Regardless of your difference in opinion and lack of understanding my situation, politeness would have been appreciated. Do you work for Access America, or did they pay you to post support? People at the company seemed no different when attending to claims than you and my guess is you don't care for your $$$ much. As americans, we do! and I want to let others know.

If the results were conclusive, the doctor (who is clearly more educated than you) would have said so. The doctor clearly mentioned "non pre-existing condition"... yet you and Access America seem to think otherwise. Do I smell something fishy?

I am so glad there are sites like this where we can check on the "TV products" which causes you to have your problem longer and or they don't work at all! Thank God for the Internet! Always check out the product before you buy, I did and wont be buying the Riddexplus. I have purchased products on tv or the internet and failed to check them but one day when I looked up a product I saw on tv I was surprised at the sites like this one which provided information on products which are not cranked up to what they are suppose to be.
Beware using online coupons offered by Office Depot. In print too small for a magnifying glass, I found that these were not valid for any electronics, electronic accessories, or media & software, nor for wireless, satellite, internet technology, nor for HP ink or toner, or for Gift Cards, or for product prevention plans or shipping fees, etc.

So why bother shopping there? Office Depot's prices are not cheap. I spent $130, half of which was for electronics. So no $15 off for me!

Go online to other stores and find these products with free shipping. Maybe even lower prices. And buy school supplies where they are more affordable.

Bank of America credit card services lied about a repayment plan that was to have me pay a larger sum of money than I could really afford in order to have interest and late fees taken off my account if I reached a goal. Instead, when I reached the goal, none of the interest or late fees was removed. I made the increased payments for three more months with the credit card services people telling me to wait another month whenever I called.

I felt like I was being strung along and probably was while those who lied to me were getting reinforced to do so by bonuses and rewards for getting their stooge to pay more per month than should have been necessary.

Direct TV informed us we could get HD channels with the package we ordered. After installations we could not get all the sports channels or the HD channels. Direct TV informed us that to get the HD channels we had to pay an additional monthly fee, but that is not what the installer told us.

Also the installer was not very professional, talked too much and was trying to get all in our business while he was here. I don't recommend Direct TV to anybody. I had to call them back to install all the boxes I asked for. I will pay the cancellation fee just to get rid of them.
We financed $2500 dollars through Haverty's Furniture in one of those 2 year "same as cash" deals. We never received an invoice. However, we kept good notes and knew when the amount was to come due, who the players were, and so forth. A month before the due date of our payment, we started our attempts to contact the credit company and Haverty's. No one could find our account. The sales person at Haverty's suggested we just "forget it." No way, we thought.

After several phone calls, trips to the Haverty's store, and several letters, someone finally "found" our account. And, they subsequently took our money. Guess what? A few weeks letter we received a letter with our original $2500 account balance, late charges and two years worth of financing charges? And with a smile, we produced our receipt.

Please also see our post about the poor quality of our Haverty's furniture.
Horrible work was done by Bath Fitters on my parents home. These are rip-off artists of the worst kind.
My mom contracted Bath Fitter to install a tub and wall liner in their main bathroom for $3500. This is a high price for this amount of work. A Bath Fitter employee measured the area with a laser. The employee measuring assured my dad that the liner would "fit like a glove".

When it came time to install, a number of weeks later, the installer (who told my dad that he had been working for the company for 4 weeks) took the existing lino off the wall and some of the plywood that was behind, replaced the faucet/shower controls and put drywall up, without the existing shims that had been installed behind the original plywood. This caused the drywall to be recessed in relation to the surrounding wall.

In order to bring it back flush with the surrounding wall, he used 5/8" thick strips of soft putty spaced about 8" apart on top of the drywall, which was supposed to support the flexible plastic liner. There is no way soft putty will properly support the thin, flexible wall liner.

Then, he said there was a problem with the tub, and needed to call his supervisor. The supervisor came on site and told my dad that the tub needed to come out 1/2" in order for them to install the liner. Maybe they would have caught that when they measured?!?

According to the supervisor, this would require removal and replacement of the tub with a new one, for an extra 700-1000 dollars.

He also said that the existing wall was too flexible. He said it was 1/4" plywood. My Dad said it was actually 3/8" plywood. After hearing that, the supervisor didn't say anything. He then said they would have to reschedule the work since the job scope had changed. He said he would call back at 8:30 the next morning. That was over a week ago.

He also told my dad that he had two options, either pay them the extra money to finish the job, or cancel the work and they would leave the job as is. They are trying to pressure my parents into forking out more money for nothing.

As a result of the extremely poor service that I have received this past weekend from COMCAST, I have decided to switch my bundle of services for cable, high-speed Internet and telephone to Verizon.

