it by 2. The areas of my strength had changed which was conveniently odd. The things I scored a 9/10 on were all of a sudden 7/10. Now something to know is In any open book test I answer all questions as the book gives the codes for. I am very efficient with a code book after being a kid and having every inspector picking on me only to have them pass the job when an adult showed up. I was dumb but proud enough I figured I would take just a simple installers test just so I didn't have to have someone babysit me when inspectors showed up. I failed that one by 1. So I went to my lawyer and at the time was told there was nothing allowing for an examination of my answers to prove one way or another if I truly failed or if there was a glitch. Now the bigger issue I had was that the installers test had only the questions that I made a 8/10 to 9/10 percentage on the unlimited test. How do you go to making 2/10 to 5/10 in the same areas? I believe you all to be cowards and crooks for your very unprofessional testing, questions, policies, while being protected at least at that time by being above scrutiny of the law. I knew guys who were better than me with more experience who had to take your tests up near 10 or 12 times. You are a fraud! I found out a year later that your computer system had flaws in it and marking correct answers wrong. This came from the head of construction industries. None of us were allowed to retest for free. I spread the word about you all to schools and contractors only to be approached by someone with a badge stating if I didn't hush, I would wind up in jail. Now you have to have an even higher percentage to pass. I go behind people all over who did not follow local codes and are passed every month. You all passed them and validated their knowledge. Funny thing huh! You can come find me if you like because I am still informing people of you. I am a veteran apprentice who still runs jobs while working under know it alls that I have to teach that you passed. I asked for my money back or a retest multiple times and was told that will never happen. By the way folks are you aware that the chief mechanical inspector as well as the head of ACCA all took tests under a fake name and flunked? They were told by their boss to stay out of it, or they would lose their jobs. They did this because I complained to them as well as others.

Desired outcome: Fix your system and morals or get out of business and let someone else do it fairly!

You guys are so full of it. I just checked once again to see the status of my claim. It states The Problem Was Completed to the Complaining Complaining Persons Satisfaction. I never once heard from PSI by email or phone call. And they wrote complaint taken care of on the board. You people are some of the very reasons vengeance became acceptable in some groups. The only email I received was from someone asking if I would be interested in going to court on this matter. Your correct whomever you was that wrote me. I would love to be there after all of the incomitance the employees and system have given me gets a gavel thrown down on them. (At a minimum) Even the responding company are crooked by writing that the issue was solved when nothing has been done. I absolutely can not wait to see you all get yours. So please make us all happy by first getting on your knees and begging for forgiveness. Please video tape it for us all as well and post it publicly as well. PSI Services Real Estate

This company has scam me out of hundreds of dollars by providing inaccurate test scores. PSI deceived me in believing that I have fail the real estate exam 10 / 11 times. The price went from $77 in Alabama to $79. Undoubtful, I do believe that I have passed this test numerous of times, but they want to make money off of innocent people and trained to do so. This is very unprofessional; they tell lies and could never answer a simple question about the test. How could they administer a test and unlearned? The people who work for the Alabama Real Estate PSI is uneducated, stupid, ignorant, and dumb to answering any questions about the exam or any other questions period. This is a crooked business; I don't know why they are making people suffer by taking their money and hiding the truth behind these exams. I want my money to be reimbursed. I know it will be my word against theirs, they will lie to hide the truth and cover each other backs. They purposefully cause distractions in the testing center and freezes the computers on a regular basis. I have experienced the computer mouse moving on its own as my hand was off of it. People can get into the computer and do many of things now and days, change evidence and proof to cover up things. PSI treated me unfairly, took my hard-earned money, and was not beneficial to me in any way during my time of taking the Alabama Real Estate Exam, I wonder if the Commission is aware of these people poisonous motives and cunning intentions? This is not foolish or crazy talking or thinking, I'm serious as a heart- attack. These people need to be investigated for fraud, money laundering, racism, etc.

Desired outcome: Tell the Commission the truth or give me all of my money back. Suffer the consequences if you do not comply.

PSI Services Customer service of PSI testing

I have trained extensively for the real estate test, passed the 60 training test and simply need to schedule for a real estate license no test. On the phone 20 minutes. NO ever answered, no way to leave my phone number for a call back, nothing. Their BBB rating stinks. On guy on the BBB reviews took the test and they NEVER gave him his test results and the job offer that he had with a broker was rescinded. That is what happens when monopolies take over. They have no incentive to "serve" their customers to the best of their ability. They get paid by the real estate board whether they actually help people or not. Companies need to stand against this incompetent service.

