Texas consumer law has a statute of limitations on debt, a creditor has four years to collect from date of transaction, you might want to check this out, as long as there has been NO activity, on the debt it has become expired, per statute of limitations, , Dont admit anything! This is an alleged debt, which you nothing about, debt collectors buy these old accounts up for pennies on the dollar, and they change the dates, DEMAND proof of original contract, Dont admit to anything inactive for 4 years, , other states have the same law, some less than three years, some more, , check it out, , read Kevin Trudeau's book, "Debt Cures" lots of good info!

Wells Fargo aka Wells Fk-o changed my billing date, , and did'nt bother to tell me about it, , This is one sorry ### company, I now take my car payment to a local branch & get a receipt, , all that have accounts with them you best watch them! Check your statements! I have been ripped off by this bank enough!
This happens all the time, , at the end of shift for the clerks, , , they tally up the totals split it between them selves, , and fill up their gas tanks, , this is ALL conveience stores, , check your receipt before you leave & make the clerk give you a refund,

These ###s do me the same way, I send in extra money and tell them to take it off the principle amount and they just decrease the next payment amount, thats so they can squeeze every cent of interest out of you, without a doubt these are some sorry ###s, I make a point to go into a local office, and make my payment now, just so I can tell them how sorry they are, , I have found that even the people that work in these offices are ashamed of Wells Fargo, , This is a matter that warrants investigation by the government, this is a rip off! I have real good credit, and my payments have never been late, I tried to get them to reduce my Interest rate, and they would'nt do that either, Its the ### in charge, responsible for this practice..No, I don't have any respect for them!
Re; State Farm Insurance complaints, , They dont care if you cancel your policies, they already got some of your money! State Farm is chicken ###! We just had a major hail storm here (Texas) and the first thing my agent said to me when I called her was "you'll have to pay the first $2800", a 2% deductible, I asked her why she did'nt tell me about this deductible when she sold me the policy, , she started making up excuses, so for me to get anything it'll cost me $2800, State Farm can KMA!
contact the state of Texas, they have a specific department that handles these issues, , just call the main number tell the clerk what happened to you, , they can refer you to correct dept.
Goodwill employees are all ###s, , the merchandise is DONATED to them all sales are 100% profit, a sale is a sale a few $$ better than nothing I too have gone thru this situation w/goodwill no tags/overpriced Or here in Texas they have auctions sold to the highest bidder, they dont know what they are doing, , they have 25 cent items trying to auction for $20 and they have the good stuff on the shelfs selling for for $2.99 They are extremely rude especially the ### Vickie in Cedar Park, , , People that are donating to goodwill please take your stuff to the Salvation Army thrift stores, they really appreciate it, and they know how to treat the customers, , or put it on CRAIGSLIST for free it'll be gone super fast, , DUMP GOODWILL!

AT&T is one sorry ### internet service they keep telling us to contact the support unit, , what we need to do is deduct $$$$ for all the down time, , AT&T needs to stick to the telephone service, and leave the internet to more qualified people.
service providers are limited in the Leander area, It's sudden idiots or At&T Neither one of them are worth a damn, the techs lie about the service and after its hooked up it does, nt work, AT&T internet (high speed) is ONE MAJOR JOKE! Usually you can wait up to 30 minutes just to get it started and then you get a message that "not responding" That can last all day, and we don't get any billing credit for no service when they send out their bills. AT&T needs to stick with PHONE Svc, and nothing else, I wonder if AT&T U-Verse will be any better WHEN it becomes available in our area, We DO NOT recommend AT&T for any internet svc at this time.
NO, what I expected was NOT to be blackmailed, because Casey Knew I had two houses, and 4 cars she wanted all of the business, she did'nt bother to tell me anything until after the fact, now the bids I am getting for a roof are closer to $8200, and all I can collect from State Farm is $4300, The agent had a responsibility to explain this to me before she took MY money, she told me because she did'nt insure the cars with her as well she wrote it up to be a 2% deductible, This was the agents fault, If she had told me this from the git go, this would not have happened, How many people out there actually read the whole contract? As I recall I never even saw the contract as it was delivered to the closing table when we bought the house, and having known Glen & Casey for over twenty years as a prior customer one would have thought they could be trusted, to do the right thing. This was pure chicken ###. The bottom line is DO NOT trust anybody when it comes to your property or your money!
I agree with you 100% I bought my KIA there, and the salesman (Carson) made my $169 payment go all the way up to $461 with all the added on policies, that I discovered are already covered by the manufacturer. These complaints should very well be lodged with the STATE OF TEXAS, Attorney General, , I wish I could cancel these policies now, the salesmen get paid by commission their objective is to draw you in and sell you everything they possible can., once you sign the contract and drive off its all over with, but the crying However I also believe that its all car dealers not just KIA @ Capitol inAustin, I do love my Sportage, just not the deal!
Turbo Tax has a disclaimer in the paper work, after they complete the tax papers at the very bottom of the page where the preparer's ID goes, they print a statement to the effect that YOU are a self preparer YOU did the return even though TURBO TAX actually did it, WITH the info YOU provided them, I am saving my credit card statement where it shows I paid TURBO TAX to prepare MY taxes, so if I do have any problems they are going to be equally liable for any mistakes they may have made on their part.
The doctors, clinics, etc should NOT be sending their patients to places for further treatment, that ARE NOT in the network, They are suppose to be knowledgable of whom THEY work with, so don't blame the patient. I see that as your screw up that you pass on to your patients!

However discovered the New store Lowes in Leander Texas and the employees are absolutely fabulous, they go beyond the call of duty help you lift & load your purchases, , so hooray for Leander Lowes! you need to check your states statute of limitations for inactive debt do not admit or re-affirm all inactive debt collection attempts are null after your statute runs out, if you havent acknowledged it! File a complaint with your attorney general consumer complaint division and sit back and watch mcm back up! MCM are ###s that buy up old accounts change the dates and harass the uniformed, hoping you will pay them, , The attorneys are NOT going to mess with you unless they can make something off it, a few hundred dollars is'nt worth their time and expenses, file a complaint with the attorney general!

We also have our home mortgage w/citimortgage...The majority of mortgage companies don't give a damn about their customers they are there to make money $$$$$$$$$ thats what its all about...we have never been late missed a payment...but because the payment is really high we've tried to do a re-finance but we owe more than the house is worth...If this was'nt a VA loan we would just walk away from the house..because my husband is a disabled vet we are afraid they (va)would take his money to re-cover their losses...so we are stuck...with all these Obama plans it seems like there would be something in there for ALL of us!

I had a vehicle financed with hsbc and credit cards for several years, and not had problems until recently, as we consistently over-pay our accounts. I did'nt understand what was going on when the billings stopped..come to find out HSBC sold the note on our vehicle to Santander Consumer..whom we have never heard of..all of a sudden we get a collection letter from santander a demand for payment with no explanation...after checking things out we learned that HSBC sold the note back in March but...no one bothered to let us know anything...This was/Is pretty chicken-### of HSBC and Santander not to reveal this information to us. and only to send us a collection letter which we had to figure out on our own... so watch out for santander as well, they appear to be incompetent.
yeah, , I look at the statements thats why I made an effort to get rid of Conn's these are full-bred [censor]s taking advantage of consumers..even though I paid them off..they sent a credit denial immediately..and a few days later, they Conn's started sending me letters with discounts on merchandise to re-hook me, , I don't think so! Conn's is one sorry company and Everyone needs to heed the warnings, just read up on what others are saying about them as well.
I believe you can contact your credit card co/rep and tell them this was an unauthorized charge. and they will cancel the transaction for you..