This past Saturday, 20 September 2017, my telephone service was interrupted due to an issue within the COMCAST infrastructure. This unfortunately is the third bad experience that I’ve had with regard to my telephone service within the first year. This morning, 21 September 2017, I again had no telephone service, High Speed Internet or digital cable service. I called customer service before 9 AM and was told by Eric x7955 that it was too late to dispatch a service technician. In my opinion, this appears to be a reoccurrence of the prior day’s issue and should have been treated as a priority.

I was offered by Eric inconvenient times for service during the week so I requested to speak with a supervisor. I was informed by Eric that Joe (x7248), the supervisor, was unable to help me. When I again requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Bottom line is that as a customer, I was prohibited from elevating my concerns. I requested that Eric provide Joe my telephone number. I have not heard back from either Joe or Eric.

I have never been treated so poorly and with such little respect as I have this past weekend. Their customer service is non-responsive and irresponsible. COMCAST as a company has failed me and they have driven away a very long term customer.

We purchased the beachside denim couch and two chairs... we were giving the fabric protection story(that we fell for) and a year later we're still paying for this mistake. i've had 2 or 3 techs at my house that seemed to know less then i did about the product. six different times they have sent me the wrong replacement products(cushions and covers) and to this day i still haven't had anything replaced... the slipcovers wont come clean and the cushions are so flat that we're sitting on the frame which is very uncomfortable and not to mention when we have guests... please don't buy anything from this company! I think i may go drop this s**t on their doorstep... cindy crawford should be punched in the face for putting her name on this s**t! I think I'll send that bi**h the bill...

Doxy lingerie is a scam, don't buy anything from them. They take peoples money and don't send any merchandise. I am very unsatisfied but i printed out my receipt and i have the order process information form my credit card and i will be taking them to court. They should not be in business at all. I think they only opened up just to get people credit card info and charge it. There a suckie company this was on 09-02-08 that i placed my order and still received nothing i am taking them to court now i already filed.
I have had an account with ABC Distributing well over 10 years now. Only once I did not receive an order that was sent via mail, and when I called and let them know, they took my word for it and reshipped it. A few times, incorrect item was sent, and I was sent the correct item without any hassle. The incorrect item was either picked up via UPS, or I was told to keep.

As for orders shipped together, MOST times, my orders are shipped together. Sometimes they are not. I believe I am only charged the actual shipping charge, which I am pleased. (unlike PCH) I am provided tracking numbers and I can pay online.

As far as the person who was upset about having to pay in advance? I wonder how many times this company has been ripped off before they learned to limit first time buyers? I have seen with my own eyes, a co worker order at least $400. from ABC, and some from other companies and did not pay any of them. I don't think she ever intended too.

Do you blame them? I would do the same. As I mentioned before, this company does large volumes. If an order was placed and there was a hold up, and say a week later, the order was reprocessed, I can understand why items were not in stock anymore. ABC can't be expected to hold items back waiting on someone to pay up, how many items would they have to hold back and not sell if they practiced this? They also will put an account on hold for non payment, the orders taken "out of line, and put back in once payment is made", and yes, one can lose out on an item they wanted. Pay on time, and this won't happen. (yes, I learned this the hard way) and lastly, Christmas orders, place them early, they do take longer to get. You are offered faster shipping when order is placed if you prefer. In December, I would recommend it. I am sorry to hear others so disappointed. I recommend people to be

practical minded and realistic with this or any other company and you'll have a lot less ulcers.

Today, my wife and I made our first trip to an HH Gregg store. We went to one in Orlando on Orange Blossom Trail. The first thing I noticed was a sign with a sale paper - the sign said something like "private sale, open to the public." I couldn't figure that one, figured it was some incredibly lame gimmick to con people into thinking they're getting a better deal than they are.

Just after entering the store, a salesman came up and immediately tried to sell us a TV. We told him we weren't there to look at televisions, we're looking for microwaves, then he walked away. We had to pause for a minute because there was a clearance table. In the very short time we were stopped at the clearance table, the same salesman came back and tried to sell us a mattress. We told him we weren't interested and walked away, toward the appliances. Upon entering the appliance section, a salesman came after us and asked if we need any help. I said no thanks, we're just looking. He continued following us and went on to talk to us for nearly five minutes about how HH Gregg is better than every other store. After that, we had to leave. At the front of the store, we made a quick stop at an appliance display near the front door. Right after we stopped, we saw another sales person coming for us, so we quit looking and headed for the door.

This was a horrible horrible place and I intend to never go back to an HH Gregg. I don't care if their prices are an better than anyone else's - there are places locally that sell for less and the sales people aren't quite as pushy. Even if they were the cheapest, I'd gladly pay more to not have to deal with the incredibly pushy sales people.

