Primetime Oceanside CAunlawful charges to my debit card

For the past three months some company Primetime of Oceanside, CA has been charging my credit card 16.95 per month. I don't know what primetime is and i did not order anything. I need to know who to contact to make this stop and get my money back. I am definately contacting the attorney general in Massachusetts to find out about this.

I as well was a victim of being overcharged. I was surfing the internet and came upon an advertisement for the acai berry for a 5.95 trial period. Three weeks later was charged $64.95. When I contacted customer service was told that what I signed up for was a 15 day trial period and the 5.95 was the shipping. I was later charged the $64.95 (full price) after the expiration of the trial period. I explained to the clerk Leah #4845 that the advertisement was not clear in any of this and was extremely misleading. She provided me with a web address to review the detail and surprise, surprise, this was a web site for another diet product, not acai berry. I am a pretty intelligent person and was unable to get this link that she attempted to send me to on several occasions. No refund has been issued and I was told "sorry, you were not satisfied, but we can't be responsible." This is robbery
