Robin Schulder is stealing other breeder's photos and using them to lear buyers in. She stole my puppy's photos and when she was contacted about that puppy she said it was a male(wrong) and then said it had just recieved a deposit but had several of the littermates available.
Is something wrong with her dogs? Ask yourself why must she use others photos! Either her pups are too sick or they are not up to conformation standards so she is embarrassed to display them. You draw your own conclusions. I know nothing about her dogs only what I have read.
At first, I was angry at the audacity of this woman. After reading many complaint here and other consumer reporting sites I am just sicken and sadden. Not just for the scammed buyers but also for this wonderful breed, the English Bulldog.
I appologize for any harm that may have been afflicted on you from the unauthorized use of my photos. Measures have been taken to deter these scammers in the future. Myself or family is in no way affiliated with this person in any way, shape or form.

Hopefully you are reading this before a purchase. You are already taking the right steps.
ALWAYS get the breeder to provide you with a HEALTH CERTIFICATE from a licensed vet.
RESEARCH THE BREED know what the common health issues are and the treatment and the conformation standards
FIND a breeder by asking your vet, other owners and kennel/breeder clubs
GOOGLE the name of the BREEDER and PHONE NUMBER/s
KNOW the PUPPY LEMON LAWS
NEVER buy from the INTERNET go to the breeder's home and observe
VIEW BOTH PARENTS and the litter
ASK for references from PREVIOUS BUYERS along with current photos of that puppy
NEVER BUY from mills, brokers, pet shops
JOIN a specific breed club in your area or start one. This can be a valuable resource now and in the future
These are just a few things that may be helpful in finding your new companion.
To Robin,
Please stop making it harder and harder to find a healthy English Bulldog. A true breeder will breed for the love of this wonderful breed. They choose a already excellent bloodline and spend thier lifetime striving to improve and perfect this line. They take what the previous responsible breeder has worked on and try to make it better, not harming this breed.
FYI: Demodectic Mange is inherited by the parents(female usually) and the pups produced will have a weaker immunity to this mite and so forth down the line until it(the pups) will have to be euthanized because they do not respond to treatment.
If you have a dog that has ever had this disease please spay/neuter it. If you currently have puppies for sale by the parent/s please let the buyers know they need to be spayed/neutered for this reason. It is a good practise to limit a healthy litter's ablity to reproduce to only the best puppy of the litter anyway.
Be honest with yourself and your buyers about your line. This is the first step in helping produce a better breed. There is no bloodline or stock that is perfect...yet! It is not about the money but passion. You should be proud of your line and not need to take others work and pose it as your own. Take a look at why you are doing this and then do the right thing. You need to decide if breeding is what you thought it was and if you should continue. Life is about growning and learning. This may have started as a way to make money but you should have realize now that it is more than that and it may not be for you. It is hard work and good judgement. PLEASE! PLEASE! HELP PROTECT THIS WONDERFUL BREED!

You certainly need professional help and not just from DSS currently investigating you for your newborn child being addicted to drugs nor your parole officer for contributing to the delinqincy of a minor while shoplifting at Sears Grand nor from the courts now pending felony charges for Dr. Shopping for opiates (pain killers) before and during pregnancy.
You were told many times about the conditions of the contract you signed not once but twice while purchasing both English Bulldogs from Candee Golliday. The dogs where to be kept inside and if found to be neglected, abused or running freely they would be sezied by the breeder. You were told the Bulldogs needed to be fed puppyfood until they were 18 months old many times. You were told they needed to be kept inside many times, yes, even when it was 16 degrees outside last winter and you said that you couldn't bring them in because they had broken the crate you kept them both in I offered to buy you crates and bring them to you and told you that the dogs would die outside. Well the evidence doesn't lie nor does the veterinarins.
The Bulldogs were vetted regulary before you purchased them as now. Penny weighed 32 lbs. when you got her at 6 months old. She weighed 30.5 at 18 months old when she came home. She did not have her booster vacinations or was on preventative meds for heartworms. Who would breed a Bulldog that weighs 30.5 lbs. to begin with? Well maybe you. Not only was Penny malnutritioned she had a severe ear infection in both ears that had been left untreated for several months and now has hearing damage but she was shot and has 6 bullets in her little body. You sold Pete to the first people that inquired about him and he has been x-rayed and shot as well. By the way, have you ever contacted them to see how he is doing? I don't think so because I have come to learn one thing about you Mrs. Tamala Chmiel...You are in it to make money with trying to put out as little as possible. You were told that you don't make money on Bulldogs as they are an expensive breed to breed if you are doing it right.
Another thing I would like to add is if you want Penny back then why are you sueing her for the amount of the two new Bulldog Puppies that you just purchased and not for Penny? Yes, have your attorney file for a continuance so you can weave more lies. If you truly wanted her back why drag it out for 6-12 months waiting on a jury when the hearing was set for this Monday? Oh, and as far as Candee being run out of PA. I don't see any complaints anywhere on the web for her but yours. Why don't we google Mrs. Tamala Chmiel and see what info and complaints come up! She has been breeding for 8 years now and has references from those she has sold and given puppies to do you?

Not only does she disgust Bulldog Breeders she disgust the Maltese Breeders as well.

People have tried to help Tamala do what is right in regards to breeding dogs but she ignores all advise to find the quick buck.

Tamala Chmiel is the one who went against her lawyer's advise and continued posting all over the web liable comments and it was left alone until Tamala requested a continuance in the court proceedings (umm, wonder why she needed to do that) where Candee was willing and very ready to present all the evidence. You are just mimicking my own statement on the other complaints to Tamala demanding her to show proof of what she claimed and her the skirting the issuses of Fred and Tamala Chmiel 's abuse, neglect and torture of these Bulldogs.
Any body can find and get the public records for Tamala Chmiel and her past criminal behavior. As for the Bulldog abuse, neglect and torture...ask Tamala for that she has stated she has all of the documents from Candee's vet in her other posts on this site. Tamala Chmiel continues to post while trying to skirt and divert the issues that she abused, neglected and shot 2 Bulldog puppies she purchased from Candee. Tamala Chmile filed for a continuance and Candee is now awaiting a court date to be reset which will most likely take 6-12 months or longer.
I have to apologize for the comment I made about Tamala Chmiel's parents and their personal affairs. First, this information did come from Tamala and we can see what that is worth. Secondly, I got suckered into her garbage and mud throwing to divert the attention away from the real issue of these Bulldog's abuse, neglect and torture while Fred and Tamala Chmiel was to be caring, loving and providing a home for them under the terms of her contracts.
