I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday to be delivered on November 27. They failed the delivery on that day and they did not deliver on November 28 either. In the beginning the customer service was nice, then they lied to me that the delivery company could not find the address. I sent them the screen shot from the Royal Mail website to show that the address was correct and easy to find. In response they told me that the delivery would take place on November 28, which never happened. After I requested a full refund, they stopped any communication with me.
