Goodwill is becoming pathetic all-over the state of Texas rude. obnoxious, [censor]es working in these stores especially noticable in the Cedar park Tx Goodwill..the merchandise is over-price, , a lot of is dusty, dirty, , and the auctions goodwill puts on.. I've seen a lot of real antiques and collectable on the floor and pure junk in the auction cases.. The Hutto Tx Goodwill has a side door where the employees park, and If you'll just sit in the parking lot and watch..you'd be amazed at the merchandise they "put" in their cars..the so-called employees treat the customers extremely bad. I no longer donate to Goodwill and often go out of my way..to drive to smaller thrift stores in small towns to donate..they seem to appreciate it more..and most of them put the profits back into the community..by helping the homeless and with utility bills.. consider donating to the small towns if Goodwill's donations start going down maybe the real management superiors will open their eyes.
same thing about saxon selling us out to ocwen for some reason we did'nt get a mortgage coupon for august...I sent a check in anyway...I do'nt know what happened to it...It has'nt shown up at our bank...I am unable to make any contact on the phone with ocwen i need a valid phone # and e-mail address.. everything I send by e-mail comes back undelivered...maybe ocwen has been sold out...do you know anything about this? Ocwen has no good info for contact on their website...If you need to make a payment it goes to Carol Stream Il...search for Ocwen loan svcing for other info...they are extremely hard to connect with...
we had/have a problem with certegy..they claimed we gave a bad check for services...the fact of the matter is...we wrote NO check...and they were compensated by debit...we have all the proof...and documentation to prove this...but they still put this on our credit file as a collection/write off...even when we showed them proof so the credit bureaus are just as much at fault.. for allowing this...
In viewing our credit report..we note that Chase Bank has entered a negative comment regarding a business transaction for non-pay against us... We have never had any kind of an account with Chase absolutely nothing! No loan..mortgage..checking or saving account.. absolutely nothing! Fkn ###s! I just wonder how this happened..They could'nt possibly have any info on us considering we've ever done any business with them...so how did this attach to our files?...
Due to extremely lousy service...cable consistently going out...I kicked these a-holes to curb in July..however they continued to bill me...I did pay my final bill & returned their equipment...in their box...whence they attempted to bill me an additional $15 for...I am not going to pay this...it's their equipment and I could have sent it back in my own box...I did NOT ask for their box...so anyway they are trying to collect from me services for the month of July when I was not being serviced by them..and have the documentation to prove it...AT&T turned me over to Bay ? collections more ###s...I would not advise anyone to do bundling with AT&T..their telephone service is the only utility worth a damn...skip the internet & satelittle...it's worthless..
Wells Fargo is a sorry banking institution...I too have been a long time customer...and I can't wait to get rid of them permanently...they send me a statement all right on my vehicle...with the due date but it never says how long the grace period is...normally 10days for competent banks..I've asked the bank clerks here in Cedar Park Tx.. about the grace period but they don't know either...so sometimes I get hit with a late fee and sometimes I don't..I never pay more than 10 days past the due date... and only twice because I don't want the extra charges...as well if you finance anything with them they will charge you every cent of the contracts interest..pay early...you get no interest reduction... pay extra towards the principle they reduce your next payment...my son also deals with Wells Fargo...and his opinion is about the same...this is a sorry bank...
Santander bought our car note from HSBC and never bothered to tell us about it...so for several months ..I continued to pay HSBC...and only after the third or so month did HSBC tell me they had sold the note to Santander...Santander is a debt collector...but they are not very good at it...when they don't inform their clients of any information...we only have one more payment...and then they can all kiss my rosy cheeks..including HSBC..
The attorney general office in your state should be contacted regarding this ###...this is theft and abuse of the disabled and elderly..make copies of your receipts and get that complaint filed...I am a senior myself and have no problem in ripping someone a new a ### when they deserve it...and Wally World you deserve this one...

People would be appauled ( I may have spelled that wrong) there's a spell checker out there! Anyway if people knew how many of their donations are discarded by goodwill . They might not donate so much to them here in Texas goodwill has a Bluehangar store, you can go there and shop and buy your items by the pound... anything that does'nt sell is "recycled" thrown out..there are bags that GOODWILL NEVER OPENS if you open them you can find some real treasures! What bothers me is the waste! I wish someone would open a store for disabled children such as MAKE A WISH...and let the proceeds go to this charity..just a small portion of the merchandise goodwill tosses out ..could make a lot of dreams come true for these children...I know people would donate to this cause..Goodwill's motto is "They put people to work" and the office personnel gets the big bucks..people consider donating to small rural towns many of them have thrift stores that put the merchandise back into the community..such as St.Vincent de paul...churches...etc..just my two cents

They save your questions for when the rep shows up at your door...In other words they wont answer your questions..on the phone...They are not helping you with these ARM..Hybid loans they will make money off you and you will be right back in the hole within 3 years..so if your not selling within that period just say 'NO"!
yes I did call telecheck before I left the store...and telecheck stated it had nothing to do with me...my credit..or check writing history..telecheck said it was walmarts policy..however the managers did'nt bother to tell me this..and I asked two different ones...I just hope they had fun restocking over $400 in merchandise from all over the store...I could have used my credit cards..or even paid cash for the purchase, but it was their attitude that me say no, restock it!

Dynasplint I believe to is a rip -off company..the rep was in my physical therapy ofc ..selling her junk! She rented to me a leg brace which held my knee in place after knee replacement surgery..I needed the knee to bend not stay in place..so I sent the metal rods and canvas pads in the pre-paid box back.. by fed-ex...Dynasplint refuses to acknowledge the return...thereby continuing to monthly bill me..and rip off medicare..Most likely the only to get them under control is to file a complaint with medicare..these leeches should not be allowed to be in physical therapy offices harrasing patients...the rep told me up front that I could return this brace at any time..that was a lie as Dynasplint refuses to acknowledge the return. we are now getting lots of computeriized hang-up calls from west asset...calls stating @ 8;00 a.m. we have learned by their actions that if you have the same phone number as the person they are looking for...even if you have had the number for a while..they will call you! Telling them to cease & desist does'nt mean anything to these ###s!
it does'nt matter what you check with wells fargo this is one sorry banking institution in Texas..very deceitful..I am being harassed by them..their automated computer calls me many times a day..hanging up...or leaving a message to call wells fargo..I called back once and was transferred over to a collection agency.. west asset management...because I now have someone else's #...I told them to cease and desist with the harassment..they call anyway...
I think you should send that cease and desist letter to them by registered mail so you have some proof..they'll probably call you anyway...
we are still getting harassing calls from wam...stating they are wells fargo...are just hanging up or not saying anything at all..these calls start around 8;00am and continue throughout the day until 9;00pm...we have caller Id...[protected] wam...today I sent them a registered letter to cease and desist...we'll see how that goes...in the meanwhile I am contacting our attorney general office to file a complaint..
I too am waiting for installation...it rained this past weekend so ok I understand it was scheduled for last friday...rescheduled for Monday...and the ### did'nt show..no call nothing...so I'm waiting to see if they call in the morning...glad I read all the complaints wish I did it prior to ordering...I'll be checking for leaks with a garden hose..before they get any $$$$..or Maybe I'll just them to get out...
Suddenlink is the absolute sorriest service provider there is...I am sure its nationwide sorry...their ### don't work half the time constantly going down/out... they want you to fix it yourself...constantly screwing up in billing worthless ###s...I highly recommend that you choose another company and avoid these ###s...
