refund not done over a year
This is Claudia Rios a passanger of the cancelled fight PF25 from CDG to YYZ 12 Sept RESERVATION code Z83J24. I got the email and decided to purchase this tickets for the same 3 people and one infant who were travelling with me in the same reservation with your company to obtain reimbursement. I am waiting for the answer over a year send all the email with the info and send a copy of my void check... and nothing
cancellation of flight
Good afternoon
On the 18 September my husband turned up at Birmingham airport to catch a flight to malaga only to find out the flight was cancelled. Flight number pf2934. I contacted Elina via your messaging service explaining the situation and looking for an explanation, she emailed me back straight away saying that I had been notified and she gave me the email address it was sent to this was not my email address and therefore I had never got the cancellation notification and further more all my information/data must have been sent to someone else. I have since been emailing her but she does not reply. My husband did manage to get on board with another airline however the stress and cost of this was horrific. The booking reference was GSAFJ7

Conformation #N1LD7J leaving Boston and arriving Paris. I paid $12 for a cabin bag online when booking. The confirmation email said "your bag can weigh 10kg" "your oersonalmktem Can weigh 8kg". At the gate, my personal item and cabin bag weigh 16kg and they tell me I have to pay $90 for overcharge. She takes my bag and tells me to go pay another atrendant. I step out of line and attempt to purchase for $45 online and I am able, because it is within 3 hours of flight time. I tell this to the attendant and she tells me "no, we have a 6 hour policy, even if you purchase online now it is not valid because I can't see it". So now I pay $12 + 90 for a bag that should have cost me $45. At minimum, I would like to request the difference refunded to me of $57. Really I should be refunded the $90 because the information provided to me was inaccurate and I would have picked accordingly if the baggage regulations provided on my confirmation were not misleading.

no communications and no refund
The Flight PF21 CDG EWR 21 JULY (Paris-Newark) was cancelled by AirPrimera
They gave the option of getting a refund, booking in another primera flight or book (myself) in another company up to 1500 euros.
I bought two tickets (I had to work and could not wait until these [censored]s get their act together) on an alternative flight with TAP that departed the following day at 7 AM and arrived in Newark in the afternoon at 3:50 PM.
The cost of the tickets was 2 262, 74 €
I have requested a refund as soon as possible. Contacted the company multiple times by email, -phone (they never answer- and chat. (1-[protected])
They simply do not answer, or they say it will take 3 to 8 weeks to process "be patient"
So far I have received no response from the refund department (More than 3 weeks).
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY. Very irresponsible and very poor customer service.

Our flight from EWR Newyork airport to Birmingham airport was delayed on Saturday June 2, 2018 by 3.5 hours and we missed our connecting flight. Please provide certificate of delay as I need it for work purpose. Please email me the certificate of delay meaning the reason why did the delay happen at my email address [protected]@aol.com.

Terrible airlines
These are the worst airlines among existing ones.
Not sure why I used them, but I definitely will tell everyone not to mess with Primera Air, just because they are very very very unreliable.
I came home yesterday and went to sleep being terribly tired. My Primera Air flight was canceled and passengers were offered nothing instead. So we had to sit at the airport and wait for 2 days before the next flight. No service, no respect for customers paying money, no refunds.
Worst of the worst.
we booked a flight which was cancelled bhx to malaga we chose the option of alternative flight. you came back with ryanair flying out 26 november returning 6 december flight resevation no T2N4PYXN .ryanair does not recognise this number could you please rectify flight nos fr2156 and return fr2157 thank you