Desired outcome: Answer the phone so I can register for real estate licensing test and send results in a timely professional manner.

I also have a similar experience or may be worse!

It seems they have significant attitude problems and need to up its sevice to be 21st century service. May be need to be trained with more basic training or understanding on customer focus or provide significant better customer experience. Sorry to say that It feels more like a torture camp!

I also read too many complaints about the organisation’s online exam services in the internet!

PSI Services Account Set Up

I have faxed information regarding my account set up to take the PA Real Estate test. I was told twice they've received my information and it just hasn't been processed. I faxed the info in on 12/8/21 and 12/21/21. You have VERY private information. For all I know, you guys are stealing my identity.

PSI Services Journeyman plumbing test

Let me start off by saying, that you should not giving tests. The test I took twice and failed now, could have been written by a 10 year old. Didnt even to attempt spell on the test, then the drawing of everything are all hand drawn. How can this be an approved test? I had better picture tests when I was in kindergarten. Get your horrible test that doesn't make sense out of Michigan and keep your tests in Las Vegas.

PSI Services Exam experience 12/21/21, medical assistant exam

This is the complaint I emailed to PSI 12/26/21. It is such a huge (disorganized) company, not sure it will get to where it needs to go.
Complaint about my Certified Medical Assistant exam on 12/21/21 @ 5:30pm.
I was extremely disappointed in my experience taking my certified medical exam. I verified my computer several times before the exam date & everything checked fine. @ 5pm, logged onto PSI, got a proctor, and then the technological problems started. Google chrome didn't work & she asked I download Vivaldi. It didn't work, so then sat on hold for 1/2 an hour for customer support to configure my computer to work for the exam. I finally took the exam @ 6:30pm - an hour and 1/2 after I tried to access the exam. All students in our class had technology issues. Some had to reschedule to another time & one went in person after 2 failed attempts. For such a huge company administering so many exams, it is deplorable to have technology problems like this & PSI does not have us prepare in advance any software we need to be ready to take the test on time. It was SO STRESSFUL. I thought I would not be able to do the test.. I didn't know what was going on or what to do. I was freaking out after all the studying I did leading up to this. There was no place in the survey to voice what happened which I also think is bad customer service. The software itself, of the test, seems so rudimentary & not modern technology. This is the most backwards experience technologically & I'm extremely technologically savvy person already having a career for 25 years in technology. Also, it does not help that we were calling a foreign country. That was obvious. I hope this complaint gets to the right party & you change your system.

Desired outcome: Want a manager from PSI to respond to this complaint.

SAME PROBLEM ! I had to let someone access my computer from some foreign country ...(her baby was crying)...after 1.5 hours i was unable to take the test...they couldn't fix the issue regardless the VIVALDI installation and other 30 patches they add to my computer. It is already stressful to take a test and on top of that having to deal with all of this is just bad. This is the WORST company EVER! Most of my friends from my class had to reschedule their test to a location for the same reasons. PSI ruined my day and i have to miss work to take this test to a location.

PSI Services exam

on 12/10/2021 i was scheduled to take an exam. I was having trouble actually getting into the exam due to the desk top computer i was asked to use needed an app to be removed in order to continue. The desk top was not stating exactly what needed to be done . I was not able to use the chat box on the same screen of the test . My mic was on but the person that is supposed to be watching me screen was black . So i went out of the exam to use the site's messaging and never got a response so i kept going in and out of trying to test and was not able to . The next day i messaged again and there was no response i finally emailed the person who set the test up for me and she then gave me the contact information for the technical support. There was a man who answered and informed me that i would have to pay another 88 $ to reschedule and take the exam again. I have a son to provide for and just want clarity that i will be able to test this time with no issues, so i know my money is not going to waste when i have a family to provide for . Or is it possible to get a refund or my money for the original test to go to the second one since i did not take the first one.

PSI Services PSI Illinois Passers List

We have tried reaching out to PSI on multiple occasions and haven't received any assistance for our problem. On 11/22/21 our company purchased the IL passer list a $90 subscription service. We received a confirmation email telling us that we would receive another email within 48 hours with our login info. It has been almost a month since we were supposed to receive the information for our account. We have tried calling PSI support for help and no one can give us any answers. We have also filed multiple support tickets and have not gotten any response for the tickets. We feel like PSI is just abandoning us and taking our money and running.

Desired outcome: We would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible so that we can use the service that we paid for.

