PSI Services Proctoring Services

I was scheduled to take my exam, in the information provided one of the forms of identification that could be accepted was a Driver's License. I had lost the card copy and went to my state's DMV and got a replacement. In my state, replacement IDs come on a letter with a formal letterhead. When trying to complete my exam I was told this is not an acceptable form of identification. I then contacted PSI technical support where I spoke to Norielle Emberso. The CSR began getting frustrated with my questions when I explained I did not understand how this identification is acceptable in my state as a legal form for identification but not acceptable to take my exam. Once I noticed the representatives frustration I asked to speak to someone else so that I would not become frustrated with her and she would not complete my request until I screamed at her. Upon speaking to her supervisor I was told that I could take my exam with an expired license. This baffled me because the regulations clearly stated that an expired ID was not acceptable. I feel as if it is unfair for the company to allow others to take a test with an expired license but I was not allowed to complete my exam with valid identification that showed an issue date 3 days prior to my test date (issue date 5/13/2022, test date 5/16/2022). Especially since in my state it is illegal to identify anyone with an expired license but perfectly legal to identify them with a temporary one.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the amount of the test I scheduled and I would like the company to provide clear guidelines that state an expired license may be acceptable for identification and a temporary id is not acceptable.

PSI Services Testing center and PSI

On May 4th 2022 I went to take my test. I was on time just FYI. I went in and sat on the desk to check in. While I was signing paper work with the lady in the desk and second lady interrupted took my picture and walked away back in side the testing room. I wasn't aware of what was happening. The lady walked back out and went back in again to where the test are taken place. Once the lady from the desk and I were done signing the papers and [lacing my thing in their secured bad I walked into the testing room as I got in front of my computer I notice I was on question one and my time was running on my test. I didn't really think about it and just started to take the test, I was a bit nervous. Anyways I took the test, I had 20 question left and suddenly the test stop and said it ran out of time. Of course after that I was very up set. I had taken this test 2 times before once at the same testing center and the other at a different testing center. Both time no one touched my computer. I entered my social on my own and started the test by my self. I don't understand why that lady went and place my social in the computer and started the test with out me even being in the room. All of this was recorded if their cameras work! I have called PSI on the day off. The person name Bella and Aeron "manager" said they were going to escalate the complaint. I haven't heard anything from PSI no email no phone call. Today I been calling PSI to get a resolution and all they say is that we will escalate your complaint about the center. Well I feel like my complaint is not just about the center. This to me is very serious. I have spent a lot of time studying and paying for these test to become a Realtor and have a successful career. Honestly this is all very disappointing. They refuse to provide a corporate phone number. The support people are super rude and unhelpful. If you ask to speak to a supervisor because I was tired of their generic answer and all of their supervisors are dealing with more important stuff, that's what one of the lady's said to me. I do hope they really hear all those phone calls. Honestly after 12 days of no answer I am just fed up. I want to speak to someone in corporate and need a solution. I need answers. How can I sign up for another test while I feel like I was sabotage on the last one. $119 dollars gone because an employee wanted to make sure she went home early. Because that's the only reason I can come up with on why she felt the need to start my test before I got into the testing room, before I even sat on my chair. Since PSI has decided not to address my situation Im going to file a complaint about PSI and their testing center to the commissioner of Georgia maybe then I can get some results.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my exam reschedule at a different facility or I want my money back.

This was never solved so I don’t understand why it says that. This people would never let me speak with a manager. Am still waiting for them to respond. This should not be a closed case!

PSI Services PSI system and several others

1st COMPLAINT: I have applied to retake the TN Burg Qualifying Agent test for the allowed times they have as an option. I scheduled the first test TN CCTV Qualifying Agent for 9:30 am and the allowed time for the test is 5 hours. The second test can only be scheduled at 2:30. Apparently the system has a hidden rule that 30-60 minutes must be between the tests. The first test will not take me 5 hours which should allow me to take the second test. The "system" is in control of logic and this entire process is a money sucking snake.

Another COMPLAINT I have is you cannot review your test the same day to take the test. This process is not designed for Fulltime workers it is designed to waste your life because you have to review it at the site for 50$ and 1 hour of review. These days the drivetime x Gas makes this all NONSENSE.

