I just found this charge on our phone bill too. Never authorized.
Medicus is definitely a scam. My husband bought a DVD from them. When the charge appeared on our credit card I looked it up and saw all the information about it being a scam. He thought I was crazy because he said he got what he ordered. Today I checked our credit card and there is a $9.95 additional UNAUTHORIZED charge on there. Stay away from Medicus!
Medicus is a scam. My husband is finding that out now. He ordered a DVD from them. When the charge appeared on our credit card I looked it up because I didn't know what it was and found lots of complaints. I told him Medicus was a scam and he told me I was crazy. Surprise! We now have an unauthorized $9.95 charge on our credit card from Tour Partner Rewards. Stay away from medicus!

My husband ordered a DVD from them. I noticed a charge from JBEI on our credit card. Since I didn't know what this was I looked it up and found out that it was Medicus. I also saw lots of information about it being a scam. I asked my husband to call them and cancel the order. He thought I was crazy. He said he already got the item and everything was fine. I asked him to look at all the information on the internet. Well, today on our credit card is a charge from Tour Partners Rewards for $9.95 which is part of the Medicus scam. Please do not deal with Medicus as they are nothing but scammers!
Plain and simple, Medicus is a scam.