PSI Services AWS Exam Re-schedule

I need to reschedule my AWS Exam for 3rd time due to unexpected business travel. After multiple attempt to call the listed number throughout the week and got no answer and left voice messages. I also send multiple emails to customer service trying to re-schedule. Finally, I got a call from someone oversea 19 hours before my exam to tell me that there is nothing they can do to help. Please do not do business with this company, choose other option if you can.

PSI Services Written and practical exams

Dallas location practical exam, proctor wants to show that we are really testing by failing good student. They are not doing their job correctly and failing good students. I am an instructor and I test students with perfection and PSI proctor failed her today. I am very disappointed by this. I am looking for a place where I can complain about PSI and I want to see how the proctor graded my student.

PSI Services PSI GA Passers List

I have tried reaching out on several occasions now and have not received any assistance with my problem. I purchased the GA Real Estate Passers List on October 6th and still have not received the email with my login credentials and instructions for accessing the list. I have tried calling the support hotline and was told the only way to get assistance with this list is by emailing an email that you cannot get a response from. I am extremely upset with the lack of customer service regarding this list that cost $90 for the year subscription. I am going on 3 months without utilizing a service that I have paid for.

Desired outcome: I would like this resolved ASAP and either a refund of the $90 or access to the service that I paid for.

PSI Services ca general electrical exam

first off I have been in the trade for 19 years working on everything from small projects to multi million dollar projects, including but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial, projects for the federal government the corps of army engineers I have performed work all over the western United States, so I have been around. with all that being said who ever wrote the questions in the exam has no experience in the electrical trade or been in the field. some of the questions only apply to 1% of the people in the trade or subjects that a person might see once in there lifetime while working in the field. If this is supposed to be an open book exam. Than the answers should be in the book or books or reference material, there not or there obscure and vague. Some of the questions were flat out wrong I know this to be true because I tried to look up some of the answers when I got home and no results were found. the wrong questions cost me time trying to look up the answers in the reference material. this exam needs to be reviewed by a qualified and competent individual.im currently enrolled in continued education classes and all my test scores are 100% i believe if all the questions were correct and could be found in reference material i would have had enough time to complete exam and pass.

Desired outcome: score my exam with a passing grade. remove the questions that are not correct for the material given.

PSI Services Electrical license

I passed all the tests but was told by staff that the program is down and they habe no eta of my license being issued. This is causing me to habe a loss of revenue of $ 6 dollars more per hour for 40 hrs and 9 dollars an hour for a additonal 16 hrs this not accepatable. They take on the responsobility of being able to test and give the license out and they have failed o will be seeing a lawyer for compensation for this

PSI Services Test Proctoring Service

Trying to take my Real Estate Brokerage test on 11/30/2021
Their system is extremely complicated and flawed. It is difficult to log in and I had to make multiple attempts to do so. I was at risk of losing my testing spot. I signed on 30 minutes ahead of time which was the maximum allowed but it took an hour to get me on and get a proctor to get the test started which caused me to be 30 minutes late for the test and extremely stressed out so I didn't do well. I had to make multiple attempts to get help including calling the CE Shop who is the ridiculous education agency who hired this very poorly managed company. The CEShop has a prompt that will get you to PSI Tech support but PSI doesn't publish a phone number or an email address.

Upon passing my test, I was to complete a survey and sign an affidavit but the proctor, or PSI's system, logged me out before I could complete.

Desired outcome: I want my certificate and I don't want any more problems.

PSI Services Test scheduling

I'm trying to reschedule my test and first time I get ahold of someone the system is down. Which fine I understand. The second person I get ahold of is telling me I can only do my test at 1am to 3am in the morning, I'm not looking for miracles here but saying I can only test on the middle of the night is insane. I have to reschedule because I'm on heavy duty medication for illness.

PSI Services Illinois Real Estate Broker Exam

Passed my final on 10-21 at The Real Estate Institute. What a professional organization. So being excited to take the state exam I followed all of the instructions from PSI and am unable to schedule an exam. I verified that my school sent over the transcript, they did on the 21st, thats why I received an email from PSI stating i was now eligible to register for the exam. Well that was not the case. After talking with 5 diff customer service reps from a call center in another country I am still sitting here not able to schedule my exam. Can somebody please fix this before i file a complaint with the state?

