I went to Las Vegas for two weeks and when I came back I had one of those postcards from Wachovia which stated I had an overdraft. I went online and discovered I had $82.00 in NSF fees, so I called them to see if I could get them waived. The person on the phone said they sometimes waive the fees for people but I haven't been a customer for long enough. Then I checked the transactions to see how I could have overdrawn my account, because I was keeping track of my balances online. I had a payment to my credit card for $64.00 that was taken out on 8/27 and I was $2.23 short because they charged me $4.00 for using a non Wachovia ATM on 8/25. So they charged me a $22.00 NSF fee. Then on 9/2 they charged me another $35.00 NSF fee because the credit card company tried to take the money out again. Then on 9/3 I spent $31.29 on my debit card and was charged another $35.00 NSF fee. When I spent the $31.29 on my debit card on 9/3 I had just checked my balance online and it was shown as available. I would not have used the non Wachovia ATM If I had known about the fees. I was checking my balance everyday so If I saw any of those fees I would have put deposited more money to cover the expense. It took a week to post the fees so I just kept on racking up the fees and then I spent more money and got more fees.

They purposely don't post transactions In a timely matter so they can rack up more fees. I have a negative balance of $61.52 and they will not close the account because it has a negative balance. I have spent hours reading the stories of all the people who have been charges all these outrageous fees by Wachovia and their policy of clearing the biggest item first so they can rack up extra fees on all the smaller transactions.

These fees are being paid by the middle and lower class people who really can't afford it. For someone who is living paycheck to paycheck, $300 in fees really hurts, its gas money, food money, and utilities money. I am not just going to take this without a fight.

I read about Karney Hatch (the film maker) who took Wells Fargo to small claims court over excessive overdraft charges and won. I am going to file a small claims court case over this, I may not win but It will take recourses away from Wachovia for them to fight It. I am going to post my story on as many websites as I can find and report this to the Better Business Bureau and consumer advocacy agencies working on this issue. I'm also going to complain to congress and I read that there is a class action lawsuit that was approved so maybe I can join that. I have a Wachovia branch a block away from my house so I am going to make ten one cent deposits everyday in the ATM so I can cost them as much money as possible to process them. I'm sure I can cost this veiled criminal enterprise known as Wachovia more money in court costs and lost customers that the $82.00 they stole from me.

Needed to install an antispyware program. Found antispywarebot.com. When trying to use program after installation, found it was a scam. ClickBank is the company withdrawing funds ($19.95) for this bogus company.

My house was broken into and they stole my laptops. Now rent a center does not to replace my laptop. Because we moved and didn't provide them with the address. Now they are saying that we have to pay for the laptop that they do not want to replace it. This company is just out to get your money when is not even your fault.

After you make your initial purchase on line they call you for "confirmation" then comes the pressure sales pitch to get you to alter your purchase. I ordered a Canon Xs digital camera, although the invoice stated usa model I received the kiss f (japan) version. The package I chose came with 2 lenses, the sales man told me on the phone that the lenses were cheap plastic ones made in china and recommended I upgrade to the glass ones for $230 more and they would upgrade the battery from the "starter" battery to a long life battery.(that I later found out came standard with the camera) I refused the 2 lenses and was immediately offered to upgrade just one lens for $80 plus the free battery. Like a fool I accepted this one. next came the push for the extended warranty, after refusing, the price went from $119 to $59 I didn't take that either. when my camera arrived it only had the upgraded lens no zoom lens. I got to checking the invoice and they removed both original lenses and added the "upgraded" lens. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING WORD FOR WORD THAT THEY SEND YOU. The upgraded lens ended up being a cheap non canon that I have found on the net for $59. So I went from a usa model with 2 lenses, one zoom, one standard, to a japan model with one cheap made in China lens and it cost me an extra $80. Do. not trust then for anything read, read, read. I could have seen the one lens had been dropped if I would have reread the entire invoice word for word. When I call to try and correct the problem I was told I should have known what I ordered and to be happy with the deal I got. By the way you can return it for 15% fee.