Another COMPLAINT is that there are 0 study guides or pre-tests for the TN Burglar Alarm Qualifying agent and the CCTV qualifying agent. The test I failed is the Burg test which is actually 110 questions versus what their guideline sheet informs you of to be 100. Several of the questions are scattered from several sources of information that do not make sense.

Another COMPLAINT is the support! half of them are hard to understand even in a quiet room. The last person who helped me needed me to repeat the same information 3 times and also tried to schedule my test on the wrong date that I did not mention. I said 20th he repeated 17th.. not even close!

Desired outcome: FIX THE SYSTEM TO WORK WITH WORKERS AND CURRENT TIMES. PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST SKIP WORK AND VISIT A TESTING SITE DURING THE WEEKDAYS SEVERAL TIMES.

PSI Services Online exam

After having issues with trying to launch exam for post licensing, I was ignored on multiple occasions and my issue was never resolved. This company is horrible, and doesn't care about people or their licenses that they are trying to uphold. I will never use this company again. I'm contacting the commission office to make a complaint as well. The email address: [protected]@psionline.com gives no help, and only ignored emails. I still have not taken my exam and no one is helping.

Desired outcome: Refund Given testing appointment to take exam(s) at testing site.

No one ever helped. They keep sending me generic responses that is not fixing the problem. I have scheduled 5 times for the same test, and continue to have issues. I have asked multiply times to be able to go to the testing site and take the test but have been denied with no valid reason.

PSI Services Michigan accident and health insurance licensing

Remotely taking the test and was on first question. They seen that I had no ear phones nothing around me nothing for cheating in anyway and I am a person who needs to listen to my self read the questions out loud. After question 1 I read to myself the question to make sure I’m reading it right as they do try to trick you on the questions and ended my exam right then said I was in violation. I was on question one. They could of paused the test and told me I am not allowed to speak out loud. You are not even able to move your lips or barely move your mouse. This is way over board. They seem that there was nothing else around me no one in my area nothing on my arms walls or anything. But still canceled my test and was gonna make me pay for it again. There is nothing when you start the test of instructions but how to navigate through the test. They should advise you before hand or have a video that says what’s you can and canon do.

Desired outcome: Before any test. Have a video you must watch indicating what you can and cannot do and then after the video have the person taking the test acknowledge they understand the rules.

PSI Services Customer service

I am completely distraught at how I have been "taken care of" by your customer support. I am absolutely disgusted at how it has been handled. All I needed to do was reschedule a post license exam because PSI did not show my exam on my end. I have screenshots and screen recordings with time stamped proof of me being on the exam in time. I have spoken to 3 separate people. 4 now including the most disrespectful one. Kim, started claiming I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't do what I was supposed to. LAUGHED at me and only when I asked for his name did he try and actually help me. I asked for his name several times and all he would give me was Kim. Nothing else, he claimed he didn't want to give me his last name, and then claimed he was told by you guys he could not give out his name. By that point I was completely disrespected and done with the conversation. I told hime if he wouldn't tell me his name then I asked for an email of what we discussed on the phone. He literally sat on the phone and did not say a word. Every time I have asked a question he has sat on the phone completely silent. SO unbelievably disrespectful. It has now been 8:37 seconds that I have sat here on my phone with dead silence. I would like to speak to someone who actually cares about their customers.

Desired outcome: All I need is a rescheduled test. My video will not post but I would be happy to send it over.

PSI Services Disability/discrimination

My experience with PSI office at 56 Roland St, 305 Charlestown, MA 02129 today 4/22/2022 at about 12:15 pm.