PSI Services Customer service

I called 10/26/2021 around 3:55 EST to ask a question, your service rep was uninterested right off the bat. They constantly mumbled making it hard to hear. They also cut me off multiple times, I'd say a minimum of 4 times. After trying to ask my follow up question several times and being functionally told to kick rocks every time I asked to speak with a different rep. They then placed me on hold for 32 additional minutes. After waiting I was redirected to voicemail. I then called back and got a second agent within a minute. She was helpful, gave me the info I requested in 5 minutes and told me the previous agent didn't even leave notes on my profile, they just didn't want to deal with me, so they hoped I'd hang up out of frustration. Unbelievably unprofessional. I very much hope I was recorded so PSI can go over the call and verify my story, this person should not be in customer service, and I very much hope they get in trouble for this call because they need to be retrained at the very least.

Desired outcome: I want a call back or email back from a real human, I want to be told that my complaint was taken seriously, and I want to know that my experience was a fluke, not the norm.

PSI Services C11 contractors exam

PSI exams needs to sued for damages. Every contractor who's experienced loss of income due to a failed PSI exam should be infuriated. The exam questions are obviously contracted out to a third party test writer with no Qualification/Experience to write trade exams. This is fraud and is illegal. Questions are incomprehensible due to lack of context and some are flat out wrong answers to the associated questions. This company needs to be held accountable in court. They have been escaping accountability for too long.

Desired outcome: Score my exam with a passing grade and remove the flawed questions from the exam

PSI Services Customer Service & Virtual Testing

Thank you for taking the time to review this. My name is Jennifer Waltner. I was registered to take an exam today 10/21 through the company, "PSI Testing Excellence." My experience was anything but excellent. I am completely dumbfounded by the lack of "excellence" that they claim to provide their candidates- regarding both testing and customer service.

I took on online virtual exam this morning, 10/21/21 at 9:30am EST. The test I took was the OH Life, Accident and Health Series 11-35. My confirmation number for this test is: J88891471.

After 155 questions and almost 2.5 hours testing, I went to submit my answers. When I selected the option to end my testing session, the whole testing window just immediately closed. I got no verification if my answers were even received, let alone if I passed or failed.

(I was told you are supposed to get a results window that pops up at the end of your testing session).

I got none. Nothing regarding whether my answers were in fact submitted, nothing about where to even locate my results, nothing about how long until my results would be provided!

I checked my PSI profile in case it would show there. Nothing- not even that my test had been submitted/completed. There was NO status regarding the test.

I had to find the phone number to call customer service. Since this morning, I have spoken with a Ryan, Ben, Gail, Jody, Ruth, Cora, Jeff, and an Yvonne (possibly more) and waited on hold throughout the day for a total of over 2 hours just trying to verify whether or not my exam answers were successfully transmitted, or if all had been lost.

I was told by multiple people that there was no way of finding that out, but that I would receive the score report by email within 3-5 business days! NOT acceptable. It's Thursday- so that means I might not find out until next Thursday (one whole week) just to know if my answers went through.

They kept going round and round, telling me there was nothing they could do. I told them that the testing center has to have some kind of access to the testing data - in which someone could confirm whether or not my test/answers had been received.

He repeated that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wait for the score report to be emailed to me. I was not satisfied with that.

I asked him to try to expedite the situation- in order to have someone locate and contact the testing site where they were proctoring my exam. After much resistance, he told me he would put in a request to have it expedited. I asked him what I needed to do to help make that happen. He said he would need to email the tech department. I asked him to please carbon copy me in on that email so that I could confirm a request was submitted. He told me that he couldn't do that-- in which I again requested he transfer me to a supervisor.

He pretty much refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I told him that this was also not acceptable and that I could call the company to have our recorded phone call pulled and reviewed, which would show how he denied my request to speak to a supervisor.

He then asked me why I needed to talk to his supervisor. I thought that was a little rude. It was pretty obvious why I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I told him it was because I was not satisfied with the outcome.

After waiting on hold for over a half hour, I spoke with Ruth Edwards, who is a supervisor in the Candidate Care department. She looked into the matter by verifying my account, etc. and she actually listened to my concern, thank goodness.

She told me that she was going to put in a "proctorside request" for a diagnostic report to be provided from the individual testing center that was proctoring my exam. I finally felt like someone was listening to me. She said she would be sending an email (immediately after we got off the phone) to the "remote proctorside." I thanked her and asked her how I should follow up. I asked if I needed to call back or if someone would call me.

She said that hopefully she would have an answer for me by this afternoon, but wasn't sure. She also told me I could follow up by calling [protected], but if that number didn't work (which it didn't) to call [protected].

