What are you people playing at - You have vastly overpackaged your dish washer and clothes washing tablets by placing 3 one-use plastic containers in a robust one-use cardboard box. This applies to a number of your products including Ariel and Fairy washing tablets. There is a lot of guff on your website about sustainability and yet your own packaging is completely unnecessary.

Hello. I'll start by saying I have loved the Zquil product since it was released and have used it ever since. That being said I recently purchased my first bottle of the pain relief version hoping it would lessen not fix my nightly pain problems due to having Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years, however the cap on my first bottle did not open correctly and a jagged end of the white plastic caused a seriously painful cut into my finger which needed to be closed. I have said bottle along with pictures and documentation. I am writing as a concerned consumer and an MS advocate to make sure this problem is remedied. These type of injuries have the potential for infection which can have devastating effects on our already weakened immune system. As a long time customer I implore you to make things right as I'm fully prepared to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and start a boycott with the Greater Delaware Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Please resolve this matter with me as I do not like the idea of having to do that but will to protect others with this disability. I have 13 cans of fabreeze that have stopped working with less than half used and one can that has gone till all used these were bought from Amazon and Tesco's and I have 4 left this is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be sorted the other is trying to sort a problem out is nearly impossible trying to make a complaint is even worse they just don't seem to care at all I have no other problem with there products and use the other fabreeze as well please help as am not getting anywhere I live in one room at home as I have. Lost a leg to sepsis and now live in a wheelchair and cannot get out at all

Pods 4 in 1 Ultra XI have stained over 6 of my bath sheets, 4 shirts and 3 pairs of jeans. I know how to use these pods so do not try to tell me that misuse is the problem. I ALWAYS place a pod in the drum of front loader before adding clothes and never overload the washer. After reading several complaints posted online, it is apparent that even when used properly, these pods bleach out clothing/linens. I want P&G to render a refund for the 73 pods I currently have, as I will not be trying to use them again. What in the world has happened to your quality control on your batteries? They used to be the "go-to" battery for quality and dependability, and now they leak and ruin every device I use them in. I've lost numerous devices to acid damage now, and recently I had an entire package of "ten year" AAA cells spew acid all over the place in storage, before they were ever even put into a device. I suppose that's better than having them ruin the device, but frankly, I'm very disappointed. This is the sort of performance I used to get out of the bargain basement brands and your batteries are far from bargain priced.

I have just started a new bottle of Fairy Liquid and nearly passed out at the smell. It smelt as though somone had dropped some engine cleaner in my kitchen. At first I couldn't believe it was the Fairy Liquid that was producing the smell as I always buy unscented cleaning products and have used Original Fairy Liquid for years, but when I looked at the bottle it said 'Improved scent'

I can't understand why you would change a perfectly good product to one that smells like that. Not only is it a disgusting smell, but like most scented products, it starts up my chest and gives me asthma. I have never been able to use your scented Fairy Liquids for that reason.
Very disappointed that I will now have to change to another brand.

Perferctly happy with product; BUT EVERY TIME, and well before the contents are fully used the HINGE ON THE LID SNAPS, so you need to MAKE IT STRONGER.

In the grand scheme of things small beer BUT POOR PRODUCT DESUGN AND DEEPLY IRRITATING!

This is a message I sent twice using the Duracell website. No response.

The device is a "puck" style light for our camper which uses 4 AAA batteries - no name or model is on the light. The batteries were made in the USA in MAR 2028, code 1006588 We put batteries in this spring to prepare for camping season. Everything worked fine until our last fall trip. We went to use the light and it did not come on. I opened the battery compartment to make sure the one had not come loose and found that one battery top had popped open causing corrosion. I did not try cleaning it yet because I wanted to contact you first. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Chris

I love tide and used it for years. I am a senior citizen and the last Tide pods I bought at Sam's club I could not get open with the slide closure. First of all they are to small and very stiff. I hurt my fingers trying to open. I understand child safety but you need to do better for the older citizens.
Please make modification so we can handle the bags

After use the rash appeared on arms and feet.. Washed it off with water and soap.. Rash is still visible... Doctor recommended steroid cream..
To the point... I made a mistake using body wash instead cream. The labeling should be larger and closer to. The top and large. Print...
When working with elderly people remember we don't see small print.

Just opened a new package of Bounty paper towels. They are not now "the quicker picker upper". They are so thin. What the heck is P&G doing.

Charmin toilet paper also is terrible now. And in order to get it as wide as it used to be, you have to pay more. Ridiculous!

I am very disappointed in both products!

I purchased a pack of AAA and AA optimum batteries at Sams Club and they are leaking. I have to replace all the ones I used with another brand and the mess they have made is indescribable. I looked at the package this morning and they are leaking in the pack they came in also.
What a piece of junk. There are no lot numbers or expiration dates on them so I have no way of knowing how old they are. Good way to cover your tracks!
Done with Duracell. Used to be the go to battery but no more.

The Duracell Alkaline AA batteries (2) in my Mini Maglite AA (2) leaked. The Maglite stopped working. In an effort to remove the Tail Cap to check / replace batteries I found it to be seized to Barrel due to leaking batteries. I had to cut the Maglite apart for verification / battery removal. ...Warranty ?

They did not used to leak. Now they do.
Apparently you have changed the design or the manufacturing.
That means that Duracell Batteries are no longer worth the premium price.

It maybe the original fragrance.
I am sensitive to fragrances, I don't like the smell of the ultra downey mountain spring fabric softener & I don't think it
Softens the clothes as well as he pink cap product.
Can I get a coupon for the pink cap product?

I purchased the air freshener from a Target store. I put the air freshener in my 2017 Subaru Forester that I just purchased on June 20, 2020. I noticed the damage on August 12, 2020. I made an appointment for my 30, 000K service with my car dealer Patrick Motors. I originally thought that the damage was due to the heat and it had melted the trim. I took the car in for service on August 21, 2020. The dealer called to inform me that the damage was actually due to the air freshener that was on my vent. Some of the liquid had leaked from the air freshener on to the trim & grille vent. This corroded the parts on my dashboard and had cause the damage. I requested a quote for the repairs that were necessary to fix the damage. The estimate to repair the damage parts & labor totaled $172.96. I am extremely upset that the vehicle that I just purchased two months ago has this damage on my dash due to this product. I am requesting reimbursement for the cost $172.96 to repair the damage that has occurred as a result of using this product.

I recently purchased a 3 pack of "febreze one" air freshners. The package in which these are stored and shipped is thick plastic that is difficult to open without using a sharp knife or in my case tin snips. Why are these packages made so difficult to open and remove the refills?
This would be a nice project for a young engineer to make much easier access to the refills, or ship a pair of tin snips with each purchase.

I bought the flash speed mop gigs pack on 15/6/20. I have never had such a useless set in my entire life I bought it because being disabled I thought it would free me of filling a bucket. I started with the three packs and by the time you have got one out you are wet seconds later the mop is dry and you are quarter of a way through a small amtico floor. I reopened pack towel drips all over and needed four to five to do floor and hallway. Decided After seeing an advert that putting towel in from box looked easier so opened box and found it awash with liquid. Was easier to use but when I'd finished the box does not seal the plastic cover is loose and moved badly the liquid would be everywhere u til it dried up which I assume would not be long.
On top of all that the floor looked streaky. Always you flash in bucket and never had streaky floors. This was nit in the least the quality of anything I would have expected from your company.
