Driving along I-82 west 4pm PST and a driver was swerving in and out of lanes aggressively while we were driving the speed limit in the right lane. Proceeding to flip us off and honk multiple times. Finally got a nice photo and video of him the last time until we were forced to speed up to finally get away from him. 611428 US DOT 003706 VIN MSMCO582

5/13/23 at approximately 12:10 pm my husband was driving on a two lane highway west of Ladora, IA. My husband is on the phone with me and states a semi is attempting to pass him in heavy rain in a no passing zone while also at the same tailgating him. As they pass thru the town of Ladora going eastbound on the two lane highway, the semi starts to pass my husband. At the same time it’s raining very hard, a car is coming westbound in the other lane; so the semi quickly after almost passing my husband gets into the eastbound lane in front of my husbands car. My husband had to whip his car onto shoulder to avoid getting run off the damn road! A few miles later the same semi attempts to pass another semi and car driving not the speed limit of 55mph while it’s down pouring. I am unsure who the driver is as it was raining so hard my husband could not read the information on the side of the truck cab. This driver has no business having a cdl if he’s going to be this reckless! Could habe caused several accidents with their reckless behavior!

4/15/23 4:14pm PST. Hwy 80 westbound, east of Lovelock Nevada. Myself and another vehicle traveling in passing lane to pass this semi. He suddenly and quickly swerved into the passing lane with minimal signaling time or distance. He then proceeded to pace the vehicle he was going around (approximate speed 65mph, posted speed was 80 for car traffic) for about 3-4 miles. He maintained eye contact several times when we drifted wide to verify he knew there was traffic behind him.

Total [censored] move. He was smirking when he finally pulled back into the other lane.

The Prime driver drove off my driveway on 9/16/2022 at about 12:20 . She made a lot of ruts in my grass. This is my septic system. At one point , I thought that she was going to flip the truck over, but I got her out without a wrecker. This will take a lot of work to fix - soil and grass seed and a lot of raking. I have some pictures. I am not a happy customer.

Currently training with a trainer that's kicked me off then ask me to get back on all because he said he was going home then change his mind . It was already to late my husband was 90% at the location then he gets mad because I didnt tell my husband to turn around hr kicked me off no pay. Then day later ask me to get back on. So I didn't then he disrespected me in a flying J yelling and screaming at me I called fleet Manger at first he said he'll send me home no pay till he realized trainer was wrong and admitted he yelled at me didn't get any apology the trainer just keep down playing me and sick of the mind games disrespect I keep receiving from this trainer . I recorded and documented lot of the disrespectful treatment

Not really get along with my trainer nor am I learning anything besides running the trainer loads , I ask for a new trainer the guy over the training program told me to go home,didn’t wanna listen to anything I had to say nor my concerns,in orientation they told us if we have concerns or feel where not getting treated properly to speak up and when I did was told to just go home

I started with prime in 2005, I got my CDL through them and completed the training and was tricked into leasing. (you'll make more and truck wont be governed) this is my first trucking job and was with then till 2007 when the said i couldnt go home. I ran day and night nonstop to deliver there freight on time and every single load i got was never legal and the pay wouldnt even cover nothing but fuel. So after two years i quit and the truck was never in my name. it was three years after i quit they sent my w2 and claimed i made way more money than i ever seen. no the irs is claiming i owe them 752,000 which is BS. I do not know how this company is still in business. stay away from those corrupt companies.

truck on I80 east bound on phone by MM 250 hindering other trucks to pass watched a truck try and pass they speed up so truck couldn't pass 3 different time

the driver of this truck was speeding and pulled me out of my lane on the highway almost causing an accident

A Prime driver appeared to be attempting an exit from the interstate at a high rate of speed on I-44 near St. James, MO, on July 30, 2021, but instead of exiting the interstate, the driver used to exit lane and the shoulder to pass our car illegally on the right, nearly causing us to crash. After recovering from the fright, we caught up to the truck and took a picture to document the number of the truck.

