Printmyphotobook has customers use software that has a green, yellow, red light system to easily determine quality. Our photos fell into the green light (very good quality) category, yet the majority of our book had blurry images. We requested to return the book for a refund or reprint, but the company refused, claiming that upon further visual inspection, the images were not good enough quality. We explained that their software (both the downloaded version AND online preview version) indicated otherwise. Again the company provided a generic response repeating their initial email to us and again, refused to allow us to return the book, despite several attempts to prove that the flaw was NOT on our end. Instead they offered a $10 voucher to use towards a future purchase, which was a complete slap in the face. After all, why would we want a $10 voucher towards another subpar quality photo book from a company that has horrible customer service? We already wasted $63.89 and we decided not to waste anymore. I’m sure that as long as you do not require any customer service, then you should be fine using this printmyphotobook.com . However, I would say that this company does not honor their products and I would NEVER recommend printmyphotobook to anyone ever again.
