The first part of your complaint is that people took too much and there was nothing left for you, then you finish the complaint that you were limited from doing the same. Are you aware that a doctor of any kind is only as good as his patient's answers to his questions? Every eye exam I have ever sat through consisted of questions and answers. How does this look? Is this better or worse? If your daughter did not answer the questions accurately, then the script will not be correct. You can not blame the doctor for that.
You say that your daughter got an annual physical which includes an eye exam...is the eye exam done by an optometrist? If not, why in the world would you believe him over an actual eye doctor? And if it is an optometrist, why would you not question why their findings are different? And why, oh why in the world would you automatically assume that the second is right when the findings are so contrary? And if her yearly physical includes an eye exam, why in the world would you have an exam done independently?
As an eye patient myself, I always find it interesting when people automatically assume a conflicting report is the correct one without every asking for a tie breaker. It is entirely possible that your daughter's headaches are caused by outside issues: stress, pressure, heck, even a tumor is possible. The fact is, you never once state whether the headaches were mentioned to the Walmart optometrist. These are actual doctor's doing the exams you know. They are not cashiers or cart pushers. Just because a clinic is inside a Walmart does not mean WM owns them, or even governs them. These doctors pay rent for the space. That is all Walmart has to do with them. Walmart does not control them.