I called and got a regular customer representative. I had to rehash the whole situation (for like the 8th time today). The woman kept telling me that there was nothing they could do, and that I would need to wait until the test scores were emailed. I tried to explain that I am trying to figure out if my answers were even submitted/received. She kept going round and round, like everyone else. **Our phone call had several periods where it was cutting in and out for like a whole minute sometimes when I couldn't hear her. I explained to her that I have already spoken with Ruth Edwards from the Candidate Care department and I am just following up. I requested that she transfer me to her department. She told me that since the connection was not great and that "her system was not working well, " that she would hang up and call me back, and then transfer me to Ruth's department.

She never called me back! I waited 10-15 minutes for her to call before I became so upset that I decided to call back again. Of course, I had to wait on hold for someone to pick up from the regular customer care department. I had to explain the whole situation and give my personal info again, and requested to be transferred to a supervisor in the Candidate Care department. Thankfully, this representative, named Jeff, was pleasant and transferred me without even questioning me. That was actually refreshing.

I again had to wait for well over a half hour before I spoke with Yvonne, who I assume was a supervisor from the same department as Ruth. I had to explain the whole situation again, and I told her that I had already spoken with Ruth earlier today, and that I was calling to follow up on the request she put in to the individual Proctorside Center regarding the diagnostic report she requested. Yvonne repeatedly told me that there was nothing there, no results or updates and then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. She didn't seem too concerned. She didn't really offer any compassion except for saying the recited line that they all are apparently supposed to say, such as, "I'm sorry, I understand your frustration"- in the most unconvincing tone. She said that I would just need to wait and follow up. I told her that someone needed to reach out to me and call me to follow up- because waiting on hold for over two hours is unacceptable. She did not even acknowledge my request to have someone call me back.

I told her that somewhere, someone should be able to find out whether my answers had gone through- and possibly be able to tell me if I passed or failed. Again she said she understood, etc. and I told her that she did not understand. I told her that the company motto is "PSI- excellence in testing solutions, " yet clearly, I have not experienced excellence. She finally told me there was nothing to do but wait for the reports and then said bye and rudely hung up on me.

My issues:

1. Out of the roughly 10 people I spoke to, only ONE seemed to take my complaint seriously. The rest appeared to not really be concerned and did not seem to take the initiative to get to the bottom of it. I was dumbfounded that no one seemed to see a problem with this.

2. How is this ok? How is this type of service acceptable? Between the rude customer service, complete lack of concern about a test possibly "being lost/deleted", and waiting on hold for over two hours, and then be rudely hung up on... how is this ok? If it is, I would like a thorough explanation.

3. What will be done to make this right? No one seemed to go out of their way to "make it right, " except Ruth Edwards. In fact, no one seemed interested in trying to make it right. They were really good at reciting the dictated script of how to handle an upset customer.

4. I took a day off of work to take this exam. That was my choice and I was ok with that- until I was not able to know if my test even went through. I won't be able to make up for that missed day at work- and yet no one seems to care. I even requested to get "something for my lost time, inconvenience, lack of work pay, etc. ... I asked if I could at least get a reimbursement back for the test that I paid for... and the man laughed/scoffed at me.

5. In order to take this exam, I had to abide by many strict rules- scanning the room with my camera, scanning underneath my testing area, scanning the ceiling, pulling up my sleeves to prove I have nothing there, show them my ears, show them my glasses, no getting up out of your chair, no talking, whispering, or mouthing anything, no smoking, eating, or drinking anything, no cell phone, no applewatch, keep your hands above the table, do not cover your mouth, etc. -- I get it- I understand why those things are required- but I practically felt like a prisoner, afraid to move-- I followed ALL of the requirements- again, I get it... but to have such high standards expected of your customers, but practically NO standards when it comes to customer regulations and customer satisfaction... it does not seem right.

I am beside myself with how upset and disgusted this makes me. Last week, from October 11th- October 15th, I took the online class for 8 hours a day, and spent roughly 3 more hours each night studying. I studied excessively over the weekend, and I have worked a full time job this week Monday- Wed. and studied about 6 hours per day on those days. Since October 11, I have spent about an average of 9 hours a day studying- while choosing to forego spending time with my family, including meal-times together to study, etc. - all because I told myself that I only have to make it Thursday- and then I will know if it's all over (by hopefully passing the exam). My professor at Hondros kept pushing us to "dig deep" and push ourselves, and now wait too long after taking the class to take the exam- he said the people with the highest percentage rate of passing took the exam within a week of taking the classes.
That is exactly what I did- I pushed myself- to do what needed to be done in hopes of passing- and now I don't even know if my answers went through.

I can't explain how heartbreaking that is- and to feel like no one cares from the testing center- it's beyond my comprehension.