As soon as I opened the PSI office door the employee asked me “Did you read the door sign?” (The sign reads: Mask mandate, no mask no test) I opened my bag to grab the mask as she was talking to me. I responded I am getting my mask. I asked what to do next and she reply to take a seat and grab a clipboard to complete the form. I waited for my turn before I could see her. Then, it was my turn and I walk to her desk. I gave her my 2 forms of identifications and the clipboard. I was wearing a sleeveless blouse and a cardigan (no zipper). She told me that I cannot bring it to the testing room because people use it to hide information. Told her that I get cold very easy due to a medical condition that I have and she responded “You have to figure it out”. Then she gave me the bag to put my belongings and 2 pencils, a calculator and a blue sheet of paper. I went to the room but it was very cold and I came back outside begging her to allow me to wear my cloth gloves to her my hands be warm so I can get blood circulation on my fingers. She responded” I will give you a surgical glove” I responded that rubber gloves will not help me. She added “if is not listed on PSI I will not allow you to use it.” I begged her to let me wear it and if she can watch me because I was seating very close to the exit and she could see me clearly from her desk. She got up to fix the camera from where I was seated and then when she saw my gloves, she said “No you cannot use that, what do you think this is? Go back to take your test because I am not going to fix your time.” I went to back to take my test. After 20 min I left the testing room because I was in so much pain and didn’t have much blood circulation in my hands.

I handed all the items that she provided and walked to get my jacket and I asked you guys don’t accommodate people with disability and she responded “what did you think this is, a day care”. I said if you were a white person I would said that it was RACISM/discrimination but because you are a black person what is this? I am the only black person in this place and everyone else is white why are you treating me like this? I spoke to the supervisor over the employee's cell phone and he was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't get their names.

Desired outcome: get reimburse for my test and treating everyone with Disability with respect.

PSI Services Missouri RE Exam

I have taken the MO RE exam 3 times now. I am certain I passed the third time as I knew when I was answering the questions they were correct and when I came home and reviewed my notes and flash cards I was right. I asked after the second test for at least the areas that i was missing and was told that they could not provide that info. I have received the same score each time getting 28 questions correct but needing 30 to pass. After reading all of these reviews I question the authenticity of these grades.

Desired outcome: Either to know what I missed or to pass me as I am certain I passed this last test. Also... I don't think you replying that we need to email you guys as you are the ones have wronged us. You should be reaching out to us.

Hi Mict,

I also have multiple issues with PSI that I cannot get resolved. PSI is paid to provide a very specific service and yet they offer no way to resolve what should be a simple issue. Why does PSI not make customer service staff available to help customers with simple issues? The problems with PSI are the result of the lack of any rational customer service from PSI and border on being outright fraudulent.

PSI Services Scheduling and tech issues

I took my theory portion of my cosmetology state board exam on 3/20 at 2pm est via online proctoring. I passed the exam, was emailed my score, and should have been able to schedule my practical portion. However when I tried to schedule it, the site says I’m ineligible. I gave it a week thinking that since it was online, there may have been a delay in updating my profile. A week later I still was seeing the same thing. I called psi on 3/28 and was told that there seemed to be an error with their system and that it still had me marked as scheduled instead of complete even though they could see my score. They told me it was being escalated to their tech team and that they would get back to me once they had fixed it. I gave it a couple days and still hadn’t heard anything back from them so I called again. After explaining the situation, The representative told me that the school had to register me so I could schedule my exam, which was completely untrue. Once the school submits your hours, you don’t have to “reregister”. I called back a day later after confirming with my school about not having to reregister. The representative told me the same story about the error in the system and told me it was being escalated and it would take 2-3 days. I gave it 3 days and it still wasn’t resolved. I called back and once again was told that the tech team was aware of the issue and that they would call me once it was resolved to schedule my practical portion of the exam. I asked if I needed to just retake my test if that would hurry along the process and was told no that I just needed to wait. Tomorrow makes 20 days since the issue started and it still hasn’t been resolved. It shouldn’t take over a month to fix this kind of error! I have a job waiting on me getting my license and I can’t do that until I take my practical! This is getting ridiculous and no one should have to wait this long!

Desired outcome: I want them to fix the issue and schedule my practical.

PSI Services Cosmetology scoring

I took my exam on 3/30/22 at 3 PM start time. I arrived early at 2:30 pm while two other participants arrived at 3 pm and were allowed to take the exam. During the exam the examiner left the room leaving us to continue to perform. I missed the manicure area but feel the rest was done the way psi expects. I was scored a 50% on my new client set up but received an 85% on my tip application and a 57% on sculptured nail. I would like an explanation of my score. How can it be so low? All my products were clean. My sculptured nail extended passed the free edge.

