I purchased the vehicle about two months ago, spoke with Dan about the car on the phone and agreed on a price. Then spoke with Monica about delivery date, which was delayed due to Primo fixing the power windows. She sent a walk around video of the car. Monica said the windows had been fixed and the car was in transport. The car arrived it seemed to be in good condition, when it was started it sounded terrible and missing terribly.
Spoke to Steve about the issues, which were many, he agreed to send me some parts to fix the problem with the missing in the engine. Which took about 3-4 weeks to finally get the somewhat correct parts. After looking further, I find the trunk won’t open, the windows don’t work, the speedometer doesn’t work, the heat has been disconnected, the engine is leaking antifreeze, the power steering pump is smashed and is leaking, the pulley on the front of the engine is bent. The front end is completely out of alignment. Most of the interior trim is not attached correctly.
The more I look the worst it gets, after receiving these parts, Steve sends me a goodwill gesture of $600.00 two I wave the right to sue this group. I will declining this payoff. This has been the worst experience of purchasing a product on EBay.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone I dislike, after checking their reviews, I’m not the only person who didn’t get what they expected.
Desired outcome: Serious compensation or they can come and get their vehicle If you need more photos I can provide on request
I bought a car,1985 Cadillac fleetwood brougham.
I was told it was showroom quality, LIARS!
The vinyl top was new, however, it had foldovers on the from and back of it along the windows. It did not properly. They put a new top over the old one, did not bother to remove the damaged one . Going down the highway the top came 1/2 way off and the molding around the windshield went flying. The heater does not work. Driver's seatbelt is broken. The brakes are not good. The paint on it has wrinkles in the paint where it was put on too thick and looks like wrinkle runs. BEWARE! This company is shady and WAY overpriced for what you get. The top cost me $2300 to have the old removed, the top repaired and a new top put on. and this is only one of the costs. I would not spit on anyone from Primo if they were on fire!
Desired outcome: REimburement for the repairs
Auto purchase
Very dishonest company, I bought a 69 chevelle.. They said the car was in beautiful condition, when received the car the paint has big cracks in it the brake pedal goes to the floor.. The radio doesn't work, the front end needs ball joints.. The door hinges are shot. The trunk lid is about a quarter inch off the trunk leaks. The suspension all 4 springs are shot.. The list gos on I work hard for my money and was saving up to buy a car. Just my luck trusting these crooks..
Desired outcome: Just make things right
selling defective autos
I bought a 1973 Cadillac from Primo on line which i paid for before i ever saw the car so i relied on them being a reputable company, it was advertised in mint condition but when i received the car there were numerous deficiency's, when i first contacted them they refused to return my emails, then when i eventually made contact they gave me the run around and in the end offered me a very small cash refund which wouldn't have made a dent in the repairs, also after 3 months of arguing back and forth they offered to take the car and do the repairs themselves, by then it was far too late as i had to go ahead and get the repairs done at my expense (which they already knew) they kept quoting their as is sales policy, but some of the items they listed in their advertisement were not operational plus when you say the car is in mint condition i would expect the basic items to be working, this to me is false advertising and shouldn't fall under an as condition,
i generally found them to be a very disreputable company who have no interest in customer care or satisfaction, all they are interested in is getting your money
misrepresent cars sold!
I purchased a car from this company and the car I saw in the pictures online, look nothing like the car I received. The car is in really bad shape. It has sever rust problems, the body has damaged all over it, and the glass window are falling out of the doors and are severely scratched.
This company seems to have a history of lying to people and sticking them with junk cars. I wish I had done a better job investigating this company before doing business with them. So I am to blame for that. But it's sad that good people have to be taken advantaged of, by this type of company. Shame on all that work there. They will have to answer for this one day and it want be too me.
The Car I purchased was a 72 Cadillac Eldorado Covertible. The car I received might be worth 5, 000 and I paid. 16, 500. I have attached two pictures of the car as they posted. There pictures look great. But that's not the car I got. Not a good value! Please people don't do like me and get ripped off. Go look at the car before you buy and DONT do business with Primo Classics International.
I was sold a 64 cadillac that was listed as "restored in every way"! car is complete junk.
These are crooks with a history of ripping people off! beware! in court with them now.
They are the most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with.. plan on spending 15 to 20, 000 to get the car as to the way they described it.. do not buy from these crooks.. you have been warned!
The car hasn't been delivered, but I have paid upfront fee
I saw the photos of the car, which I bought from Primo Classics International LLC. The car looked fine, so I have paid for it. We agreed that I would pay the half sum upfront and the second payment, when the car would be delivered. But I didn’t get the car and when I called to the main office, no one picked the phone. I am very disappointed and afraid that they have decided to scam me. I decided to wait one week and if the agent doesn’t respond, I will solve this problem through the court.
After posting a complaint about Primo Classic's . I am redacting it because Steve Lash and Al Salerno have come to a reconciliation and Steve and I are in complete agreement on fixing the problem to our complete satisfaction. Steve has acted with professionalism and I am giving them a 5 star rating at this time so I hope this will help .
They are nothing but a bunch of liers, , they all should be in jail...they will scam you like you can't believe...
They got me too, I received the car but it wasn’t in the shape that they advertised.
Primo Classics would never deliver a car without receiving full payment. Someone scammed you. People have found ways to take pictures from Primo Classics website and pretend to own the cars and try to get a down payment or half payment, etc. without delivering any service or product. Primo Classics maintains a 100% positive feedback on eBay and has sold tens of thousands of classic cars around the world.