For the $4700 membership fee and promises of any product up to 50% is a lie. The selection is limited to mostly ridiculously high priced products, and by the time you pay for shipping and finding products in their catalogs the savings are very small. You are much better off buying products other than the brands they carry, or waiting for a sale on what you are interested in. Should have checked it out before I accepted their now or never offer of membership. Learned my lesson. Unless you are building a house, you will never see real savings. BEWARE!
I have gotten emails and card things in the mail from a place called horizon gold card... they say they are a credit card place and that with a fee and so much a month they will send you a credit card... instead I get a card that I can only use online at their store place... I have called them to get it canceled and everything and they wouldn't cancel the card i never ordered from them and never wanted to... I thought they was a credit card company as to that is what they said they was... every month they take money from my account and they wont cancel that card every time I call they either hang up on me or they get really rude with me or make up excuses so they don't have to cancel the card... I just don't know what to do anymore... I even had my wife called for meant they still wont cancel or anything and each month it takes money from my account.
My wife and I got a security system for our home last month. The monthly fee, taken automatically out of our checking account was supposed to be $44. The security firm took out $143, putting our account in the negative. In one day, U. S. Bank had our account to minus $127. We deposited $313 the day we found out the account was over-drawn.

That was last Wednesday. By Friday, they had the account in the minus again, to the amount of $127 again. There had been absolutely no activity on the account from us in those three days. No checks were written, and we did not use the debit card. My wife called the bank and all customer service would tell her was that there were overdraft charges, but they would not tell her what they were for or how we got them. By this Monday, the account was over $300 in a negative balance.

I noticed in another one of these reports that someone said U. S. Bank charges you $8 for every day that your account is in the negative. That is absolutely true, but even better than that, they then charge you a $37.50 fee on the $8 they took out because the $8 came out of a negative balance. So you actually get charged $45.50 for every day the account is the negative.

My wife has talked to the manager of the bank and I have tried to call him a couple of times, but he does not return phone calls, and he is always too busy to talk to anyone, whether by phone or in person.

Any helpful people out there who want to tell me some soothing advice like I should keep more money in the account, or have a budget, spare me. The negative balance was not our fault, and U. S. Bank has used the opportunity to hose us to the amount of $762 so far We had to deposit another $450 that we didn't have today to get the account back into a positive balance. U. S. Bank takes every opportunity to relieve people of their money. If you can't give someone constructive advice on how to fix the problem, don't give advice at all. Some of us actually have to live from pay check to pay check without a safety cushion.

I have fallen victim to US Bank's greedy practice of overdraft fees, which are now $37.50, and $8/daily for negative balances. In the last 2 months, I have had close to $250 taken from my military pension (*EACH month) because of the way they handle business. I can't imagine over the course of the past 7 years how much money they've taken from me. I don't want to know. It's all I can do now to be respectful when I call or visit a branch. They will take overdraft fees FIRST and then pay the item they are charging you an overdraft for. It's because you actually MAKE the purchase on one day, the vendor may not present the item for pay until a few days later, and then, it may not clear until a few days after that! WHAT? I thought that was the point in having checking/debit cards... to make sure you didn't have this kind of trouble! And you are not able to put a stop on this practice by telling them to not pay anything if there's no money in your account. One phone rep told me this was a convenience for my good. (Imagine, she said, that you're out of gas, stranded and have no money. You can make a withdrawal from the atm!)? What the heck? What kind of advice is that?

I am so sick of this bank and it's practices that it's all I can do to pay my bills. I have bad credit because of a nasty divorce, and am not able to 'bank/credit union' shop. I'm stuck here, at their mercy. There's a special place in hell for people that take advantage of those they can use and justify their actions. I hope US Bank rots there.

This is George Gilbert, he lives in Valley Center, Escondido. He is the Ex Owner of Revolution RV and does not want to pay his employee's and even bounced their last checks that were even less than the amount they should have been paid. He did not pay child support for his daughter Brittany and is still living the high life.

While customer and ex employees suffer, he has a great life in Valley Center. We are all victims of this man and can only hope that the law deals him what he deserves.