I ordered the magic jack due to free trial and would not bill for 30 days however at the end said it would bill immediately. so i closed out without hitting the ship now. guess what order still go processed and shipped out even after I replied to the order email within hours saying I didn't want it if it was billing me now. I then talked to a customer service rep who assured me that i would get a credit back on my card until my 30 day trial and allow 3 days what a shock nothing was done about it after all most a week so i ask today and he says well no credit so i said fine I am shipping it back would have just put return to sender on it previously. I explained don't want to do business with a company that is not standing behind its word for the get go. the red flag should have really been for me when they shipped it without conformation. I even contacted my bank about the charges as well. Customer service is a scam. I highly doubt I will see my money back now even after i return this thing.

IC Systems called my home 5 times today and several times yesterday. When I called them and told them the person they are looking for does not live here and I've never heard of them they basically called me a lier and even called me by that person's name. It took 4 calls to the company because they kept hanging up on me telling me they do not have to listen to me. The associates were very rude and totally disrespectful. They claim they removed me from the list. We shall see. For those who do not know, their web address is icsystems.com.

I was shopping in the store w/ a friend and had to rush to the hospital in his car to see my grandma at the ER room. When I came back several hours back from the hospital, my car was towered by Home Depot. The store manager had no apology and was very rude. I was directed to call three different numbers which nobody answered. I still had no clue where is my car. How outrage this is!

Home Depot ***! Will never ever shop at Home Depot again! Watch out your car on Home Depot parking lot while shopping!
Unauthorized charges to my bank account. All I did was click on their site to view their information and was automatically signed up. This HAS to be illegal! How the *uc* do these god**mn companies get away with this. I am furious. Heads are going to roll.

I recently ordered p90x as I had heard it was a good program. To bad I haven't received it yet because the shipping is VERY slow. But I checked my bank statement and noticed I was charged twice, this caused my account to overdraw with 4 35dollar charges so basically they owe me 301.16 in reimbursement charges. My husband and I spent 3 hours on the phone this morning and 3 hours this afternoon speaking to six different people. Some were very rude and others nice but they still have not resolved it. We sent a fax of our bank statement showing these charges. Our next action will be legal. Beware consumers! As I was researching this I found out I am not the only person this has happened to.

I have a short complaint about Bank One services. My aunt husband died and she received a check for $34, 000.00. We went into Bank One to open some account to store the money. They told us what was required to open account, unfortunately Bank One requires two pieces of ID and she only had one pieces. The Bank receptionist and Bankers got so caught up in two forms of ID and saying NO! NO! we cannot help you, that they never go around to asking us what kind of account we needed, just NO.

Therefore, they never realize they were turning away from a customer with a huge check. We went to Bank of America who was so helpful and friendly and open an account with the approval of the district manager.

Direct Buy is a real scam. First you have to either submit a huge payment of 4998 dollars. However if you don't have that, they allow you to make a first time payment of 500 plus. Then if you want to pull out of the scam they stick you. They harass you via phone. It's funny, they always call after work hours. And it always sound like someone calling from a home. I believe you should not have to pay for services you never used or products you never orders. Is there anyone out there with a direct buy card that was never able to afford it? I too believe there should be a class suit launched against money making scam of business.

Capital one is the absolute worst financial institution out there they try to devise ways to make you fail, I have been paying a car loan for five years without fail on time they then at the end of the loan lifr coun days you did not pay exactly on the due date (due date on the 8th of each month online banking sometimes takes a day or two to submit to them sometimes they would receive payment on the 9th or 10th at the latest falling well within grace periods allowed by all othee institutions now they say I owe an additional 87.00 bucks and I can no longer submit this final ### payment via online banking I have to send a money order to plano texas, what a crappy institution please if you are considering any business with them you should really re-consider, lets put them out of business!
I have been with Comcast only 3 months and I've already had massive problems which no one can seem to fix. The first was the initial set up of my TV, internet, phone bundle. Not only did my service not work, but the technician left ILLEGALLY placed wires running across all of my neighbors lawns, and plugged them into a box at the end of the street.