Desired outcome: I would like my score reviewed and reevaluated. If possible to pull camera footage so you can become aware of what I preformed and how the examiners acted during the process.

PSI Services Exam Scoring

Today I went to one the PSI testing centers to take my Real Estate Brokerage Exam. I was only supposed to take just the National portion. After checking in with the Proctors I went into the testing room and sat down to take my exam and realized it said I was schedule to take both the National & State. I went back outside the testing room to notify the Proctor that I was only doing the one exam and she said don't worry about it, just take the National and log out after I'm done. When I was finally done with the National portion the computer was trying to prompt me to take the State portion, I could not find a way to log out so I just clicked on the "X" and closed out the screen. I went to get my belongings out of the locker and the Proctor stopped me to say I did not log out completely. We went back into the testing area and she asked me to log in and put my ss# into the computer, then I saw IL Broker exam with a green "Pass" so I was excited because it looked like I passed then she logged me out and asked me to take a short survey. When I was done at the end it said I failed both National & State. I was baffled about what happened, I was waiting for them to print out my results , instead she said we will email you the results. I have not received my results yet. I feel like something really shady happened with my exam. I've seen countless complaints online about PSI and how they score people to fail. I came prepared to take this exam and don't understand how I failed.

Desired outcome: Re-take my exam! I just want to be a Real Estate Broker I'm not for the politics and the antics!

PSI Services Issues with Rescheduling

Good afternoon,

I have been consistently trying to reschedule my accident health insurance exam 17-52. Since 3/16 I have been trying to reschedule and unfortunely I haven’t gotten a reply or update on when the systems will be functioning or the issue of rescheduling will be resolved. It is important that I retake this exam before April 1st. Is there any update on the technically difficulty on rescheduling the accident & health insurance exam?

PSI Services Very rude representative refused to put manager on the phone then had coworker pretend!

I contacted PSI customer service after the proctor uploaded the wrong exam for me TWICE. After an entire hour I was told to contact support. I contacted support and was met by a very rude representative named Alan who told me if I didn't know what I was doing I should've contacted someone instead of scheduling it on my own. I then was told that even though I had sat on the phone for two hours I would now have to wait 48 hours to reschedule my exam because thats how "we roll" we have a protocol. At that point I asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldnt speak to one because he had already addressed the issue. I told him that the issue was now him and that I wasnt getting off the phone without speaking to a representative. I then asked for his name again which he refused to give. Then I was told a manager still wasnt available. I told him I would hold. Thats when he put a co worker on the phone who pretended to be a manager. I then disconnected the call, called back and asked for a manager and was transferred to a supervisor named Sam who said the call would be listened to and if anything was done that shouldnt have been done itll be taken care of. Being that the last person pretended to be a manager I am writing on all possible websites in hopes this never happens to anyone else who pays to take an exam and is met by a rude representative with their company

PSI Services Exam technical problem

My exam stopped in the middle and reload and closed couldn’t solve the problem till now to finish my exam the center I was taking my exam in is not helping me to solve my problem

I tried ti call and send emails to both the local center and to the international candidate support and even to NAHQ themselves but I didn’t receive any support

PSI Services Proctor

I don’t know the exact date, but I was not allowed to use my calculator for my water treatment test. It clearly states that I am allowed to bring a non programmable calculator, which, mine was but the proctor refused to let me use it. I was given a dollar store calculator which was very hard to use. I have used the same calculator for every single test I have taken with PSI with no problems. I have even used it at the same location with other proctors. During a timed test every second is vital and with a terrible calculator that was no bigger than my hand, precious minutes were taken to input numbers.

Desired outcome: I would like for this proctor to be spoken to so that people are allowed to use their own calculators

PSI Services Disturbed During Testing

Went to take my test this morning, have been gearing up to take this exam putting in a lot of hours.

And at the beginning of my test a Applicant gets into a big argument with the proctor, proctor almost had to call the cops on him.