No longer driving a Mercedes G class but instead a Toyota Tacoma "white" pickup. was arrested 2 months ago for a DUI and beating up a police officer.
We have been dealing with ASC for over a year. August last year they actually prevented us from refinancing our house by falsely reporting we were more than 4 months behind on our house payments. We hit a rough spot because my husband is a disabled Viet Nam Veteran. While he's been waiting to receive his benefits from the VA we fell behind. Earlier this year ASC/Wells Fargo gave us a forbearance where as we paid over $5, 000.00 initially then after making 3 payments over a 3 month time our loan was to go automatically in for modification. The time for that came and passed without a word from them. I noticed on the monthly statement that the payment we sent apparently was not applied to the interest and loan but rather placed in a suspense account. The last 2 months payments were returned to us without "any" explanation what so ever. In the meantime my husband is working with the local housing authority to get the modification done. Now get this. Saturday we receive a letter from Northwest Trustee's telling us that we owe over 12, 000.00 and that the house will be sold on December 19th and then today we get paper work from Wells Fargo for another forbearance which at the end has a balloon payment of over 12, 000.00. OK, call me fish if we do another payment plan with them to only end in foreclosure. This outfit is one of the culpritsw that are the cause of this multimillion dollar bail out the feds are trying to workout. Nothing is going to fix our economy or the housing/mortgage industry until they put and end to this kind of crap. No one should have to put up with this. If the banks were regulated like they were before the 1980's this sort of thing could not happen. We are continuing to work with the housing authority. We are also waiting to see what our senate and congress are putting together and if it will put an end to this situation. By the way, Wells Fargo keeps telling my husband they don't want our house because they have so many empty ones they can't unload. They have a weird way of showing that. It really ticks me off that our mortgage was sold to them early on. Wells Fargo is one of many of the very predatory mortgage lenders out there. I would strongly suggest that no one takes them on without the aid from their local housing authority. Apparently this will work out. It takes time to work through all the game playing. I'm just not sure I can handle it in the meantime.

2 years ago my husband was diagnosed with cancer, we thought we had Death and Disability Ins. on the home we were buying, NOT! The gal that wrote the paper's up on our home 2 years earlier, was so busy getting ready to go on her free vacation she won from Wells Fargo, (for signing the most sales up), she forgot to add the D&D Ins. in, then when we had to file on the Ins. she said it wasn't available, but it was now. How Convenient (SHE LIED). Now, I am totally disable and I have been turned down for the Disability Ins. on the Wells Fargo Visa. They said I had to work at least 3 months before filing for my disability? (Social Security Disability?)

I placed my order on 9/4/08 and I still have not received my Halloween costume. My costume was in stock when I purchased it then they said it was an out of stock item after I sent several emails requiring about my order. I have had some email contact but they keep delaying my delivery date and now they are not responding to any of my emails. I am disputing this debt with my bank. I have asked for a refund but they have not responded to my emails. Don't waste your time and money on this BAD company like me and many others have. I will now research before I place my order for my Halloween costume.
I have been a customer of WAMU for years, always paid on time, no issues, recently I made a charge on my credit card within my limit, after the finance charges were assessed, i was over limit by $4 which they promptly charges a $39 over limit fee. Apparently I am a mathematician know, because their response was I should of accounted for the finance charges. Then I started looking into my account and realized, that they have been charging 30.3% apr for the last 6 months. Of course I thought the rate was FAR less. No wonder I didn't account for the interest correctly. Their response-by the script reading managers- I was sent a letter in April (which I did not receive) saying I could have closed my account within 30 days if I did not like it. The only answer for the hike-they reviewed my credit. My accounts have always been in good standing, never late etc, and the other cards I have are all under 10% and my FICOS are considered average plus to good. They wont help me, and I am closing all my accounts-business and personal with them.

After lots of research, here is what I found out, any taxes owed are paid 1st. Weather it be state or federal taxes and I suspect there are many of both owed, DMV fees, etc. 2nd are the employee back wages and of course bounced checks, yes we can win a law suit but there needs to be money found in order to collect. Keep in mind the government gets their share first, if there is any remaining money, the employees are the next paid; This is fact!

Multi Million Dollar company's such as GE or Textron will be low on the totem poll. Judges will look at who needs the money more...

Attorneys will not take such a case unless they know they can get paid, you can't bleed blood out of a rock. I believe the government is out more money than these guys have hiding. Employees need to file a claim with the labor relations "government" and hope there is money remaining, at the least, there is a tax break because of back wages not paid; Needs to be done now.

YES we can win a class action law suit but if there is no money, we will not be paid. This whole thing was carefully planned out and executed weeks in advance of us knowing what was happening. They covered their butts well but the government WILL find their assets. I can't believe they are still in San Diego County, that takes balls. Someone will run into these guys at a super market or mall in north county. Keep posting to the web to expose these guys. They have not filed for BK, in fact George Gilbert filed BK 5 years ago and can't file in the near future but he will "show" he has no money.

ADP is a reputable payroll company and was also duped, they will also be going after these guys for depositing the payroll into the ADP account and withdrawing the monies after the checks were cut.
My son received a duplicate Little Tykes Basketball Hoop. I tried to get a store credit but was rejected because I didn't have a receipt. Since my sister in law purchase item online, she thought she deleted her emails. Now 2 and 1/2 months later, my sister in law found her email confirmation receipt. I printed the receipt and took to the store. They tried to punch some # into the register but it didn't take so now they want the packing slip. It didn't have a packing slip. It was just the big LT box with UPS shipping label adhered to the box. I'm so frustrated that I've been to the store two times and got no results. I had $70 worth of merchandise that I left on the counter and swear I'll never shop at Toys R Us again because of their poor customer service and return policy.