I called twice about this, and I was told that someone would come to fix this. No one showed up either time. Luckily an independent contractor was working on my neighbors and saw the wires and fixed them.

Now, my On Demand has not been working for a month. I had a technician come and look at it finally and I was informed it was a network problem (for a month?!) and he would call me when he knew more. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from him and that obviously was not the situation.(which I later confirmed) He merely did not know how to fix this, and couldn't be bothered. I confirmed that there were no network problems and the issue still hasn't been fixed.

Not only this, but every time I have to call for a technician, the phone queue is so long, that it hangs up on me, without giving me the option to wait and tells me to use Online help. When a tech finally shows up, he has no idea what he is doing.

Do not get Comcast! They have a horrible product, even worse service, and they do not care to help their customers. They just want your money. and it's not worth it! I will continue to spread the word about this terrible company wherever I go.

I’m writing in regards being overcharged for my services for the grooming department. I have taken my dog to the groomers at PETSMART for a number of years. But today for some reason I was charged $70 for a service that usually cost me $48. Plus for some reason my dog is shedding everywhere. When I called to go over how much everything was the Manager Amy told me everything should of come up to $48 when I asked her why they charged me $70 she put me on hold came back and basically told me that we signed a paper at the being telling us what we could get charge. I called back to the store to try to get information on how I could complain to corporate and the store just put me on hold until I hung up. Very dissatisfied with my service and how I was treated on the phone.

I would like PETSMART employees to fairly charge people and for the managers to be able to fully explain their employee actions.
I got a email saying to try this diet tea for free which will only cost me one payment of $19.95. Then a month later another box of tea was deliver to me. Then again two more was send to me through the courier service which I had to pay the shipping cost. Then I send them a email to stop sending me tea and to stop all billing on my credit card.

But after all that I saw this addition $19.95 from www.livelifelean.net which I did not have any idea of what is was for.

NEVER use At&t for internet service (or any service for that matter!) After everything that happened with my account back in July I had put it on Auto pay so I wouldn't have to worry about it. And I thought everything was fine, no phone calls from them or emails or anything. So the 11th my internet stopped working and I called to find out why. Well they said I owed $145 so I called the bank and they hadn't been taking out the auto pay so on the 12th I paid all that was owed. When it didn't get turned back on then I called back to find out why. They told me "well your internet account has been disconnected for more than 15 days" and I said NO it's not even been disconnected for 24 hours. And then they said "well that must have been a glitch, it shows here its been disconnected since August 18th." I'm like well it should have been on Auto pay and shouldn't have even ever been disconnected. She says well I have no evidence that your account was put on auto pay. So by this time I am REALLY flustered. So I ask, ok so I paid the bill can you please just turn my internet back on. No she tells me "because your account was disconnected for more than 15 days we have to put in a new order for internet service. You won't have internet access until the 16th. Ok let me start putting in the order. I tell her Just forget it! I don't want to deal with this BS month after month after month! It was ALL THEIR FAULT and I am the one that got screwed. So I called Directv because my hubby wanted us to get that tv service for a while and I figured I'd just use their internet service. Well I call them get everything for the tv set up and low and behold guess who is their internet provider? AT&T! So I go ahead and place the order through them because it saves me $10 off my directv bill. Then after I place the order thinking it'll be the same date that AT&T gave me, the guy tells me ok it'll be up and running September 22! I was like what? they just told me the 16th! Just like always "well I'm sorry mam there's nothing we can do about it!" So I waited. On the 19th I get a call from some one that was placing the At&t internet order because they were "missing information". I asked what information is missing. She tells me "Your phone number". WHAT? The information that you are missing is the telephone number that YOU JUST CALLED ME ON?!?! So that was "taken care of" and I was assured that my internet would be up and running on Monday(9/22). So I wait until Monday. No internet service. Call up AT&T. Oh well the order wasn't placed until September 19th so you have to wait until the 24th. Sorry nothing I can do about it. This is ALWAYS the case. It is ALWAYS some sort of "glitch" and ALWAYS "Sorry nothing we can do about it". And the "customer service" reps are always so rude! I am in the process of writing a letter to the company, although I probably will NEVER hear anything from them.
This company is a complete and total fraud. I went to their web-site and ordered a free trial for which they charged $4.95. There were three offers on the list:

"Three Great Discounted Offers FREE TRIAL OFFER (Held For Regular: $59.99 NOW: FREE (plus shipping)
Buy 2 Get 1 Free

Regular: $179.99 NOW ONLY $120

($40 per carton - Save $120!)

