I bought a container of salt and vinegar pringles on 2019-10-01, but what a dissapointment I had! It is old and taste like nothing, there's hardly any flavour on 😭. The BB date is only 2020-04-16. Unfortunately I don't have the slip from checkers where I bought it, so I couldn't take it back. I feel that I pay a lot of money for the product but don't get any joy of it.
Is there anyway you can improve on your product? I really love pringles, but not the bad experience I had with product

I've purchased Pringle on many occasions and this is not the first time I experience this. My chips were half a can. It's already ridiculously over priced and to receive half a can is just not acceptable. I purchased two cans and one of them were not fresh which I found strange because it is a new flaovour.

I purchased a couple of tins of pringles for a get together at my house when I opened the tins only the first few were full chips the rest was crumbled. This was disappointing and embarrassing as I had guests over. Utter nonsense and poor customer service. My Contact number is [protected] and my name is Aqeel. I bought the special at Makro 7 cans of chips for R100. I have opened 3 of them and all have a funny smell. The chips isnt smoothe and hard to bite on. The smell is so bad you cant even hold it close to your mouth. My baby loves pringles and has not been able to eat it ever since this bad experience.

I still have the chips at home for consumer to investigate.

Not the first time that I purchased Pringles at Elto-towers in Kuilsrivier. (Not blaming them). The product quality is very poor of Pringles. This is not the first time that I have received only a few whole pringles and the rest is crumbs. This is now the second time that I have all crumbs. Product quality has dropped a lot. I dont think that I will ever buy me Pringles again. Not sure how many sales you would of had if the customer could see in the jar before buying. SO SO SO dissapointed in the product,

I have purchased a tube of pringles due to a promotion on the side about a Sony speaker, the dates it's giving me to check my batch code is between 12/06/19 & 30/08/19 and the date now is 03/09/19 which means I can't check if I have won because it's out of the date shown on the tube, also the pringles themselves are not out of date, thay are in date by 11/11/20, I feel I have been robbed of a chance to win a Sony speaker?

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I've been having multiple disappointments with regards to the above mentioned Pringles flavour:
* The item is almost never available in stores
* The item is either damaged when finding in store eventually (however the item is still paced on shelves)
* I bought the item on the 27/08/2019 at Checkers in Cape Gate Mall, however the chips were completely hard and old and the flavour was terrible! - this does not taste like the initial flavour when it was launched.

I would hereby request that you either refund or replace my item as this is very disappointing for a fan of your product - I do not wish to try an alternative.

I have recently went back to eating Pringle's chips, but they have absolutely no flavor and they are broken up and in lots of pieces in the cans, I really hope that the problem can be fixed because they are one of my favorite chips. I'm not sure if the broken ones are a packing problem by manufacture or maybe a problem within the stores that receive them, I really hope that it can get figured out for future.

I have always been a pringles lover, especially love the sour cream and chives flavor. Lately I have been so disappointed in finding my pringles in hundreds of pieces in the holder. I don't believe this could be a packaging or store issue as I have bought other flavors which was in better condition then this.
I trust you will investigate this issue and make some improvements.

I am really annoyed as the pringles I bought today have mould growing on them. The box of the sour cream and onion pringles doesnt appear to have been knocked, dented or tampered with, the inside lid was fixed on tight, yet after taking a few pringles out I noticed a black lump and mould on the crisps. This made me feel sick and I am glad I didnt any before noticing. Not what you expect to find from a leading brand.

Bought a new container of Pringles Cheddar cheese chips at full price in Stop and Shop. The chips were marked as "expired on June 2020" at the bottom of the container but they tasted so stale. It was not crunchy, it is soft, that is not how a chip tastes like. I am so disappointed because it tasted so much better before. Why and how did you manage to kill your product so badly over the years?

Good day. I have always loved pringles and purchase a can of pringles on a regular basis. I have to say that i am utterly disappointed in pringles. After being loyal for many years I have realized that the quality of this brand has dramatically dropped. Now for the past few weeks, whenever I open a can of pringles to my dismay the chips is broken in pieces and is half full, these chips containers are not damaged which leads me to believe it is deliberately package like this. This is unacceptable as pringles does not come cheap and I don't see the point in buying pringles if it does not have their iconic shape. I do hope that pringles could go back to their high standard of goods that they once used to uphold.

While on holiday in Portugal I went to a supermarket specifically to buy your product. I purchased a beef flavour and what I thought was a salt and vinegar flavour carton. But unfortunately for me after getting back to my hotel and eating out of the 'salt and vinegar' pack I realised that while in the exact same packaging they were not your lovely salt and vinegar flavour but a quiet disgusting sea salt and herb flavour. Why would you put two different flavours in the same coloured carton? I look forward to seeing your response

I have been eating pringles since years. But now since a year or two the chips are very tasteless. There is no masala or flavour added at all on the wafer.I have a box of pizza flavored pringles but there is no masala even on a single wafer.Please do something and add proper masala to it. It has no taste now.And its very disappointing to spend so much and we get no taste . Its waste. I request you all to take an action immediately. Thank you

I bought these chips from new world last night in Auckland, New Zealand.
I was more dissatisfied and disappointed than I ever had been at a pack of chips

Are these companies getting worst and worst year by year slowly reducing the size of chips and amount you get for your money
For $4.50 I expect to be getting a lot more for my money

What I want to know next is what you're going to do about this rip off behaviour?

I eat at least three tubes of salt and vinegar pringles a week, they're my fave...I love them, however, I have had one of my many tubes for nearly two weeks now due to the fact there is no flavour on them at all, like nothing, no salt, no vinegar. To say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement and every time I go to try them again it brings a dark cloud over my soul

I just bought a Pringles Cheddar Cheese flavor at 711 but surprisingly contains at what looks like the original flavor (red can). The worst part is the taste, it taste like it was fried from a previous/ used cooking oil.

Did the Cheddar Cheese change its appearance and taste? It's always been my favorite flavor, and to see that its different from what it used to be is disappointing.

I hope I get an explanation whether it was just a mistake or the company did change the taste and appearance of the product.

On opening a new Pringles Salt and Vinegar tube, best before January 2020, I found black crumbly mold on a few of the crisps. There seemed to be similar debris near the bottom of the tube. The tube was unopened and well in date when I opened and luckily I had not consumed any of the crisps. I cannot identify the substance but obviously it does not look fit for consumption and the crisps had not been touched between packaging and me opening them.

Hello, yesterday i purchased i can of pringles from a Sobeys located in Antigonish Nova Scotia, and once i opened the can i was shocked too see that all if the chips contained hardly and BBQ seasoning on them. Ive bought this type of chip before several times and have yet to have am issue but this was by far the worst can ive recieved. Thats being said i just wanted to voice my opinion and share my utter disappointment with you.