I’m thrown off the rest of my test, fail the exam by 3 questions.

I feel like I have been robbed of my time, and ability to pass.

(I DO NOT NEED YOU TO PAY FOR MY TEST… I NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE…) I didn’t get any where with the people on the phone other than we will look at refunding you. (This can’t be the only solution to these problems…) I now have to wait 30 days to test? because I got robbed of my time and ability to think clearly

Desired outcome: Ether create a curve or give me another exam with out having to wait 30 days.

PSI Services National Real Estate Salesperson Practice Exam

Several questions on the test required additional materials for reference in order to answer. Those reference tables were not provided, making it impossible to answer the questions correctly. I called several times to get my money back and was hung up on several times. I provided a call back number too in case the call was disconnected. No call back. Absolutely horrible service and a joke of a product. Give me my money back!

PSI Services Instructor Uploading ongoing issues

I am a licensed real estate instructor, who, for 3 days has been trying to find out where to upload my students' passing certificates so that they may schedule their tests. it is beyond maddening that I can't get this information.

I've been calling PSI Candidate Services [protected]) every week since that date to schedule my exam and they keep telling me that the department in charge of processing the application hasn't uploaded my file to the system, so I need to wait for an answer from that department.

Last time, a CS Rep told blamed the GREC for the delay in the approval of my application. Today I called directly to the GREC and they told me that the approval is done directly by PSI.

I called back to PSI and I got the same answer again: "the department in charge of processing the application hasn't uploaded my file to the system, so I need to wait for an answer from that department. "

I ask for a Supervisor and they said that there are no Supervisors available at the time. I ask for a number or email where I can file a complaint or escalate the issue. The answer: "Send me an email directly and I'll file the complaint on your behalf". Are you kidding me!?!? Apparently, there is no accountability or customer protection mechanism in place for PSI.

All I'm asking is a solution. Please, help.

Desired outcome: I need an answer for my file. I just want to schedule my examination, so I can get my Georgia Real Estate License.

I've been emailing you and calling you at least once a week for the last 2 months. I have already provided with every piece of information that you requested. Still waiting for a solution. All I got are canned responses with no solutions.

I just received an email from CDCAREWEB@psionline.com, CC to garesupport@psionline.com

Following the instructions provided in that email, I called back your PSI hotline [protected] ext 7040) for "immediate assistance".

Still NO SOLUTIONS, NOBODY IS ABLE TO PROVIDE A COHERENT ANSWER.

They just keep transferring me from one CS Rep to the next one.

I also replied via email with the requested information attaching a scanned copy of the receipts from USPS and the MONEY ORDER I sent to PSI over a month ago.

What else do I need to do in order to be approved to take my Real Estate exam?

Please, advise.

PSI Services Wheat ridge testing center

Went in to test at the wheat ridge office and only had my digital drivers license available. Was rudely told it wasn’t a legal form of identification by the lady who was running the testing center. I cussed in frustration and she shut and locked the door on me and refused to hear me out…I called customer service where I was treated even poorer by a lady named Yoshonda. She too incorrectly told me that my ID which I accessed from the my Colorado app was not a legal form of ID. According to the governor of Colorado my ID is not only legal but supposed to be excepted at liquor stores, by police and even at state sanctioned testing facility’s like PSI. Yoshonda didn’t want to hear me out and accused me of yelling at her because she refused to accept the fact that the law is different in Colorado then she hung up on me! I have never been treated so poorly in all my life by people who are supposed to help you…this incident happened on Saturday february 26th. I was forced to leave and my 70 dollars I paid to test is gone. I rescheduled a new test on Monday February 27th just two days later to be taken on Wednesday march 2nd…I recieved a call this evening from PSI, 2 days after the incident and 2 days before my next test that is already paid for to be informed my next test was cancelled and all my info was blocked from me to access online pending an “investigation”! This company is playing around with my money and my career because they don’t know the laws and acceptable forms of identification in the states they choose to do business in…I will be contacting someone in the governors office about this issue and maybe even the local news!

Desired outcome: Not sure what will possibly work as a desired outcome other than me being able to take my exam ASAP AND be compensated for the money and time you took from me
