I ordered a pumpkin..I received a hurricane lamp. I contacted pricefalls numerous times for refund and return authorization. After 2 weeks of nondescript responses I was told to seek refund from MY credit card company. Absolutely no aid to consumer for their agents mistake. THEN they offered me a coupon for next order..REALLY? I strongly suggest they research other online selling services to learn how to do it correctly!

I have purchased a bottle of shampoo from PriceFalls website and did not receive my order. When I contacted them I was told that they accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. They promised to fix their mistake and soon I received a notification that the replacement has been sent. Waited and waited and again nothing showed up so I decided to ask for a refund. They said that refunds are possible only in cases when of the damages or defects. So they basically said that I can't get my money back because my situation did not met their standards and they actually did not care what happened with my order.