Buy 3 Get 2 Free

Regular: $299.99 NOW ONLY $180

($36 per carton - Save $220!) [BEST DEAL]"

I marked the first one. Free trial to pay 4.95. Suddenly after two weeks, a charge appeared for %59.99. This was supposed to be now not free at all. And then another two weeks later there is another charge of $59.99.

(This is for Oolongtea which you can buy from any Chinese store for about $6.00 packed a little fancy and having a website with some pictures.) That is beside the point. I ordered only a free trial. Nothing more. The whole system of this company is complete fraud. Their live chat happens to be with a computer. Their phone number does not work, is not probably manned, but handled by a machine.

Nashville Comcast Customer service is the rudest, least helpful CS that I have ever dealt with iin my 62 years. Beginning with no listing for customer service in the phone book, to rude CS reps who don't listen to what you say, to menus that do not offer an appropriate option, to inability to recontact the same person, to refusal to give other contact numbers, to ad nauseum. Nashville Comcast Customer Service *** big time. My advice: If you can get other service - DO SO. I can't wait until ATT is available in my neighborhood. I hope Comcast loses ALL its customers.
On my credit card billing from livelifelean. Never I have received something. Since 2006. What to do? What must I do? I have asked them to stop, but they still bill my credit card. I have never put a order. Where must i go to stop this kind of thief? Last month they have billing my credit card with 19, 95 US$. That's ever month. Some body can tell me what to do? Help me. I don't know who are doing this. I stay till here. If somebody know what to do let me know. Awaiting you all reply

Be very careful when ordering anything through this online store. They advertise womens clothes that they do not actually have though they say that the item is in stock, then try to substitute items to satisfy an order. They charge your credit card before processing the order. They are slow to credit you if you do not accept the substitute. Their customer service department falsely tells you that discounts will apply to the order but that they will have to apply them manually after you accept the full price on the transaction- then charge your card full price. They are an absolutely terrible online store. Beware!

Signed up on prepaid calling over 2 weeks ago, and I still cannot receive calls from the jail facility where my son is at. Called again on 9/22 and again on 9/25, just to be told again that the phone block should be clear within 2-24 hours. I still am worried that it still won't work by tomorrow. The facility I'm trying to get calls from is the Harris County Jail on San Jacinto Road. My phone company is with ComCast. I have explained all this more than once with the pay in advance company.

I went in for a haircut, and not only did they do exactly what I didn't want, but they charged extra for a service I didn't ask for. I had no idea I would be charged an extra $20.00 for the stylist to use a "flat iron" on my hair after blowdrying. The thing that really irritates me, is that she didn't even have a flat iron... she used a standard curling iron to straighten out a few pieces.. not my whole head! This could have been easily accomplished using a brush and blowdryer properly. This is supposed to be a quality salon/spa?

Most companies have the courtesy to have a decent Return Policy. Prior to that they also have the obligation to provide you with a receipt of some sort. This company is lacking of it. They will in no way accept returns (a $89.31value). They will only provide you with a confirmation number and a cancellation number but not send email notices unlike most companies who do business electronically.

Calling both of their customer service numbers ([protected] or [protected]) is a terrible wait. They will put you on hold for at least 3 to 5 minutes.

I am very dissatisfied.
I was unaware that wu-yi or what ever there called were linked to living lean. The product they have sent me namely herbal chinese tea have stopped so i don't understand why they keeping charging my card each month. I may have to get a solicitor involved in this as these people are taking the piss and they don't know who there messing with. I have notified my bank who have stated that i may have to cancel my current card which i am not happy about.

The particular product i purchased occurred in january 08 ie herbal tea.
