the whole thing is a scam
First of all the product does not work. I was told it was gonna be $9.95 and I was charged $29.95. I know exactly what is going on and what can be done about it. So lets just get this refund process going ASAP
My name Is Paul Levesque, I purchased the bogus software on [protected] @ approximately between 4pm & 5pm. There is no invoice to provide because it was a scam and I was not sent an invoice.
I am not giving my card info again you already have it because you charged my card.

My cell # is [protected] I want a call immediately to get this resolved.
The advertisement was $9.95 for the software Password Recovery 5.0 normally $29.95 but I was only told I was gonna be charged the $9.95 so I want a refund immediately.
I'll be expecting a phone call or email etc
Software purchase
This company is nothing but a scam. I purchased their $9.95 password recovery software program, and they ended up charging me $39.95. I had not agreed to this and found out 'cause I review my credit card statements. When I called the company out on this, they refunded me just the $9.95 amount and not the FULL amount. I again had to go back to them to demand my full $39.95 refund. And to top it off, the software didn't even work.
*Edit: Full amount was actually $29.95 US that I had to follow up on several times to receive this refund

I Live in Australia and I purchased Password Recovery 5.0 (Software) showing that it costs US$ 9.95 The Purchase was made on 4 Feb 2017 (Australian Date).
But I have been Charged AUD$ 39.22 (approx US$29.41)
The small pr2ogram they gave me also does not work.
My bank is showing the company name

Unauthorized credit card charges

Simply put, the web site says "price reduced to 9.95 from 29.95". Credit card was charged 29.95 not 9.95. Product did not perform as it said it would.
Site says company located at 460 Brant St. Burlington, Ontario, Canada but, charges are billed from a Mobile Software Tech CA Oakville. No phone numbers so you can not speak to anyone. There are no instructions for a refund.
I can only say I wish I had read these complaints before the transaction.
Don't buy it doesn't work!
Not accepting my passwrd
I have downloaded this program from Prosoft3D and when I wanted to open it, it said that I need to enter my password. I entered my password and it said that my password was incorrect! I tried again and nothing happened. Then I went to their website and decided to get some customer service assistance, but they ignored me and no one ever helped me to solve the problem. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I paid $9.95 and was not given any service for it. When i tried to get my money back they said they wouldnt send it without a bunch of info that i had no answer for. This company is a scam. Do not send them money.
they did same thing to me an I am a single mom on disability and this was an expense I could not afford was anything ever done about this for you ? please let me know pinkie81@live.ca