Sent with trainer who has never trained for company before. Never taught how to back. Was on road for 3 weeks. Finally come back to Springfield to practice on training pad. Was out at night for over 5 hours didn't learn anything. Trainer always on phone or playing game on IPad. Sitting in lawn chair out on pad instead of training. Nobody in Springfield wanted to assist so I left. Never tested so no CDL. Company wants full amount for training. What training? I was free labor for 3 weeks. No I'm jobless and in debt.

On Saturday, April 17th @ approx. 1:14 am, driver of truck 162451 (plate 34A917) was VERY aggressive in driving and almost caused me to hit another truck ahead of us. There was an accident on interstate 285 northbound and traffic was redirected to interstate 20 eastbound. During this brief pause this driver barged his truck behind me and actually crossed over into the shoulder of the highway. He seemed to be forcing himself around the other vehicles waiting to exit. I had to swerve from hitting the swerve to avoid hitting the truck ahead! He was inches away from the side of my vehicle. I eventually let him pass so I could get a photo of the plate and truck number (attached). I am a person who doesn't complain but this was dangerous and could have been fatal! I plan on pursuing this matter with the BBB.

I deliver papers 7 days a week and in the past week have been either ran off the road by one not wanting to move over for merging traffic even though no one else is on the highway. Or I have one riding my [censored] at 75 mph. Every time I have a problem with a semi on the road is always a prime driver. They have to be the biggest [censored]. So for now on I will be following them and reporting them to the local police department whenever I have a problem. Your company has to have the worse set of drivers. Can't get a truck last night due to him flying to get away from me and it being night. Was at 1 am on 496 driver got off at exit 90. Same red truck I always have problems with.

Your trucks routinely park next to my house and keep my whole family up. Sometimes they move sometimes they tell me to go [censored] my self. It is ridiculous that I can't sleep in my own house because your trucks park 50 feet from a house. There is a truck stop not even 10 minutes away from where they park. The man that owns the produce co op has said people aren't supposed to even park their trucks there too.

One of your drivers (all the info I could safely get on the road his trailer #201644 and license plate number 04b961) driver almost made a crash, first was driving with high beam lights, so I slow down a little bit so he can pass me, because it's really hard to drive at night time when you have a high beam lights on behind you. But the driver started to be really aggressive and crazy unsafe driving, when he passed me he just made a complete stop in front of me on interstate. Couldn't believed he did that. Please, make very serious step about this case, someone can get killed because of this kind of driver. Instead making police report I really hope that you can take care of this problem. This happened in nebraska on i-80 westbound mile post 100 around 10pm local time.

Employee is smoking illegal drug & posting on internet while on the road. He needs to be randomly drug tested due to the fact hes aware of medication that can be taken for test to read negative. I don't know your policy but this needs to be investigated before someone is hurt in a accident. Name is uriel noel harris in springfield location. Thank you

I was driving on i-20 augusta bound around lexington, sc when one of your truck's containers let loose a bunch of cans. I don't know whether they were empty or not, but it caused a vehicle in front of me to swerve as he was directly behind the truck. The substantial amount of flying cans hit my car. I couldn't get a lot of information because I was driving, but the license plate was 40a 429 and the number in the back was 180142. Please make sure your truck drivers ensure their containers are closed. No one was hurt but the risk of a bad accident was obviously there. If my car ends up having issues related to the flying cans going under my car I will seek legal action.

I seen a truck in the fuel islands of a loves truck stop with a trailer bust on the passenger front. I took pictures and got the truck info. Truck number is 297147, dot 003106, vin hj7025, de sw 1119. Also the truck driver sat in the fuel islands blocking everyone and causing a commotion. We waited for about 1 hour for him to move and he was rude to the loves employees when they asked him to move and he was on something by the way he acted. He set a very bad example of your company.

Your driver took a turn on a lane that the driver should have gone straight having the car ahead of me brake all of a sudden. If he didn't an accident would have happen.
I was have way past the rig when the car ahead of had to speed up and I had to come to a complete stop all while I honked repeatedly but the continued to merge to the lane that was occupied by the other car and my truck my son started to panic in the back seat yelling that the truck was to close. This seem to not care about the other drivers around. You all need to have drivers that take into consideration that you can end a families life with your lack of care.
